Hey just so you know, your links are broken.
I suspect your itch.io project is still hidden from public. Keen for a play when it comes online.
Edit: Now back online and just had a go. Nice work on the graphics and I enjoyed the buildup of the storyline before the game. I tend to agree with a couple of comments around the physics of the game, it feels very linear in input and response. A little bit of work in this area would improve the feel of the game. Still an enjoyable time. I had a chuckle at the barrel gag. Congratulations on submitting!
The links are not working :(
Looks like the link is working now. Interesting premise for a platformer, some of it was a little rough because you can't really see what is going to be below you when you jump high, so had to replay a few levels to know the path. Also telling me to touch the barrel that killed me was a little funny.
the sense of control really needs to be remake
Nice game, I don't have big problems with the controls, just one small note: usually games tend to scroll from right to left, so the players usually try to go in the left direction. Overall had fun with the game, nice job! :)
Love the level designs!
For me controls were a bit to rigid.
Had fun pushing enemies to the void.
Some sounds were a loo loud.
Nice game. Love the story. cControls could use some work. Love the graphics. Good job 👍
the sfx is one of the best i came upon so far in this jam, great job! controls are a bit clunky especially the jump physics, but ovarall it's a pretty fun game, nice job!
@amatwiedle @jimmybobb @doug-graham @tomeyro First of all Thx a lot for you guys, Without you guys informing about my project is at private, I could not known
@ox-yep @ekaktusz @marcodeevil @taran95 @bartalomew and rest of the game devs, I know that jump isn't right and it is due to the player's movement is done by velocity and I can't control it! I tried controlling it by code, but it made worst!!
Thx for playtesting this game !(I know the concept isn't that original and my level design is not up level)
Nice little platformer, and the text is very funny :smiley: I like the cyberpunky mood, however the grey platforms blend too much with the background and it is hard to spot them sometimes. Good job still :v:
Robot Boss: "Because of you and stupid foodies, our sales are going down" xD
I love what you've done with this game. The controls are a bit wonky. But the atmosphere was great!
Fun little game with some good art. The controls felt a little floaty and I don't know if it was just me but a lot of the sounds were way too loud (I nearly had to take my headphones off every time I died!). Like I said, cool game with a neat concept at the center. I hope you're able to expand on it given more time!
On theme. Character a bit floaty. The sfx when you fall down is ears piercing ! Still fun though !
I actually kinda like the floaty jump. When combined with the air acceleration it lets you really choose where you wanna land. Was a bit unwieldy though with the high top speed of the player character. The SFX also got a bit loud when falling down a pit so I had to turn my sound down. Still the fact that this is a fully fleshed out game with 8 stages AND a whole story is pretty cool!
My favorite part of this whole game is definitely the graphics in concert with the music. I like the idea of a futuristic city with all the flying cars and robot people. All the neon gave me vibes of cyberpunk but with less of the grunge. Well done overall!
After getting used to the game mechanics I started to have fun. One or two more levels would have been great. I liked your attention to detail, when you reach the end the face changes. Nice entry;-)
I like the dash
Im gonna come off as very nitpicky, but ill mention it since no one else has. The text says "right click to continue", but you actually have to left click haha
Fun little platformer! I liked the visuals, and the movements of the player feels good. For a few tips: - You could have indicated directions in the environment (with big neon arrows for instance) rather than with text - The dash mechanic is a bit under-exploited, I've just used it once in the last level - It would have been nice to have an animation or any visual efect for when you kill robots with E
Nice game, good job for completing it on time!!

The game looks okay but the audio is really loud. The dash taking your health is actually a pretty cool mechanic. There are a lot of levels which is good but I think some of them need to be a little more fleshed out. The levels also blend in the background so sometimes I get confused on where to jump. The camera could also be smoother but despite all that, the movement is really nice. Just a few tweaks and there is a really cool platformer that could be made.
I'd only look at making the fore-ground a bit easier to distinguish from the background. At times I wasn't sure what I was supposed to jump onto and would fall to my death when I mistook the background for a platform. But otherwise its okay, the dash mechanic was very useful.
Nice little game, the movement is a little bit floaty for my liking, it would be cool if the time to complete the levels was more important. I enjoyed the story!
The death sound was really painful but I liked the story and especially mr spider who flew down from the sky. Cool game, well done! :)
Nice game! Movement was very responsive, although not being able to see where I should land sometimes was a bit frustrating. Great job!
In the most non-patronising way possible, I love the humor and the feeling of the game. The translation isn't perfect, but honestly I liked that about it! It gave it its own funny personality and worked with the theme, I really enjoyed it. I think the air control is too tight, and a little player velocity would make the player feel more natural. Also some levels were difficult to play as I kept jumping on to platforms that were actually features of the background image.
Overall, really charming and a lot of work!
Any reason the directions in the intro say "Right Mouse Click to Continue" when it's actually left-click? >_>;
There's really too much broken English text here; I'd rather you trimmed the intro entirely (or found yourself a native speaker) than subject us to all these paragraphs of mangled grammar. ^_^;
(Even "Delivery" on the end-of-level goal is misspelled!)
That said - despite the janky collisions, I found myself compelled to play the game through. (Full disclosure: I did not beat the final level "properly"; I inadvertently clipped through the floor at one point and decided to call that a win. XD) I like the air dash mechanic, though I'll admit I'm not a huge fan of "press Up to jump" control schemes (jump should be a separate button from the movement controls!)
I'll also admit I don't like how it's possible to reach the end of the level with health remaining and still be told you damaged the food too much to be accepted. The health bar shouldn't cheat you like that - an empty bar should mean game over; green in the tank should mean it's still deliverable.
People already told you, the controls are a bit too floaty and some sounds are very loud! Otherwise goods entry, huge congrats for participating :)
@exilon @skyystorm @jeff-kerman @wouterk12 @team-gaivot @jdemattos @mreliptik First of all Thx for playing the game!!!
@wadlo @woathenry @carkh @calamador @creativecodingsebastian @mkraw @scratch First of all Thx for playing the game!!!
I don't know if you read the first comment I posted, but I know the problem related to the movement of the player and sfx problems!!
Also, I am not a good artist!!! (Even I don't know how to draw IRL!!!)
@jonrei and @ryusui thx for pointing out the mouse mistake!!! (I always get confused about it)
@ryusui thx for the detailed review!!! I am not a native speaker of English and still get confused on delivery spelling!
Actually, the final level is like a prank, and you have to clip into the floor to get to the goal!!! (I ran out of ideas!!)
Hey I really enjoyed the game but to be honest I felt the drawn out intro was too much, especially for a jam game. Other than that I thought it was a solid entry.
FYI - the WebGL version was unplayable for me. It was dropping frames like crazy. Does the game have controller support? That would be nice.
@johnsensei I have very old system and i can play with good frames in unity editor itself So, I hope you try out Windows version!
This is great! Super fun. Main complaint is that I sometimes couldn't tell the background apart from the platforms, but no big deal.
Fun audio!
what a silly game, i like it :D
I like the art and audio! The mechanics requires learning but is fun. Welcome to play my game as well.
Neat little game!
Fun little game. I loved the sounds in the game and it fits the theme as well. Good luck
Cute little platformer, not much to complain about :) nice job!
The character is so cute! I ike your design!
Simple and fun game! I was having some trouble in the last level, but then I found that...
Nice platform jumping game! (*•ω•)
I like the storyline, and the art style is very dynamic.
The little robots in the game are also very interesting.
well done bro!!
Well done! Cool level, not too hard not too simple. I found shortcut in some (don't know if it is done on purpose). The text on level is a good idea to see where to go and add fun (and as I am French I didn't see the grammar mistakes)
We are not too used to go to the left at the beginning of a level, it's funny that you chose that. A small feedback with "e" action would very appreciate (like screen shake) :smile:
Pretty nice and fun!
Very fun game, but the soundeffects were very disturbing, i think they start playing every tick and they play together, but, despite that i liked game overall, yes the dash ability is very exploitable, and i skipped 60% of map everytime but it was fun avoiding all these idiots. GJ!
The death sound loops in a scary way. Movement is an interesting mechanic that was fun to play around with. The collision with harmful objects felt a bit unforgiving, but overall a cool entry. :)
Great aesthetics, and pretty darn funny, but the controls were just a little floaty in a way that made it sometimes hard to judge whether you'd fly right past the platform you where aiming at, haha.
Great work overall!
Liked the audio a lot, too bad is an opt out. Fun story and neat graphics. It would have been nice to show some form of defeating the baddies. Them just dissappearing after pressing E lacks something. Fun game!
Gave the game a try! Had a blast up until the last level :smirk:
Had a good chuckle at the dialog as well. Cool entry. Looking forward to seeing you next jam.
The art of the game was pretty nice. Like the music and sound but felt like the music was too loud compared with the SFX. The controls did feel a little too floaty and I struggled a bit to get used to them. Overall a solid entry and fun to play.
It's a bit peculiar the game tells me "right click to continue" but reacts to left click instead :) Not sure if I accidentally cheated on last lvl or it was how it was intended, but I fell down in the beginning and got food delivered with 4 minutes to go :D Overall I actually enjoyed my playthrough a lot!! You clearly put some thought in designing the levels and playing was fun. Graphics are not my cup of tea but they fit the atmosphere of the game ^^
Hey thanks for playing my game and leaving useful feedback! I played yours on my stream, VOD here if you're interested: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1818480653
sweet little platformer game. The controls felt pretty good, the music was also great and the minecraft eating sounds were even better!
