Great Game! Like a mini-golf with planet physics. Nice amount of levels created in a weekend. Really enjoyed this entry.
Interesting idea. A little too random for me, but I did mange to win.
Interesting game. Was a little hard to keep control of the plane, I think if i played it longer I would get used to it though.
Interesting game. Liked all the funny nods hidden within. Sort of a random Choose Your Own Adventure style game. Would be interested to know how many different endings there are.
I had trouble with the resolution on my laptop. Great jam entry, nice art and the music fit the mood.
I like the idea. Sort of Factorio meets CreeperWorld. Always nice to see other LibGDX games in LD. Most people have already commented on what I would say, mostly no economy so I just had a base of solar panels and research.
Fun entry. Loved the take on the theme. Graphics fit together well. Solid amount of polish for an LD submission. Great Job!
WebGL worked for me as well. The game looked and handled nice. It would be more strategic if you used your power quicker. I never really felt like I was in danger of losing power.
Great work for such a short amount of time.
Wow very nice entry. The graphics went together well. I am a sucker for a nice bullet hell and this scratched that itch for me. Really enjoyed this game. Great Job!
I am a sucker for clicker games. This game reminded me that it is alright to leave the game behind. Liked the final screen after you finally delete your progress. Had me laughing from "The Point" on. Great entry!
@phearbot There is music, but because of Chrome you may have to refresh the page for it to play. Thanks for the checking the game out.
Great job on this compo entry. I actually enjoyed the audio. I also agree the hit box seemed a little tight, at least for picking up the key items. A little upset that once I respawned right into a spike and was killed without having a chance to jump.
Really rad game. Love the retro asteroid feel and controls. Audio was great, and the hitbox felt nice. Great take on the theme, well done.
@meenners Thanks! yeah we try to keep our LD games to ~5-10 minute play sessions so people can enjoy the full experience.
Wow the art was really good, I really appreciated the intro story sequence. Fun little game, I liked the Lemming feel to the it.
I don't play a lot of platformers, but this was interesting, took me a few attempts to figure out I had to have the right amount of hearts when I reach the goal. Good use of the theme, and I liked the puzzle aspects mixed with a platformer.
Had a little "Theseus and the Minotaur" feel to it. Very enjoyable, good job for the self imposed reduced time.
Fun game, I kept expecting the trash to shoot out of the direction I was holding down, so it took awhile to get used to having to wait for the ship to face a direction.
The graphics looked nice and the audio complimented it as well. Not really sure why I needed to sacrifice anything, as I picked up all of the money with like 200 seconds left, Also hit had trouble keeping up when I put out ~400 sacrifices.
1893 score. Really great game. Loved the concept of if, audio got a little repetitive. It would have been nice to be able to see where me and the enemy were and where I was facing on the minimap. These are mostly just nit-picky though, Solid entry!
Fun puzzle game. I had trouble getting past level 3, but then I made it all the way until it said, this level is impossible. I was on a track pad on a laptop so I had a little trouble catching the fans as the screen scrolled, could maybe have had it zoomed out more so there wasn't a need for the panning of the camera.
Nice little game, I liked the lighting. I was playing on a trackpad on my laptop so I wasn't able to escape even after a few play throughs. Not sure what happened in the shop, but I interacted with something and lost all of my energy, I am guessing that was how I was buying it, but it would be nice to give the user some feedback. Audio fit nicely with the game as well.
Nice concept, took me awhile to get the key controls down, kept popping guys in and out when I was trying to switch, I think that would just come with playing more, not really a criticism. I like the idea of having to fill in the pits to end the level. Great take on the theme.
I agree wish there was a little more explanation to the game mechanics, played twice without realizing I had to build a workshop to get extra dice, was struggling to figure out what was going on. Once I got past that I was able to beat the game.
score of 3850. Fun little mechanic and a great entry for the jam.
@dxk2294 Yeah it is a little hard to convey how it works. You have to ground pound a coin in the ground to pop it up and catch it, you then use the coins in your purse to shoot enemies by left clicking. The second gif in the details shows how you pick up coins
Interesting entry, took me a few runs to figure out the controls, and sometimes I couldn't get a laser to shoot when I was jumping. Liked the graphics style and audio. Good job!
Nice entry, liked the attention to detail in the graphics, parallaxed stars, etc. Found it easy enough to kite around the drones to avoid being hit.
Nice Audio. It was a little hard to manage all of the clicking while looking to drag the mouse from a different part of the screen. The guitar was really nice to listen to, did I mention Nice Audio! Good job!
@tubadude99 Oops sorry about that, had a typo in the URL. It is fixed now.
Fun game, picking up candy with E was a little hit and miss in some places. Also when I had some good multipliers, the mansion at the top would make the game lag a bit when it was launching candy. Had fun, good entry!
I got stuck after I gave makk the zeplin, he kept asking for it. Nice art and interesting take on a point and click adventure.
2 days and a very good rating. Like the take on the theme, wished the controls were a little easier, can't attack up or down, and had to click the dialog and then find the JKL keys again. Great entry. Lot of fun!
Score of 91, there was one fire I found that wasn't lighting the area next to it, but I was still able to collect it. Interesting idea and a good use of the theme.
Nice game, the platform jumping was a little floaty, but after my third time through I was able to control him well enough. Great take on the theme, and graphics and audio was nice as well. Great job on your first Jam!
Fun little game, Portal was the most challenging cause there seems like there is a gap between the boundarys. Now you see me was a little long, compared to the others. Had fun though. Great entry!
Interesting idea. Was confused about why it was restarting randomly and then figured out I was running into a bad guy. It is an interesting idea about using the same space but changing the map layout when you get new lights. Keep getting stuck on the second level.
Really Cool game. loved the idea and mechanic. Just the right amount of difficulty. Excellent job!!!
interesting concept, I love a clicker game so it appealed to me. had to play 3 times until I figured out how to make cash. It would have been helpful for more feedback in the game. I wasn't sure if I was able to buy something or not. But good idea, and great job!
Paperboy, but with a darker twist. It was fun, my A key wasn't working in game, but I was able to use the arrow keys. Nice entry.
@fabdynamic Thanks! We have been using LibGDX for years now, so we have worked through a lot of the growing pains. You can see our other LD games here https://lando.systems/#games_section We even have an arcade cabinet in town that is running a libgdx game we wrote, so it can really do anything you want it to.
I like the audio and the idea. I had trouble getting perpetual motion going though. made it through maybe 4 or 5 rooms before I was stuck. I got the wheel to spin but the door never opened. I do really like the idea of this though, maybe a little bit of incredible machine with a player character involved.
I liked the idea of this one, difficulty ramped up pretty good, but then I got stuck on one of the later ones when I kept getting trains on the same track going the opposite direction. Solid Entry.
Hmmm I won but I don't see my final time. I like the idea of this game, the gravity physics is always fun to play with. I also like the decision to restrict to just Space Bar, sometimes restrictions add more to a game, than adding more features can. Great entry.
I really like the concept took me two play throughs to really figure out what all was happening, but i could see how this could be expanded in another game. I have a thing for grid based puzzle games though =)
Interesting concept. The camera was a little hard for me to keep control of, but I can see how some ideas from this could be made into a bigger game.
Nice Entry.
I love it, love the retro 80's sounds and graphics, brought back feelings of being at my Uncles house playing the Atari 2600. Great take on the theme as well.
I really enjoyed this, kinda reminded me of "This is the only level" from back in the Flash days. nice graphics and it has a polished feel, great entry!
Interesting concept, I love chain reaction games. I enjoyed the humor and really good for a Compo entry. I see what you mean about getting lucky or unlucky sometimes with how the canisters will blow up. I liked that you let us just go to the next level anyways to see what else the game had. I had fun, and again GREAT job for a Compo!
Interesting game, reminds me of an old Physics joke, imagine a cow is a sphere. I kept getting the controls backwards, and each time the next stage started I would sent cats flying off the side as I had to remember which way was the right way. If I played it for a long time it would be come natural, but it felts backwards to me. Nice compo entry, fit the theme.
Had trouble the first time I loaded the game where keyboard input wasn't going to the frame with the game in it. refreshing the page fixed it up for me. There was a lot going on, I like the idea of having some "almost broken" super powers but you can't keep using just one of them. Fun entry to the Jam. I enjoyed the time I was playing it.
At first I didn't know what was going on, but I had to make it full screen to be able to see the entire level on the web version. Challenging, but approachable. I liked it.
I enjoyed this, glad that the jump was a little forgiving, I also was able to launch myself to a door I couldn't reach by having another block fall on the one I was standing on to lift me just a little bit up before it all came crashing down. I really liked this game. One thing that might help, if I was over maybe halfway up the screen with my char, the piece I was going to drop was off the screen, so I just had to guess which way it might come down. Great entry!
Interesting concept. Took me a bit to figure out how exactly to play, is the filled circle in the manual, on/off, how do I pull the right letter, etc. Also in the intro area the sequence image is covering some of the text in the layout. Nice graphics and sound wasn't over the top. Great entry!
I like a good twin stick shooter, so I had fun with this. I agree it would have been nicer to have some more feedback when you were hit, but I got through all the way.
I enjoyed this one. Took me a minute to figure out where I was shooting... I think it is where the mouse is, but only in certain parts of the screen. I like'd that you had the moon in there, I took a little trip away from Earth to go see that. Good job!
I didn't notice any lag, took me a minutes to figure out how to pick things up and find stuff, but I had fun with this one! Great job!
Well that was unexpected... I like how they can go under the benches but you have to run around.. Had fun with this one. control scheme is a little hard to get used to, while using WASD and having to time E when you are right behind them.
Yeah I had fun doing unexpected things with the ingredients. Was playing on a track pad and sometimes I wouldn't be able to select what to do with them, I think there were some errant clicks coming through from that.
I really liked this one, one of the best I have played so far. Good ramping up of mechinics and the choice on the upgrade was a nice touch. Good job here!
Seems to be working for me on itch, Interesting concept. Took me a bit to figure out what all of the things in the world are, and it wasn't very obvious how to start moving right away, but before long I was collecting cards and avoid traps and collecting (harvesting) those carrots. Nice work!
Great entry! Loved the classic Mario Bros call back. Great use of the theme. had a lot of fun with this one.
Looks like the link is working now. Interesting premise for a platformer, some of it was a little rough because you can't really see what is going to be below you when you jump high, so had to replay a few levels to know the path. Also telling me to touch the barrel that killed me was a little funny.
Fun take on the theme and pac-man. Would have liked a sound when it put things in the bank.. at first I was standing there bumping into it over and over wondering how I put coins in. congrats nice entry.
Love that you had instructions in the game, those are the little things that really show some polish. Fun entry, quick and simple gameplay. Congrats!
Cute little game. Love the simplicity but also challenging. Keyboard was a little hard to get the feel for until I played a few rounds.
Like the Vampire Survivors vibe. Had 1476 max bullets on screen and my laptop was still chugging along just fine. Nice entry!
Nice Entry! I got some old school asteroids vibes, but really loved the twist, harder levels were harder to stay close without dying with all the twists and turns. Congrats!
I like this one. Bust-a-move but with the twist of blowing up some hidden elements. The pacing is great, felt like I was getting challenged more as I went and wanted to keep playing. Great job!
17m and 13 sec to fall asleep, got weird with that baby. Really enjoyed this, love an incremental game and the pacing of this was great. Got a little slow on web with 700 sheep on the screen, but wasn't too bad. Great entry!!!!
Nice amount of polish here. Made it all the way to daisy. Really enjoy the extra time that went in to make a settings screen. Great entry
It opened up like a Dogman book lol. I spent most of my time getting spun around not knowing where I was, but I made it to the second level and liked the pulsing color windows. Good job on this one.
Love this one. the fog of war was a nice touch, a great amount of polish in here. Great entry hope you are all proud of this one. I hunger still.
Fun Idea, would love to see it if you had more time for content and balance. Always a curse during these jams. But I do like the premise you have going and it plays nicely. great job!
Interesting game. Love the audio. Controls and the point of the game was a little confusing. Could just hold down space to get all the hearts, and wasn't sure what I was supposed to be responding with.
Great entry. played it a few times getting better each time. I really enjoyed this one.
Interesting idea. Liked the color palette, the beeps were a little jarring. I like the puzzle aspect, but I kept running into mice while trying to jump over them.
Great take on the theme. I do like that it wasn't punishing if you died.
Good job!
Great entry, love the old wolf3d vibes I got from it. great job!
Very fun, gave me some flashbacks to playing Creeper World back in the flash days.
Great job! I played this for way longer than I should have =)
