This game is surprisingly charming and funny. The audio is well done, the characters are cute and the gameplay is really interesting. Well done!

The game has an interesting concept but the networking and gameplay could be improved. Still an amazing attempt adding networking to a game jam game!
Love the feeeback from everyone! A common thing I see here is the characters movment is a little odd. This of course being my first player movment system is going to be faulty but thanks to the feedback, i have a good reference for one next time. Thanks guys!
I like the ghosts. They are cute.
The visuals are fine but the game has a lot of neat touches like the theater actually playing a film. This game has one of the most creative inventories I've seen. The gameplay is a little slow but the whacky dialogue at the bottom makes up for it. Overall, decent experience with some nice, creative touches :)
The voice acting and sound effects are really fun. The game is also put together really well considering most of the assets are real picutres. I just think there may be a lot of reading which isn't everyone's favorite. Still a really relaxing, good time
This game is very well made. It's UI especially is really pretty. The graphics ingame are good but I feel like the sky around the train needs a little more detail but thats a nitpick. I do think this game needs a tutorial, even if it's a really basic one. Overall, pretty and creative game :)
This game could easily become a really fun party-board game to play. The audio is silly and the gameplay - although hard - seems like it would be funny as shit to play with friends. The only real problem is the top key being hidden by the box so sometimes you cant see what button to press.

Not too good at this game. This game is creative and quirky but it doesn't really fit the theme. Its art is really nice and the gameplay is polished.
The art and mood are great. The character controller is mostly fine except the jumping which can be a little unforgiving. The sheer amount of levels for a jam game is also really impressive. Its also just really polished.
This game is quite fun but its really well made. I honestly kinda doubt you guys made this in 3 days but you're a big team so thats fair. The grapple hook mechanic is really creative and fun but the bandits rarely pose a threat. Otherwise, its some good fun that has the potential to be made into a bigger game (perhaps survival). The only main criticism I have is the performance which is not too bad for me but still a problem. Also, there isn't much to do with delivery other than driving around to different POIs but thats just a product of time constraints. Overall, fun game, cool ideas and the grapple is fun :)
Cleanest advertising. Respect.
I don't have much criticism aside from the game play being very simple. The game is fun and addictive. Well done :)
The game play is very addictive. My main problems are with the multiple trucks and trees. There is little reason to switch switch cars because they keep going for long distances and crash as a result. The trees can be placed very close to the farms which makes it easy to get killed when getting eggs or milk. Otherwise, fun game that I might even play for fun :)
The game is really well made, the art is nice, the text is intriguing and the resource management style could become something really interesting but right now, the gameplay is just mostly reading text and managing resources, which is fine for a set of people. Still, the game is well made and thats what I care about more (for a game jam) so it still gets a high rating from me :)
The idea is really creative. I dig the supply and demand idea. This might be one of the only games I've seen that has made some creative use of the theme. I just think the UI needs to be improved so its more obvious whats going on. Colors blend in with the background and sometimes, somethings just aren't obvious, like fuel.
Gameplay is fun as hell. The audio and music slap really hard. I love the cardboard cutouts for the graphics and I think everything in the game should've been cardboard cutouts. I can also verify that I am now an Unwanted Postman professional:

The game looks okay but the audio is really loud. The dash taking your health is actually a pretty cool mechanic. There are a lot of levels which is good but I think some of them need to be a little more fleshed out. The levels also blend in the background so sometimes I get confused on where to jump. The camera could also be smoother but despite all that, the movement is really nice. Just a few tweaks and there is a really cool platformer that could be made.
@johnnysix
> If you develop more beyond the jam, it’d be cool if you started as a ‘whole’ skeleton, or person, then gradually lost limbs/flesh etc. Like a “I gotta deliver this package dead or alive”
This was actually a plan for the game but I couldn't do that because of time constraints lol.
I had initially 3 ideas for the skeleton: * Your idea * One arm for the box * 2 arms
I decided with 2 arms because they make the skeleton flail about more and it makes the game more unfair >:)
ok
@yeris I'm glad my game is doing its work >:)
@quinn-patrick
> It’s really just having to start over all the time that stopped me from finishing it
I agree with this. I was stuck on making the deaths reset everything or just bring you to a checkpoint but in the end, I decided on the first option due to time but also its undeniably frustrating as shit to lose that progress but yea. If I made more levels and continued working on the game, that's the first thing I would change.
Im fixing the HTML build right now
@potkirland only took you a couple hundred attempts 🤣
Gentleman
@le-goss-du-net I'm calling cap on your win 🤣
@aurailus Thanks for the review! just wanted to mention that if your run lasts more than 1 minute, a brief piano piece plays. I can see how some people wouldn't want to consider that as music but I just wanted to let it be known. Also, the tight corners can be done quite quickly. My best time is 2 minutes 2 seconds and although the movement needed to go past the 1 block gaps can be very precise and spammy, you can get good at passing them but I've had a lot of practice so that may be unfair. If I do continue making this game, I will definitely try and lower the amount of those very tight corridors.
@icylava NO WAY WTF 😱
The sound design and mood are really good in this game. Honestly, this is the only jam game so far that has managed to unsettle me. I really dig the pixel art and the sound design. I also really like the point and click style because I've genuinely never seen one in a game jam, ever. The only problem I had is the controls being a little jank like me not being able to stop in the river to talk to blue but otherwise, the mood is great!
This game is almost perfect. I love the art, I love the audio and I love the idea of a stealth-puzzle game revolving around bombs and planes. My only two problems are: * It doesn't have much to do with the theme * The difficulty ramps up a LOT.
Otherwise, I really enjoyed this one.
Uhh, It had nothing to do with the theme but I guess it was unsettling. What did I just play?
Well you've clearly delivered something lmfao.
This game is very interesting lol. I love the idea of kicking ass with the objective item. It does actually work with the theme. The music and audio is fine, the graphics are. I just wasn't able to deliver the food in the first actual level but that may've been me. There where also a LOT of enemies that swarmed you at once. Maybe you should spawn them in waves from a certain direction that switches every so often.
The art is cool, the music is also cool...
Who am I kidding? I've spent the last 10 minutes fucking rear-ending houses with a dead person in my car whilst calm ukulele music followed. I've been laughing like a little kid, slamming into poor Samaritans' houses whilst the driver just assures to himself "I have insurance". The car is really hard to handle but honestly, I think it adds to this alcohol infused fever dream and I love it.
Concept is cool but the rocket is kinda hard to control and the objective isn't too clear.
If this art was made by you, it's amazing. The movement is a little quick and janky but the platforming is decent. The audio is a little annoying and it doesn't really add to anything but the mood. Speaking of, the mood is really well done and genuinely disturbing. Honestly, my main criticism is the janky player movement. Otherwise, everything else is great.
Shoutout to my favorite AAA studio: -A Sports, Delivery 2023 for making one of the most moving, life changing games of my life. Working as an amazingh worker gave some life altering insight into the delivery business and now I wish to kick packages through people's windows :)
Character movement is promising for a fast paced platformer. There is a lack in audio but the art is really cute so it cancels out. Fits the theme well too so overall, decent entry :)
