As a snail lover, I thought this game was adorable and hilarious. I've never felt like something was fast and slow paced at the same time before, but this really captured that feeling. Kudos on a great entry! β€οΈππ

This is a real snail's fast and furious! It's not always clear where to crawl, but I liked it. The music is :fire:
Haha loved it, the race is quite something ! Nice snail names ! Nice AI driving the snails, I enjoyed leading them to an obstacle and cutting their road to win !
Awesome 3D model for the snails. The music make the game very funny. Big up to the names of the other snails in the race ahaha !
Lost right at the end on my first go as I got screwed by the leaf placement. Second attempt got assaulted by another snail eventaully getting the W on the third. Fit the theme nicely and was hiliarious for the first few runs. I enjoyed a lot of the snail related puns for the AI names. The music was also well selected, especially the race theme.
Very disappointed that it doesn't count down the start of the race with "Es!", "Car!", "Go!!". Not the most riveting gameplay but an amusing experience and looked really good.
Game was fun - my favorite part was the snail inspired names. I didn't feel a speed boost getting the leaves but it's cool having βto figure out the tradeoff between straight lining to finish line and getting a potential boost.
Would be awesome to have a way to see behind me to see which snails are close to overtaking me.
The tension before the race began was exhilarating, but the snails turned out to be so, so slow! It's a fun game and it felt polished and scoped well for the jam.

Thanks all for the comments! Glad you could enjoy and not take it too seriously, as was intended. :) Regarding a comment above about the speed boost...it's there, I promise, but it's like 1-2%. It's enough to get you over the line first in neck-and-neck, but don't waste your time going too far out of your way! Cheers all.
I enjoyed this game, I love how fast paced it is! Jokes out of the way I really enjoy the humor in this game. It is a little bit boring, but that's the fun of it! The names were a nice lil touch too. Overall a funny game :)

Really funny entry, I didn't think they'd be THAT slow. There's actually quite a bit of strategy since you get time to think about where you want to go and who you want to cut off. The music fit the game. I think there's room for more kinds of powerups, like slow Mario Kart :laughing: Great job overall!
Loved the graphics and mood and music. I wish the snails were harder to control or at least introduced more considerations.

Hilarious, would have liked to have seen some power-ups/blockers such as salt lines. I couldnt tell what the leaf pickup actually did.
