Thanks for the feedback. The game seems to take a bit to load into the main scene and makes the browser think its not responding. Currently looking for a fix.
The game looks cool but I alwasy stuck at the "dive in "page as the little man dive in the ocean and my screen freeze afterwards. Maybe a little buggy there?
Overall this is a good prototype, you have potential! Personally, I missed the increase in movement speed, everything is too slow
Fun underwater exeperience ! I enjoyed the 3D models, the relaxing audio and the relative freedom given to the player.
Strenghts : - Full 3D and cool animations - Great msuic and sound design
Weaknesses : - Controls do not mak it easy to reach the local fauna
All in all, goo job !
Got a crash at the beginning :(
Really like the animations. Good job!
Game crashing on the beginning +1 :(
Crashed, but looks cool.
Is it outright crashing or slowing down your browser ? there where some oversights on testing for browser and load time from menu to level is not so great
This game looks very pretty, and the animations were spot on. The underwater setting gives both the mood and the theme high marks. Moving around through the vast ocean and fighting various sea life was a lot of fun - I only wish I could move faster to experience more of it!
The music does get a little bit repetitive, although the musical theme and instrumentation really add a lot to the game's vibe. I think it could really take the game up a notch if the music were a little longer before repeating, or if the audible "skip" before the song repeats wasn't present. This could possibly be resolved by making the loop exactly the length of the music - and if it already was the exact length of the music, then bouncing/exporting the audio in a lossless format will usually resolve this issue in Unity.
I enjoyed playing - thanks for making this!
the web mode crush at the first time ,that makes me fells bad
Good game. Great graphics and animations. The visual voronoi texture for the water light effects are nice. I found the combat hit detection to be a little difficult to tell if it hit anything. Also, it's difficult to tell where the trident is hitting on the screen, a small dot where the trident hits would help a lot. I can see this becoming a great game with some polish.
Really nice. Animatonsand graphics look great.
I'm not sure if I really did anything, but I sort of wandered around and waved my tentacles about in the water, so I guess that's cool? The loading time really brought me back to the PS1 era, lol
crashed at the start for me =(
It looks really cool, but didn't run well for me. Movement was so slow I could barely tell I was moving (even with shift pressed), the web version was very laggy, so played locally instead. Btw, if you're already hosting the web version on itch.io, you don't have to clog up your dropbox, just upload the downloadable version on itch.io, too and it should show up as download link.
