Very polished! The web build seems to not register my mouse drags 100% of the time, but that's probably due to WebGL weirdness. Solid game!
Interesting game. Kind of reminds me of old school Gauntlet. I think the Fire Totem spawned inside a wall for me, so I wasn't able to destroy it :(
I'm having issues playing the web build. The game sits at the main menu and flickers a lot :(
I feel this could have been more interesting if a little more work were put into it, but as it stands right now, it's not very engaging. Solid A for effort, though!

Interesting story you've put together here. More than once choice would have been fun, but this is a neat little entry nevertheless.
The introduction is pretty rules heavy, but the game itself is really fun! You've got to think fast on your feet.

The text in the tutorial is a bit hard to read because of the font, but the game is very well done. Nice work!

@phlip45, thank you for your feedback! We're trying to polish everything before the deadline. Hopefully we can get those pain points sorted out. Oh, and for the record, you're beating my high score. I've only got 117 :(
@brandon-n, It sounds like you're trying to play the game through your phones browser, correct? If that's the case, Unity WebGL is not supported on mobile browsers. Please use a desktop browser or sideload the .apk to an android device.
Thanks for the feedback @jerripo. There's definitely an issue with the click/drag controls on the web version. Some people run into it, some people don't. I haven't had a whole lot of time this week to track it down :(
I'll ping you here if it gets fixed, though.
Solid game! I'm a sucker for mazes, so this is right down my alley. Inclusion of single player and couch co-op modes is a huge bonus!
Game starts off a bit too abruptly, but pretty neat nonetheless. Made it 24 seconds lol

I can't I'm a big fan of the audio. I could have done without the constant buzzing/tinnitus. That said, the rest of the game is pretty solid. I especially enjoyed how NPCs eyes glow in the dark.

I ran into some scaling issues with the UI, but that's a pretty minor gripe. Overall, this game is really fun. I love how you incorporated the theme into the game mechanics! Nice work!

The graphics and audio in the game are gorgeous. Exceptionally well put together! My only gripe is that if all remaining players fall into the lava at the same time, one of them is still somehow the winner. It would be nice to see a tie?
That said, solid 5/5 entry!

DUDE! I nearly made my own adaptation of this!! I love this short story. I'm playing it now, I'll come back and rate + edit this when I'm done.

Loved it. The only feedback I have is for the buttons/UI in the cockpit. It would be nice if they had some kind of on-hover feedback or something so the player knows they can be interacted with. Otherwise, excellent work! I'm glad someone brought *The Cold Equations* to Ludum Dare :)
I adore everything about this game! The art, sound design, level design, it's all on point. I especially love the musical allusion to Metroid. Nice work :D
THANK YOU for making a WebGL build available. Definitely makes life easier for everyone. I'm not the biggest fan of graphic novel/text adventure games, but this was very well made. Solid audio design and visuals. Great work :)

@incobalt yeah, the bots attacking the player is by design. It happens after the tower fires its wave attack. I had issues changing the color of the tower-owned bots and wasn't able to fix it in time.
Player owned bots are supposed to be blue, tower owned bots are supposed to be red.

@radow and @jfraser314 I definitely need to more clearly communicate to the player 'Hey, you need to stand under this arbitrary pyramid thing to spawn bots'. I meant to spend some more time on that entire design, but ran out of time. Oh well, that's how game jams go.
@jhell and @game-mon, you're both completely right about the gameplay. I actually had to cut a few things due to time constraints, so what you played is what I ended up with. I wasn't able to properly balance anything, either. By the time I made sure the basic gameloop functioned, it was time to package everything up and submit.

Fun concept! I like how the dice rolling mechanic forces you to make the best decision you can in the moment, which might not be the most optimal.

Thanks for the feedback @kjscott! I actually fought with the landscape vs portrait mode decision for a while. I eventually want to build this out as a mobile game. I ended up running with portrait because I felt the game would be easier to play with one hand on a phone. Although, I guess it would be just as easy to hold the phone landscaped.
I'll mess around with it. I agree that the top and bottom parts of the screen feel too empty.
This was a lot of fun. It took me a moment to realize the seeds need to be planted in the toilet, but I got the hang of it after that. Nice work!

@ORECROS @Listonos Thanks for the feedback. I'll be completely honest, I'm not a great programmer. I didn't think I'd be able to complete this project, let alone expand on the voice acting and rhythm mechanics. I kept everything simple just for the sake of minimizing scope for the jam.
That said, if I can carve out some time, I may try tackling improvements to the reactions and rhythm game mechanics, if for no other reason than a learning exercise. Thanks for playing :D

Very solid entry! Gorgeous character models and environment. Simple and intuitive UI gets you straight into the action.
Everything about this game is so well crafted. The music, the graphics, the controls, all of it. Solid 10/10.
Great mashup! My only gripe is I wish the guitar hero UI were implemented differently. It's difficult to focus on the action and the song at the same time. Very solid entry, though!
Interesting take the rhythm mechanic. I can't say that I'm a huge fan of having to keep track of the beats and control my horse at the same time, though.
I jumped into the game but wasn't really sure what my goal and controls were. Then, being the dense person I am, realized the goal of the game was to follow the series of doors marked with prime numbers (the game title was a good hint, too). The controls are pretty tight, but the camera-pan action is a bit floaty.
Overall, for a first game jam entry, solid game :)
I have to agree with what everyone else is saying. The overall aesthetic is lovely, but the game play mechanic can be a little confusing. One small gripe of mine is that the UI doesn't scale with screen resolution resolution. Great tunes and visuals, though.
First things first, I adore the art style of this game. The music choices also compliment the aesthetic nicely. My only gripe is that there is some weird behavior from the gun. It rotates away from where the player is looking is some areas of the level.
Otherwise, very solid entry :D
I think this is my favorite entry so far. It's definitely the most creative game I've played this Ludum Dare. Every facet of this game is so well crafted, and builds such a cohesive picture, that I can hardly believe it was developed over the course of a single jam! I would have liked to have seen the cards included more frequently. Maybe include the controls somewhere in the game next time, I managed to miss them. Overall, great idea and good execution :)
