Such a great game. I don't know what it was but it felt really relaxing to me. There are three thing I noticed: 1) people get killed sometimes even when you have food left. 2) One of the Ambient sfx sounds like you get shot. I was a little bit confused about that but once I realised that it was just a sfx it was ok 3) Once a message popped up saying something like "The target is not in line of sight"?!
PS: future player be warned - after around speed level 50 it's hard to pick up survivors ^^
Awesome game, I really enjoyed playing it. However I don't know if that was a bug or anything, but some of the buildings got destroyed without me clicking on them. Is there any other thing that could explain that? All in all: It's a super lovely game and I really enjoyed playing it!
Awesöme game! Everything felt well polished and the instructions are clear. I don't know about the physics of the coins because they kinda feel a little bit random ( Otherwise there are cool shortcuts possible this way). Another thing I think was weird is that on Stage 5 the 2$ coin ( after shot 1$ ) can't break the 2$ fence, however the 3$ coin ( after shot 2$ ) can go through the 2$ fence ( dead after that ) and continues traveling through the other 1$ fence without problems. But as I said, all in all it's a great game!
@ehan-goosch @steffo seems like they had another project: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/money-run
What an awesome little game! I really love the mood you have in that game. The smiley is funny, but creepy at the same time - a really good mix!
Just a normal day: I woke up, pumped up my muscles at the gym, broke something, met a cool judge who also hates gyms. After that I won at the casino, drank some alcohol and went back to the gym to flirt a little... As I said, a normal day  I really like the concept behind the game. It feels polished and the artstyle was great. I love that you managed to put in a character creation. really well done!
Cool game idea and well made. I noticed that the start feels kinda rushed. The first time I started it I was reading the instructions and went gameover. After I knew what to do the game is great. I would suggest to wait with the first enemy until the player placed the first orb. Otherwise it was fun to play!
Great game. It looks really awesome. The textures are fitting and the things you can interact with clearly stand out. However I was kinda stuck getting a way into the factory. Also the textbox sometimes wasn't visible because it vanished inside an object. Otherwise, awesome game!
@taco360 Thanks for playing and thanks for the feedback! The level is a problem a lot of people complained about and we are probalby going to change that. Regarding the problems with the totems, you can find totems on the map and you just have to walk into them. Then you are presented with a screen where you have to select one perk with your mouse. We are going to add the controls to this and the itch page. After the rating is over it will be part of the game. Thanks for the feedback!
Super fun game! At first I was like "Oh it's tetris, quite a big field for tetris" but after I realised that you have to match the colors / coins the space filled up quite fast. The only 2 really small things I noticed is that the rotation into a wall is kinda weird and I would love to see a way to move a block by holding down a button. I really enjoyed playing this!
Great game! I like the idea that your life is also the timer. This way you have one more reason to not buy something. The only negative thing I noticed is that the movement maybe felt a little bit slow. But all in all a great game!
Great game. I like the idea of buying new block in exchange for time, but I noticed that I didn't used it that much. A really nice feature is the (online?) leaderboard.
Good game! The graphics are great and fitting. The powerups are fun and clear to understand. The problem with this game is that it doesn't really get harder with the time. Maybe you can increase the throw distance of the people or increase their speed, just so that the player has to develop tactics to not get hit.
Wow, just wow! Normaly I'm not really a fan of Visual novels or Interactive Movies. But this was really good. The story was great and clear to understand. The timing was perfect and set a great mood! The only thing I noticed is that sometimes the white text on white background was hard to read. But all in all it is an awesome game / experience :)
This is a very innovative game with an insanely good art style. The levels are challenging, but not too hard. The only thing that was confusing for me was that the controls are inverted? All in all an awesome and highly polished game!
Really impressive for a game jam game. The first time I hit a rat I had to start laughing. The graphic look beautiful. Super fun to run around and a great mix between hitting enemies, puzzles and jump n' run!
Nice, relaxing game with a lot of upgrades that keep you playing. Well done :D
Nice game that might benefit from a tutorial and a reset game button ^^ The idea is super cool and the switching from operator to operator is really well done. I don't completely understood what I was doing, but from time to time I was like "Ah, I have to enter this combination now!"
Insanely polished game. The art style is awesome and super cute. The controls are intuitive and the different types of blocks make the game super fun!
Fun game where you have a BoomBox to mine blocks. A really nice level of detail where the size of your boom box changes the sound your soundwave makes. The game runs without any problems and is fun to tap your way through the blocks ^^ Great game!
Had some problems where Windows defender wouldn't let me start the game. I was able to play for around 2 minutes and it's quite fun!
Awesome game where you have to manage a spaceship. Besides managing the resources you also have to make decisions that will have an impact on your crew or ship. The only thing I noticed was that it's possible to have more than one notification - so it's hard to read them sometimes. Other than that, awesome game!
Awesome game! The fact that you have to manage your fuel forces you to remember the layout of the level in the early phase, so you can find the most performant route. Then with the first speed upgrade the gameplay shifts more and more towards avoiding the obstacles and makes it interessting throughout the entire game! Awesome Job!
Wow, I'm normally not the biggest fan of story based games, but this got me hooked somehow. The story is awesome and the different "voices" make it really easy to differentiate between different characters. I like the small easter egg of putting yourself into the game - and yes, writing a crime story in a few days is hard, but you did a really awesome job with this!
Really cool idea. We thought about something with tree roots too, but we decided that it would be too hard to make it fun... but this game is the proof, that it is possible! The game plays really nice with a lot of cool features like the different types of blocks that need different time to grow through. The difficulty is nicely balanced by the fact that the ground gets harder and harder the deeper you get. The fact that this is written in SDL makes it even more impressive! One thing I wish was in the game is a highscore since it's hard to tell how deep you really got. Other than that, really nice game! :D
A really nice game. Quite impressive for a game jam! The graphics and music set a really nice mood. A nice thing to have would be if your survivors automatically go back to the storage to drop their resources. Awesome game!
Fun and challenging game. The graphics are awesome and the sounds fit perfectly! really nice game.
I'm not exactly sure how, but I ended up breaking the game on my first run where I enabled 3D movement somehow. 2LeaguesAtDawn.PNG
Awesome game and really fun to play. I like the story going on and would definitely would love to play more :D
Finally someone made it into a real game! Awesome idea and a really cool spin on the theme, unfortunately there's a bug that enables you to don't lose at all. I won't spoil it here, but feel free to contact me :D Awesome game and really great execution!
Unfortunately I'm not able to interact with anything, am I missing something? I only get the endings that I escaped or did nothing at all. Movement feels good though. Pretty fun and looks awesome!
Nice little endless runner with a clever mechanic to drop your carts. The gameplay is nice, but there is a cooldown for switching lanes that sometimes can feel a little bit too slow
Fun little game that is quite challenging. The movement feels nice, but was confusing at first, since I tried using the wasd keys :P Once you realize how the movement works it's quite easy to navigate. All in all it's an awesome game!
The music and sounds realy create an amazing atmosphere and the gameplay is challenging but not too hard. Well made!
Realy cool game! The levels are realy well thought out and stuff like barriers bring a fun mix into the game. The gameplay feels smooth and the collision works flawlessly even at high speeds. I like the shot indicator, so that it's easier to aim your shots. Well made and fun to play!
What a beautiful game. The art is so awesome that I just had to play this. Unfortunatelly I have no idea what is happening in the game (even after reading the help bubble in the main menu), so I just placed random objects and ended up with an unlimited years thing?
bound-balance.PNG
All in all the game looks awesome and the sounds and placing items is super satisfying. Great job!
PANDAS!!!
But on a more serious note - what a lovely game! Once I started to understand what I had to do I ran around shooting fireflies just to run back to fight off some snakes. At some stage it felt like the end was inevitable, so I sat at the campfire, playing my banjo ukulele and waiting for the screen to turn dark. I had a lot of fun playing this game!
What in the magic hell of feverdreams have I just played?!?! Unfortunatelly I lost, after my eyes filled with tears when I clicked on the elephant for the first time and I couldn't see the difference between a goat and a cat anymore... BY FAR!!! the best game I played this jam so far. 5 Stars all the way. I hope you win and this masterpiece will end up in some sort of museum.
cosmotrasher.PNG
Unfortunatelly the itch.io link is not working.
@look-for-happiness This is how it looks on my end. Check in incognito mode or logout your account to see if it's a permission problem. Also check the game page if it's actually published. 404.PNG
Fun game! I really like production line games and seeing one as a puzzle game was a surprise. The tutorial is really good and explains everything really well. Unfortunatelly the puzzles are a little bit on the easy side, but it still took me some time to think about some of the solutions. I encountered a bug where I closed the buy menu and then wasn't able to open it again.
All in all a very well made game!
Doesn't seem to go past the loading screen? Is it just me?
Fun game! I really liked that everything is quite clear on what's going to happen. The fall animation made my day as I was like "Oh no. I lost" but then started laughing as my guy basejumped off the platform.
One thing I would change is that the board will start a little bit more zoomed out and the entire area is visible from the start, since I found myself starting a round and then moving the camera into the center, so I don't have to move it around all the time.
I was busy dodging the rocks until I realized that you can stack the sunglasses. From that point on it was stacking sunglasses to make my penguin buddy the coolest dude in the iceolation!
