I never knew hot air ballooning was so dangerous! Not a bad little game. You probably have gotten more out of the view if you did it horizontally rather than vertically as there was a lot of dead space above and below the hot air balloon.

Thanks for the feedback @kjscott! I actually fought with the landscape vs portrait mode decision for a while. I eventually want to build this out as a mobile game. I ended up running with portrait because I felt the game would be easier to play with one hand on a phone. Although, I guess it would be just as easy to hold the phone landscaped.
I'll mess around with it. I agree that the top and bottom parts of the screen feel too empty.
I really like the physics of the balloon. This was really fun to play. I think this would be a great mobile game.
When I played, I was listening to a remix of a super mario song and thought the gas refills were part of the song. XD Fun little game. Managed to get 29 points second time around. I wonder if there is an ending.

The way that the balloon handles feels very satisfying! Just the right amount of acceleration/deceleration as you're igniting the burner - Great job on that! :)
I think the pacing of the game was a little bit slow and it wasn't very exciting. Maybe some more feedback when the player enters through a ring or something. The graphics were neat though. Good submission!

Nice game, would have liked to see a different aspect ratio get see more ahead. It's very difficult, maybe slightly lower gravity would help. the baloon is dropping fast hehe.
It's a pretty good game, my only minor complaint is how the rings are sometimes aligned away from each other, making it harder to go from one to the next. Good job though!
The realistic buoyancy calculation really made controlling the balloon fun. Doing the research did pay off.
