I love this game!!!! Both of graphic and gameplay are pretty good !!
This was an enjoyable game, with great graphics and audio. However, I noticed a couple areas that could be imporoved to help gameplay (maybe in a post-LD version):
Drill sounds do not work after restarting the game Enemies do not make sounds when they move / attack (neither do turrets)
Nevertheless, an overall fun game!
not bad. i kind of wish the background music played during gameplay. couldn't figure out putting batteries in the turrets/ do i just build and place next to them? i did notice two batteries made the robots destroy the turret first.
Thanks for the feedback, guys! To put batteries in the turrets you need to press E and place it in the little "batteryholder"! We didn't have much time for bugfixing and testing (especially with sound effects) but we'll probably fix this for future versions.
It was actually very good, i liked the art style a lot!! Great work with the game!!
Great game, I loved the idea and the graphics/audio was on point.
I found it a bit frustrating how I couldn't see my own health. Other than that, the gameplay was fun. The lack of sound cues hurt my ability to mine further out, as I couldn't tell when to go back and replace batteries.
This game is real fun, I love the audio and visuals, as well as the tension when you are running from enemies back to your turrets. It would be really cool if you could move your center station somehow.
Also, hidden feature: when one of your supply missiles lands directly on it you get shot up high into the air, which is pretty sweet.
Plays well and was quite fun once I got the hang of it and figured out how to pick up the batteries. Only issues I had were missing sfx on a retry or just going back then menu and starting again.
Fun game, the graphics are really beautiful, I took a little time to understand how the battery worked and how the drum worked, but really fun :D
Love your graphics. Need more work in it! Keep it up Check out our game https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/life-and-death
It was a really fun game to play. I like your 3D graphics and the minerals, really beautiful. We also make a cinematic game with pixel art. Mind to check it out: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/daxua
It was fun playing this game. There are prominent elements of a strategy game present. Would love to see the full fledged version of this one.
Holy moly. This game gave me that No Man's Sky feeling! The whole vibe was just right. Please elaborate on this game, because I'd love to play a final version! Please checkout my submission!
Great, simple graphics. The sounds and your art really sold the whole space miner vibe. Awesome entry!

Okay first bugs: I had a battery completely disappear after it landing next to me. Besides that after going back to the main menu and starting a second round I lost all sound besides the "footsteps". Now to the game itself: the idea is good. I also like the graphics even though you overdid the screenshake a bit when drilling. Sound design could be improved alot, the footsteps are a bit annoying. I could see this working if you added a compensation for the longer travel times when you progress in the game - give the player some kind of exo-suite or (even cooler) allow him to jump super high and far! That would also add to the feel of being on a moon. All in all this is a solid entry for what it is - but the game design needs some work.
Edit: About your age. I think it's cool that you can do this already but don't hide behind your age! Take criticism well and continue to learn. Best of luck to you.
I quite liked this! Music was a bit much for the type of experience and the footsteps too loud but overall there was a simple solid build/defend loop and some nice visuals. Good entry!
