Had a great time getting all the treasure! I would love to be able to see grapple range.

@simpathey thank you for playing on stream and the kind feedback :)
oh wow. nice game. it was fun. i expected sub games. but so far the best one i've seen.
@profit thanks for you kind review! I am going to play yours next
The bubbles and water effects looked great. Nice job. Could have been a little more difficult but was overall was good.
This was great! Also loved the death sound/effects!
Pretty nice sub game :)
Very chill game, very nice to play. The only tiny thing for me is "losing control" of the sub while picking up an item. You can still move for a while and then it freezes until the item is picked. I would freeze when I click the item or not freeze at all.
Besides that, great game, loved it. Congrats
A fun little game, I love the style and the sound effects are great too!
The sound effects of bubble and hook are awesome. I also like the overall visual style and models. Gj!
Great game! I really liked to play it! Well done my dude!
Controls: Good Audio: FANTASTIC
GREAT choice of SFX. The ambience when you're piloting, so good. The sonar? CRISP. You did amazing on the mood and atmosphere, in large part due to the audio.
The controls are more than serviceable -- they're tight!
Default audio on the SFX was really loud compared to the music. I saw you could change it from the start menu but not in game. The controls were a bit floaty, which is fine, but combined with the loose camera follow, I ended up crashing a lot when going upwards. All of my crashes were from that. The pickup animation feels way too long, too, especially because it locks your movement. The ambient noise and sonar pings were neat. Thanks for making this!
good idea, nice graphics 👍
Nice! Love the water effects, but found a bug (?) where the bubbles appear above the surface. There is also a bug with executing several actions at the same time. The audio makes it really feel like it is underwater and the way the sub looks is just cute!
:notes: We all live in the Yellow Submarine!
Nice work. I liked the audio and the subtle water/lighting effects.
There's a bunch of sub games, this is my favourite up to now. the underwater sounds are really convincing especially backed up with the visual water effect. The pickup system seems a bit clunky and may need a drop of oil :)
The pickup delay is a little awkward currently, but otherwise everything works well. I liked the ice visuals, and how the sub breaks up into bits when it explodes.
Very funny graphics and animation(almost as beautiful as the death cry of a submarine).)
This game had probably one of the best graphics I've seen from this jam thus far. Presentation, including the audio, was excellent as well. And the controls were nice and reactive, too: zooming through the seas in a submarine was never this fun!
I did think the objective of the game was a bit lackluster. Although, I confess, fetch quests are a huge pet peeve of mine, so I'm already biased against collect X objectives. Fortunately for this game's level design, there's no "floating" rock formation to search for, so using the classic following-the-wall strategy certainly worked wonders. At the same time, though, because said strategy is so effective, the game never felt like there were any challenges. Given there's no enemies or significant obstacles in the game, the game felt a bit like a mere vacuum-cleaner simulator where all you have to do is scan through the whole level once, collect all the things, then call it quits. Although it was possible to plan around, I also didn't like the fact that the submarine appears to briefly lose control after collecting something.
I personally would have appreciated giving the player a little more control over the camera. Often it felt like the camera lagged behind the submarine's movement, so it was hard to see what's beyond the direction the submarine was already moving towards. I would have liked it to move ahead of the submarine so it makes it easier for the player to make out the path ahead. Alternatively, allow the mouse to control the camera.
Overall, somewhat enjoyable, but also too easy and predictable. Some more challenges to spice up the gameplay would have been appreciated.
