Quite enjoyed this, however the hard difficulty is a bit too hard XD

I enjoyed the game. I really liked the black hole in the middle, it fit the theme well. Music was also great!
The black hole is a really good idea. I feel like the enemies hit a little too well :)
Black hole is an awesome use of the theme! I found the difficulty too punishing, across the difficulty ranges. Overall, controls well, is easy to understand, and aesthetically strong!
Overall, I think that the ships should go slightly faster then then enemies so you can make cool plays to swing around and shoot them. I really loved the art style!
Wow this is really hard. I feel like it could use a damage system with a certain number of lives (that could scale with difficulty). Or like, maybe have the enemies shots less intense. The art is cute (I like having a choice of ships). Nice work!
Confused at the game over screen popping into my face all the time and saying "Complete" and it's difficult to shoot into the right direction without getting too close to the enemies or their bullets. :) Nice game though!
First thing I did was go right into the black hole...
Audio is way too loud and it seems that the enemies are over powered, even on the easiest mode.
Might want to add some type of "no go" zone around the black hole when placing the things I have to rescue. I had one appear right on top of the black hole.
Graphics are fun!
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my stream!

Not to bad, enemies were seriously over powered though hahah
I like the concept of racing against the growing black hole. Gameplay was smooth and easy to understand, but the enemies felt a bit overpowered even on easy. I think making them track a bit slower would make a big difference. Graphics were nice - clean and effective. Music was nice. Good work!
I like idea with the growing black hole. I think on easier difficulties the player should possibly have more health. Good job though.
Although I think less accurate enemies would be more fun. This game was pretty fun with the different spaceships. A minimap or something to tell you where the escape pods were would be good too, there is a countdown but you can't control how fast you find the escape pods.
Really like the concept of the game !!
Though i would prefer if i could hold down left click and shoot infinitely, and a dash would be beneficial since the enemy in this game is somewhat challenging and your ship is rather slow.

Cool idea with the black hole. I found even 'very easy' to be way too difficult honestly, it would have been more fun if I could have survived and played longer. I think my longest run was 30 seconds, so for the fun factor, dialing down the difficulty especially on the easy modes would be nice.
The music and sound effects were quite good!
Overall nice entry, very well done for a weekend!
Awesome music! Pretty cool space shooter game. Nice art style too. As others pointed out a radar/minimap would be helpful. I actually like that player dies after one shoot, adds more challenge to the game. Good job!
I would much prefer if I could move independently from my shooting - right now I pretty much need to fly towards the enemy (even if only briefly) to shoot them. Good old WSAD and mouse allows for much better maneuvering, which in turn gives more room to make the enemies more challenging.
Other than that, the game is pretty nice, I like how there's a game-clearing goal - I managed to rescue 30 ships on Easy, which I consider to be equivalent of completing the game (as opposed to getting shot down, sucked in by the black hole or running out of time). Speaking of different ways to end the game, it would be nice if the game end message differentiated between causes of ending, with rescue ending presumably being the best one. Other than that, maybe being able to detect some nearby distress signal (maybe even jammed by enemy signals) would help too, so that the player doesn't look for allies to rescue completely blindly. ^^
(on a side note, after a while I noticed that enemies stopped coming after me; is it because they started spawning near the black hole, or what?)
Nice little game and the idea of the black hole is cool. I wish you would see or feel the black hole more though, as often I was just flying through space without the idea that it's there. The music is really well done and there were some cool moments dodging the enemy bullets.
Nice game, feels good to control 💪 Seems well-balanced that one shot is enough to lose since the enemies are pretty easy to avoid on the first difficulty level. Hard difficulty sure was hard tho! 😁 I wonder if there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the theme, since you actually can win if you rescue everyone, so the black hole is not completely inevitable? 😅 Nice music. Simple but nice graphics. Was a little weird to have to press enter to progress through the intro when mouse is used for everything else, but that's just a matter of polish. Overall I had fun, good job C:
Would be nice to have direction markers to nearest pods and enemies Enemies suddenly appearing from up and down sides killed me most
Fun game was pretty challenging it would have been nice to have some ui indicating threats and people to rescue. overall good submission.
