Chess Hellevator by BoxedMeatRevolution 2021-04-28T06:18:09Z

Fantastic game, I may be biased towards this game as I'm developing a very similar one (not exactly though!). I think you took this concept to an awesome level with the idea that taking a piece + capturing a square on the same move = bonus move, pulling off some chains of them felt great and rewarded thinking! Also really like how much personality you gave to the pieces, really added to it!

Boombox by auxC 2021-04-27T23:18:13Z

Fantastic music and very juicy animations, love it. Don't really have any feedback to give, seems like you all had a very clear idea in mind and executed it very well.

Eat Prey Live by mrnyarlathotep 2021-04-28T05:59:42Z

Relaxing game, I like what you did with the background and how it seems to move faster when you dash.

For suggestions: I think that reducing the time where you're wandering around with just the backdrop should be reduced (unless you intended to give a "lost" or "aimless" feeling to the player, in which case: great!), perhaps drop in a few more of the little points around, or have the enemies actively wander towards the player (but not directly at them).

Overall, this is very solid! Love the way the information is given to the player through the game itself, not through UI.

Doomino's Pizza by Ryfi 2021-04-27T01:33:40Z

Very fun to play. The visuals, music and humor really sell it and I like the catchy name. I agree with a lot of the suggestions given here, to add to them: at some points you demand precise platforming from the player, however the jump you give them has no variable jump height, so a lot of the time you are hovering over the platform waiting to descend. If that's your intention, then great! Otherwise, I'd suggest tapering off the jump as soon as the player lets go off the spacebar.

Burilka Pump by abvadabra 2021-04-27T01:46:48Z

Fantastic game, good use of the theme, great visuals and gameplay. Minor nitpick: it's not clear from the menu that you have to move it downwards to access the playing board, besides that, this is extremely solid.

A Sinking Feeling by rpgfaker 2021-04-27T04:33:02Z

Favorite game so far. Clean execution of everything, fun and creative gameplay.

You should definitely take this farther, a bigger sub with multiplayer perhaps? Each player controls a few characters around the sub, each dedicated to a sector of it?

Nicely done, probably the best execution of the "digging" games thanks to all the juice you added. Great and punchy sound effects.

I think the game could be even more interesting if the slow-down that happens when close to blocks was something that could be controlled by the player, much like the boost is. However if you were going for simplicity, then what you have is great!

Ocelot Safari by pancelor 2021-04-28T18:36:49Z

Really fun mechanics, love the pixel art and the use of the ocelots, they serve a lot of purposes (making the player "fear" something, solve some corner case soft locks).

Nav's Endless Nightmare by Zizhen96 2021-04-27T03:03:19Z

Gorgeous artstyle and catchy tunes. Gameplay-wise, it is a bit dry but it gets the job done. I really like the idea of descending by going into a beast multiple times. Quick suggestion: maybe try to give some oomph to hitting enemies, as of now its the same as hitting a wall, something as simple as a red texture for the explosion instead of the regular blue one would be enough.

Depth Perception by Rina 2021-04-27T03:19:09Z

I agree with AntaresValdemar. Seems like a good concept but the game doesn't communicate well enough what the goals are. I assume that it is assembling all the pieces on the blank canvas, however, beyond "click everywhere on each painting and drag" there isn't a lot of thinking involved (unless it totally blew over my head, which I wouldn't be surprised by!). Also, when a piece gets rotated it is no longer selected, it'd be nice if they stayed selected.

Solar Subs by Simpathey 2021-04-27T04:09:49Z

Just did a few runs of your game, very zen! if I had to suggest something it'd be an option to skip straight to the fully dark levels. Also just an idea: how neat would it be if there were some things like hostile fishes that you shouldn't light up? so you had to pivot all around them. Start it off as the anglers that you can see during the light, then have stealthy hostile fishies that hide in the dark till you shine on em :D

@miej @Sabomball @Tillbold @kel @Don Fouts For anybody that was having issues with the MOUSE WHEEL UP keybinding, we have changed it to SHIFT. Please feel free to give it another try!

Poss Loot by Guax 2021-04-27T06:08:25Z

Loving the pixelart for the character. Really fun game! Pogo-jumping feels smooth.

I think the only issue I see is that there's no indication of how broken a block is--although I'm sure that was something you thought about.
