Cool concept, I couldn't really figure it out though, I get that there are parts of the paintings you can move around and I'm guessing you assemble them on the blank canvas, couldn't figure it out beyond that. I moved part of the van gogh but it disappeared lol. I like the vibe though!
I liked the atmosphere and the concept, but not much seemed to be done with it. The use of the theme was minute, though the game was still enjoyable. Good job!
I wasn't quite sure what I was supposed to be doing. I found the mouse sensitivity to be crazy high. Maybe that was just on my end though. I like that you swap between two different modes, one mode to move, the other to pick up. I wish I knew what to do so that I could play it through fully.
The mouse was little touchy for me. I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to go. I like the concept however.

I agree with AntaresValdemar. Seems like a good concept but the game doesn't communicate well enough what the goals are. I assume that it is assembling all the pieces on the blank canvas, however, beyond "click everywhere on each painting and drag" there isn't a lot of thinking involved (unless it totally blew over my head, which I wouldn't be surprised by!). Also, when a piece gets rotated it is no longer selected, it'd be nice if they stayed selected.

I wasn't really sure what to do! The mouse sensitivity was really high for me.

It was really hard to move unfortunately. Hard for me to play the game or really experience much. The graphics were very basic and a lot of things were a little unfinished, for example the text in the start room appears in front of the objects. The audio seemed good.
Heyo! Most of all, I loved the song of the museum hall! In pandemic home office vibes, it was a nice touch to my daily experience to see some art paintings along with some music! I didn't understand tho how I should interact with the objects and such, it felt like in scene 1 I could move objects around and rotate them, and in scene 2 I suddenly couldn't anymore. I would've liked to do that with some historical paintings (: See ya!

Hi everyone, thanks for the feedback! The goal of the game is indeed to mess around with some of the paintings and assemble something else on the white canvas. I'd suggest grabbing all the objects first and observing what could be made out of them.
Addressing some issues: - We noticed the crazy mouse sensitivity, however it only appeared after compiling the Unity project, so we couldn't look into it in time for publishing (sorry). - Objects disappearing: some objects were implemented as planes (bad practice, I know), which means they only have "1 side". So if you rotate them they might become invisible (it looks as if it disappeared). Some workarounds would be either restarting the level with ESC or walking around to the backside of the object (they leave shadows on the floor, so you can use that as a guide).
We know everything is pretty basic and unpolished, but we just really wanted to develop something (even if it was exam week in uni, hehe). We tried to come up with something other than the expected "underwater exploring" and "digging" games, and this was the result. We might update the game later on with improvements.
Thank you all for playing and for leaving valuable comments! It means a lot

Really nice music with a cool concept and unique way of interpreting the theme! The high sensitivity should be fixed as it actually hurts to turn so much with the mouse and trying to be precise. Also there has to be some kind of indication that I can grab a thing on the paintings. Other than that, pretty pleasant :)

game breaks if you switch back to move mode while holding an object and start looking around.
