really nice animation. sometimes I seem to dash in the wrong direction and I'm not 100% sure why? like the idea a lot though
I think the animations are really good. And is nice that there's no cooldown if you hit a dash successfully. It does seem to be pretty hard, not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I was not able to get more than like 30 seconds in haha...
@diabolical-sloth ty for your feedback, did you play the browser or the android version? browser version was kinda bugged, I did it to make the game more accessible, but i didn't find any bugs in the android version yet, so let me know :)
@enricomandelli browser yeah I'll try and give it another go on android tomorrow morning :)
The idea is interesting. The graphics look good. I don't know if this should be the case, but left-shift does not work in the browser version; And several times at the start I immediately hit a stone in the face XD
What? I can't slice through rocks? What kind of samurai is this?? Seriousli though, very cool concept. Can be a little buggy sometimes, but pretty great overall.
animations are A1, and it's completely playable with mouse, I thoroughly enjoyed this!
@ninjacatz in browser, the game cant register input if the mouse gets out of the game window :/ because of maybe it was it
Simple yet fun to play. Played android version and I didn't encountered any bugs, anyway I'll keep your game on my phone and play it while I'm bored, good job!
Great concept and addictive game! It is a little bit hard though
It took me a while to understand the mechanics XD Nice art, great jam!
It took a while for me to get good, but after I got it this game was a blast! Simple and fun!
Really cool game. Would have preferred for desktop to be supported primarily. Well done.
Not everyday you see a mobile game in LD. I feel like the mobile version is definitely a lot better than the web. The controls on web just feel clunky and slow. However @aevek did play it on his phone during our stream and reported that it felt much better. I think if I were to suggest a change it'd be to make the enemy dudes not push you back like the rocks do.

I played the web version, and the mouse input wasn't so bad. The sound effect of hitting the guys is satisfying, and the background music is nice.
Android version is killer! Tight game loop, really challenging but not frustrating, well done!!
So cool to see a mobile game for the jam! I got to 22 points! It is a simple yet addicting game loop. If you exand on this making more levels, maybe some different mechanics I can really see this going somewhere. There is a lot of potential here, but even without all that, just the way this is it is a fun timewaster, the music is nice, the sound effects fit the visual artstyle.
A cool game, well done!
Tough game. Wished to see more levels, cool entry for sure.
This was awesome! Nice job! The overall gameplay loop is fun and addicting and I could totally see this on mobile on the app store! It's satisfying to pull off a chain of slashes on enemies and dodge around rocks. The graphics were a great pixelated look too. I just found that the buildings at the bottom of the screen (I think that's what they were) would get bigger and block your view if you got in the lower section of the screen. Anyway, overall I was very impressed, awesome job!
Hello! Your game was played on stream ( https://www.twitch.tv/ursagames/videos ) on 5/05 (Day 3 of LDJAM streams).

I loved the game. It was a little difficult to get used to the controls on the PC, but it was very fun and challenging. Congratulations to the developer.
Hi! For some reason, the web version doesn't work here (I'm on Firefox on Windows / 32 bits). I have the error "indirect call to null" after the game finishes loading. I tried both the original and bugfixed version, and it crashes on startup in both cases.
Nice looking, I imagine it would be far more better with touch controls, good job!
@drludos weird never seen this error, maybe it only works on 64 bit, only thing i can think it might be
