Awesome work. I've followed your development through twitch.tv and I'm out of words. What a team!

gotta git gud
Man I can feel de addiction crawling towards me.
There's a problem with the panels overlapping each other in the windows fullscreen version. The game is compelling, though.
With some more work on the controls it would be great!
Nice idea, the visuals are a little bit confusing, it jsut takes to get used to.
Loving the gangsta grip

Very charming. Really enjoying the underlying complexity.
Vicory!
Smooth controls :)
Love the UI and the idea, the gravity swap is kind of awkward though.
There is a bug that let's you get out of the room and circumvent it, and the controlls need some tweaking, but the graphics are gorgeous and the mood is pretty cool.
Awesome
mood 6/5
Deserved
Dank Aesthetics
Love the first impression.
The controls are way too sloppy to the point where I couldn't understand the game.
Let me check maybe I messed up when fixing the bug.
Indeed, I messed up with the game lenght when debugging and forgot to set it up before building. It should work in a moment.
erikiene: Nice idea man, I thought about that kind of score screen but got into cruch time and throwed it away. I was also thinking about a can of red bull that you could use once and it doubled your productivity during a short period of time. Maybe I'll add that someday if I feel like working on it again haha
Aun: Yes they are, my unity window had it's volume lowered so I didn't notice that the audio was maybe too high. My hi-score is 768 thanks to a glitch: You can order food and eat while sleeping or looking out of the window and your stats keep recovering ;)
I'm a bit lost, I'm not sure if it's kind of a concept work or the logic is not finished. The graphics look good though.
The dacay should probably be higher over time so you can't reach a point where it's too easy. Great game though.
Loving the idea, The controls are really awkward though.
You should probably upload a walkthrough video so people without VR can still vote, I like the idea of making VR games for a jam. Good job :D
The effort and the attention to detail put into the game really shows, I enjoyed my run.
Cool Idea, nice aesthetic, It's a bit confusing without a tutorial or introduction. Good game overall :)
Really clean graphic style and compelling concept. Love it!
It's really good that when you die you can start to try again right away. It's sometimes confusing that the levels are right-to-left without an apparent reason, but that's a little nitpick.
Dude those animations are really cool. My jaw kind of dropped when I saw it was a Compo game. Keep it up
gotta love the machine gun
You gotta be kidding me. This is my goty no doubt.

Love the aesthetic
Love the graphics of the sun and the space. The 3d model of the planet seems kinda off though, and it starts to be a problem when the planet gets big and the items on the surface start to be ocluded. Really nice concept, and again, love the graphics. :)
My game needs some votes too, so if you have some spare time I would love to hear your feedback. Sorry for the plug :P
PS: It's great that you have a menu screen! KUDOS!
Pretty cool idea and i like how the controls feel like I'm flowing through this man's mouth like I'm the teethvatar. Loved it :D
I did it in 57 minutes and 47 seconds!
No, I did not, I'm a liar :(
Were all the graphics done in-jam? They're astounding!

@gamepopper I know no shame!
This is preposterous, I can't understand how could one person have made this game. I'm pretty much in shock right now, I regret not seeing this during voting because I can't see a single problem with the game. I can't wait to see more of your work. Do you have a twitter handle or any kind of blog?

Playing this game was very frustrating for me since I could tell I would have loved it if it wasn't so damn hard. I don't know how the enemy horde escalates but probably starting with around 200 resources to construct the first structures could be a great improvement. The lack of resources to build at first made me use only turrets and even that can't stop the enemies. That's my impression after playing the game but maybe I'm just bad.
@zgragselus Hey! thanks for the feedback. The game indeed keeps up playing, but the max. minerals counter should'nt go up. I didn't want to limit the play sessions to 5 minutes. The other two points I know about, the hitboxes are kind of messed up, and I'll try to work on them for future versions. Thanks!
@gamedevbynight Thanks dude!
@atmog That's some bad ass score, I had almost no time for playtesting so the max I had reached was about 300, so I'm impressed :P
Lo habéis vuelto a hacer...
Really good work, great polish.
Good job and good on the professor for working hard with his students.
Although it's a basic game, it's pretty solid for a first time compo submission. The hitboxes seem completely fair and the relaxing music fits the simple zen gameplay. It fits the theme well because the more items you have the worse your vision gets, it would be nice if you got a score mutliplier while having items, so taking some items would be a possible high risk high reward strategy.
@kaiagan @jeroenpx In regards to sacrificing units during battle, that was how the prototype was working, but during playtest it quickly became clear that the best strategy was waiting for the units to be low on health and sacrificing them, making the whole sacrificing mechaning meaningless as soon as you get the timing right. Not being able to sacrifice mid-battle means the player has to take some hard decisions sometimes regarding wether to sacrifice and buy a new unit or risk it and wait for more gold and buy the better one.
In the end it is also a taste depending thing so, nice feedback :)
What came to my head as soon as I saw that title: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JqHaJkIvz0Q
Love the style dude!
That style is striking! Great!
@markus Yes, one of the things that I regret I didn't use enough is the fact that all the pieces have a complete movement system implemented, I tried to exploit it making the player use different pieces instead of always the king, but I feel like that was not enough.
This is a great, deceivingly simple game. Super fun
Maybe you could solve some of the DoF issue by updating its focus to wherever the player is looking, as it is right now it detracts from the experience more than it helps.
