"Plop plop plop plop". You have a great future in voice acting!
And I still have a silly grin on my face, writing this. A great game that was simply fun!
The music was FANTASTIC and a great game overall. Very well done!
A very well executed game! I was so busy clicking that I kept closing the level up/upgrade dialogs as soon as they opened. Well done!
Well, this one put a smile on my face. The art and music was perfect, and you nailed the theme. I would play it again, just for the satisfying restart mechanic. Well done!
This one put a smile on my face. A simple idea, well executed. Nice graphics and audio. I ran into the same bug as the one mentioned in the previous comment, but overall, well done!
Yikes. That was incredible! It would have been nice if one could see the velocity and altitude values when in third-person view (but that should probably be something one could toggle, as just having basically no GUI - just seeing the world - was incredible.
Great game and loved the mood. Got a bit disoriented from the high mouse sensitivity. Well done!
What a FANTASTIC idea!!? I loved the mood, the graphics, the audio suited the game perfectly. You nailed it!
What a game! The music was fantastic and so were the graphics. I really liked how the boat controlled - felt like it had weight and didn't turn on a dime. Great game!
Love the idea. LOVE the music. Great game - well done!
This nailed the mood. That music, those graphics. Wow. This felt great to play. Not reading instructions, I always just spam WASD, left-click, right-click. As arrow keys were used, would have been nice if WASD worked as well. Very, very well done. You are all annoyingly talented.
I really like the mood. Looks great too. Well done!
Very charming game, and loved the graphics!
The idea is great(!) and the art fantastic. +1 to the previous comment about adding an Html5 version.
The art is awesome! This was an unusual game - glad I tried it. Well done!
The art style. The music. Wow!
Deny the eggs! Deny the eggs! I will never, ever admit in public how much I enjoyed this game considering the theme. This comment will self-destruct in 5....4....3....
Oh, and great game, great music!
Yikes, that was creepy! The music was a perfect fit, and so were the graphics. Well done!
This is some impressive work! Great game!
Great concept and well executed! Another +1 to the need for some sort of indication of where the next meteorite will hit.
Fantastic idea, and the mood/audio/graphics just came together to form great experience overall. Great game!
And to the unlucky person that opens my bottle, I'm sorry...
Well done! I liked the mood of the game but was hoping for a bit more of a boss fight at the end. Definitely a better game than mine!
This was great fun! The slow rotation has been commented before I see, +1 to that, but overall, a great game. Well done!
What a brilliant idea! I felt really dumb at first though, furiously trying to draw directly on the screen, and not using the create menu. Mr. Filton was not pleased. At all. Great game!
As I see others have already commented on, those "PS1-graphics" were awesome. What an awesome idea - this felt like the first level of a much larger game, not just a tiny-game-jam-thing. Well done!
What a fantastic game! Really liked the sound effects in particular, but the whole package was great! Very well done.
Love the concept. Well done! I agree with previous comments about having a score tracker.
That music! Fantastic! And who doesn't like long walks on the beach and pina coladas? Exactly - no one ever. So, I picked Brian of course. I basically never play this type of games but I really enjoyed this. Well done!
This was great! The art, and the voice overs in particular. Very well done.
This is AWESOME! Everything works so darn well together. Just the intro itself blew me away. You are an insanely talented bunch of people.
Well, I didn't get very far, but you have a nice main character to build further on.
Nicely done! Really liked the art style and the music. Overall a great game.
Neat idea! I kept thinking that there was more strategy to it, that I was simply do dumb to grasp. Would love to see where this could end up with a bit more work.
What a great idea! Nice graphics and audio. I had fun playing it - well done!
Love the idea and old-school feel. I was unbelievably bad at the game, so I will not quit my day job and become a professional SensenCemetary quit yet. Maybe next year. The attention to detail in the initial parts (name, select tombstone, and even draw on it!) was a very nice surprise.
Great job! Great sfx!
What a smart and simple theme! Well done!
What a great idea! Had fun playing this one, but I was quite bad at it
Big happy grin right now! What a great concept! Would have liked to be able to switch camera view using the keyboard, but overall, a great game!
This is brilliant! Very nice minigames. I died. And died. And then I died some more.
Well done! Nice graphics and audio. And the professor has perfect hair...An option to skip/fast-forward dialog would have been good.
I was REALLy bad at the game - died over and over and over - but it was very well made. Nicely done!
The art was great, and the music was FANTASTIC! Using WASD + Z was maybe not an optimal combination for my fumble-fingers, but reading the comment above, I now realize that I could have used the arrow keys...Overall, a great game!
Not an easy game but a great one. And when you say "play with controller" I say "pfft!". Well done!
Nicely done! I just want to add a +1 to a previous comment here: "Would have loved to have some kind of moody ambient music (like the one you used at the end) during the entire game.".
@lolopupka Thank you! "You shold add music maby there is but I dint find or here It" - the audio is disabled by default on Unity Play it appears. It must be enabled. As stated in the game over screen, the music is NOT mine. One of the many, many things I had planned to do but had to cut from the scope.
@dean-isseyegh Thank you - really appreciate the feedback!
@deylinia Thank you! I had to cut the scope a lot so I never got to really play around with the power management. Your feedback inspired me to keep tinkering with this. Thank you!
@althasor Thank you!!
@wouter52 Thank you so much for all your great(!) feedback! >Sometimes the spacebar would not register. Thank you! The code is horrible, so I will rejoice at the fact that it DID register sometimes then.
>Also, I had one platform in the third level that was jumping all over the place, was that on purpose? It was challenging to jump on that one :-) That was in fact on purpose. Started out as a mistake, but realized it was a fun challenge.
>P.s. I forgot about the power distibution, the game is beatable without changing the default settings Yeah, I cut the scope, and then cut it some more. And then some more. So I never got around to making levels that required the use of that.
"@Anonymous" Every word you wrote is true, especially the buggy mess part. Thank you!
@hexyvexy Great minds etc
@lichead-studio Thank you - much appreciated!
@sleepygrin Thank you! It confused me as well. I don't even like platformers.
@dennis-magnusson Thank you, and definitely agree on your feedback about the power distribution mechanic - I simply had to cut that from the scope.
@lisyarus Thank you for reporting that! I got that issue once as well. Something wrong on the Unity Play site I think. I opened in a new browser and then it worked fine.
@gm637official That's great to hear - thank you!
@lisyarus Thank you for trying (and great(!) game btw!)
@nikolavuk Thank you for your feedback! Yes, the sinking/disappearing platforms have some randomness to them to add a bit more of a challenge. Note that you can still step on them even below the water surface - it's basically getting your head under water that kills you.
@lisyarus Wow - thank you for the very well thought out comments. "trying to spot them through water isn’t that fun" - agreed. I wanted it to be an additional chanllenge, but I should have tweaked that a bit, e.g. maybe makign the water more transparent.
"I didn’t really see the point of controlling energy distribution, managed to finish the game without using it at all". Correct, I added the system for it, but never got around to building levels that actually required you to use it...poor time management.
Thank you again!
@bottled-up-dark-peace Another commenter that had the same issue mentioned that "I finally figured it out, I had VPN turned on, and without it the game loaded fine!"
@ocwal "I loved your steaming pile of dung"
Well, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me :)
Thank you for your comments!
@justagamedev "although i couldn’t realize what the inevitable actually is" Very valid question. That there was no way to escape the planned obsolescence was the inevitable part, even after "winning". Thank you for your nice feedback!
@yossha Thank you for that nice feedback! "About the third stage, the board was out of control and it was difficult to get on top of it" Well, it's a good thing then that you didn't get to play the level where I made alomost all the platforms like that :)
@skruffye Thank you for your great feedback!
"I didn’t really find that the reduced battery power affected me at all, but that’s maybe because I was playing as if I was going to get scored for my completion time"
Yeah, I didn't get to that part...cut scope, cut scope.....cut some more.
@ds-nahogara Thank you! Note that the sound appears to be disabled by default(?) in Unity Play so it has to be enabled at the bottom of the play window.
@blizzsuxx Thank you! Yeah, I didn’t get to that part…cut scope, cut scope…..cut some more.
@sodoj Thank you for your kind words!
@zachsbutt Thank you!
> i could say that during those “now updating” dialogues the platforms would still lower, That's a darn good idea. I should change that.
And regarding power distribution, true!
...aaaaand regarding the audio, yeah it appears to work like that in Unity Play. A lot of people have mentioned that. Using Unity Play was probably not my best idea...
@weewsa I'm rather glad to hear that - too easy would be worse. Thank you!
@tominertv Thank you!
@domin77 That's great to hear - thank you!
@itskdog Thank you!
@codebug Thank you, and valid feedback. I wanted the submerged blocks to be part of the challenge bit I should tweak that. Cheers!
@hungrycatgames Thank you!
@shortcreative Thank you for that great feedback - appreciate it!
@skleembof Thank you - such feedback makes me very inspired to keep tinkering with this! Cheers!
Thank you @kuggenhoffen! Yes, I never got around to making the power mechanic a vital/useful addition to the game.
Thank you @proxy-games!
Looks great! Love the concept and art-style in particular.
I love the look of the game - great job! As others have mentioned, was a little confused at first.
Regarding confusion, I wasn't sure at first what you should try to do with those "circular sliders" that you controlled by pressing A / D.
Like it - looks great! It would have been nice if the boost was a bit smoother. Overall, great game!
Wow! The mood was fantastic, with great art and audio. I kind of wish that the you didn't have to press J/L quite as often - I would have been able to enjoy the whole experience a bit more then. Great game!
I love it. LOVE IT! I gave this the highest rating of any game I have tested sofar. Just the start screen itself was perfection. Great art, the music was a perfect fit.
I had a blast playing this one! And extra points for the art!
Great idea! I never lasted more than 10 seconds. Well done.
What a great game! I'm happy to report that I have discovered a new type of chemical mix, but unfortunately it appeared to be lethal....The speedups were a bit too challenging for me, but I'm simply not very good at this type of games. Very well done.
I played this for way longer than I had planned. Great concept, great art, and best of all - the vocal performance by Charles.
Great idea! The drone movement had a good weight to it. As others have already mentioned, the RMB/LMB tutorial issue confused me at first. I kept thinking that I hadn't placed the drone properly as the box was at the very edge of the screen.
Well done!
