I like the idea a lot. There are so many little things you need to manage and can do none at the same time which makes it impossible to actually do anything. Awesome entry that fits the them perfectly.

Super interesting concept! The game looks so polished and is well done! I did face a bug in the web build where I was only able to play once and playing again would cause the game too freeze.

Its a very interesting Game and i like it a lot, a new concept that i Personally never played. But is it possible to deactivate the Tutorial? Is there in planning to add a ranking where i can see my stats (would be really nice)? After the first round I have the Problem that im Drowning instantly. But overall its a very Funny Game and I would Recommend it to my friends (especially because of the Music). Good Job from you all, and best wishes for the Future.

I like the fun little game you guys made. It's well designed, i especially liked the simple introduction to the game mechanics and the fun challenge. Interesting idea to combine this with the theme, as Günther, i probably would not only have chosen a different boat but espacially a different spot to paddle.
Really liked the game! Art and atmosphere were great! Liked the sounds as well. Mechanics were solid and theme executed well. Overall really enjoyed it!

Very simple, but very good graphics! And the soundtrack underlines the feeling of the game very nicely. However, it is really exhausting to press the spacebar so quickly in a row :D
Interesting idea, fun to play and the graphics are great. Probably, would benefit from adding a quick restart button (I couldn't find a way to skip quitting to menu after each drowning)
Simple idea and well executed with the art and audio. The speed at which you need to paddle feels too difficult and could definitely do with being made slightly easier. The mechanic of filling the boat with air and patching holes is great and adds a nice level of multitasking to the game. As mentioned by other people, being able to skip through the tutorial faster or quickly restart would be nice to. Really cool looking project, nice work :)

Had a lot of fun with this game! It's so chaotic, balancing fixing holes, pumping air, avoiding obstacles, and keeping away from the waterfall. Art is super cool as well!
Enjoyed this, lovely art, anim + sfx. I'd like a way of playing that didn't involve hitting spacebar on repeat, feel like there's enough other interesting mechanics to slow you down.
What a joy this game is! The assets are stylized and stunning, the character is adorable, and the camera work and physics are smooth and polished. Shocking to see a functioning and competitive leaderboard on a jam game! That is no small feat!
And the gameplay! Hilarious, frantic, and playful - I only wish it didn't hurt my carpal tunnel.
Also, the little touches, like the bushels of wildflowers, and the itch.io background - super appreciate the all the effort, very well done!
I love it. LOVE IT! I gave this the highest rating of any game I have tested sofar. Just the start screen itself was perfection. Great art, the music was a perfect fit.
I didn't stop until I got into the rating! A-ha-ha! Great idea with it!

This game hurt my hand having to press the space bar and E key repeatedly. This would be good for maybe a QTE in another game but it became less fun for me the longer I played.
On a positive note, these were some pretty good graphics.

Very great game! I like the style and music! It took a bit to understand how to fix the boat (The numbers are a bit hard to read in low graphics settings).
The game spikes up in difficulty really quickly. Otherwise the graphics are cool. I would be nice to be able to multitask two actions at once :D
The game is so funny) Really got to sweat a bit when trying to save the old man from the terrible death with my space button)
At third trying realized that using numpad for fixing the boat made the process easy a bit. I have a suggestion, that very rare powerups betwen the floating stuff, like ballons to restore the air capacity, or patches to fix one puncture or anything else which matches the style, could improve the playing experience and make the session a little bit longer.
Because for now it is too difficult to play and seems impossible to deal with 3 punctures at a time. Anyway, the game feels verry good! Good luck!

Too much multitasking for me but 11th on leaderboard place is good enough :D There should be the secret ending when boat hit the ground ;) Overall very good game!
That was a lot of fun. I about wore out my spacebar playing lol. I think it would have been easier to play with a numbpad but I use a TKL keyboard. The graphics were awesome and the UI was really well polished. Great entry!

A very cute and likeable entry :)
The game is not the most performance friendly as I was trying to play it on my old Macbook, so I'll have to try again tomorrow on my proper machine. (But it's 3D with a water shader in a Web Build, so that's kinda to expect)
The visuals and colour were very pleasant to the eye and honestly a 3D game in WebGL? You guys either light baked or your Post Processing game is next level, so consider yourself saluted for it!
Also, whoever rigs and animates a 3D character for a gamejam is nothing less but a hero in my book ^^ (I always do it to challenge me and MAN is it a LOT. OF. WORK. Did I just call myself a hero? YES!!! haha.)
I really liked the concept of the game, as well as all the options and that the ending reason is a waterfall :) (I like button smashing mechanics, that might come from playing pokemon stadium minigames all the time as a kid lol)
It would have been cool to have an indicator of the location of the waterfall in comparison to my location even earlier :)
Water shader looked good too! A nice, minimalistic game where you focused on a bunch of assets and make the most of it - which is the right way to do a gamejam imo.

Super cool game, one of my favourites so far. Maybe add a vertical display on the left under the wind symbol to show the player where they are positioned on the river. Apart from that, fantastic game! :smile:
i liked the art style here, i reminded me of the 3d Sam n Max games a bit. i kind of struggled to keep from falling and the longest i lasted was only 120 seconds but i still had fun. i could see this being a fun mobile game to play on the bus or whatever.
Cool concept. The balancing of tasks gets a little rough when no choice is a good one. Great entry though.

I had a great time! The setting and small environment details looked great and made the experience more enjoyable.
A really fun and silly concept! I liked the plugging hole mechanic, and how you have to choose to only do one action at a time. the spamming space made the game great to play once, but to play longer it ended up being too demanding to spam the space bar continually. Really good theme interpretation!
I liked it a lot, it's a simple but well-executed concept. I liked the art, the music, the camera change when Günther is close to falling and all the different mini challenges. Good job!

Memes aside, I really enjoyed this. It's a fun idea, charmingly executed, with excellent graphics and sound effects. The gameplay strikes a good balance: each task is easy enough to perform in isolation, but it's impossible to do all of them at once and you *will* inevitably trip up and fail. The camera change as you approach the waterfall is a neat touch, but sadly it also makes it impossible to dodge any oncoming obstacles and only makes it harder to recover.
I think my main criticism would be that, while the tutorial tells you how to re-inflate your boat, it never tells you that you can fix the holes that are causing the leaks in the first place. The button prompts to fix the leaks are also very hard to read in windowed mode, so I didn't realise what they were until my second playthrough. You also sometimes suddenly get five or six holes at once, which is basically a guaranteed game over - I know it happens when you collide with something but I'm sure it also happened without me touching anything.
Overall, great job!
Like the game. Like the cartoon style. Easy to get into and increases difficulty gradually with obstacles. Reminds me of old NES T&C Surf game.
Nice, not the most creative game (I mean the genre 'endless runner') but implemented well. the graphic and audio are nice, even a setting page is done. The leader board feature do give me motivation to keep trying your game. good job overall
Although I only made it 75 seconds on my best attempt, I think you've really captured the theme well! Putting "Panic" in the title was apropos... I was mashing the space bar so quickly that my wife yelled from the next room "What are you DOING in there?"

Lovely game! When I heard this was a game about mashing I was like "Okay I'm in". The audio is enjoyable, albeit a bit repetitive - but not in a bad way. The gameplay was addicting. Was there any scaling? I feel like I couldn't get as far up the river the longer the game went but I might be wrong!
The biggest con was that my keyboard was slowly sliding backwards while I was mashing space. Thank you for your submission!

One thing prevents me from playing longer - I was afraid I would break either my space bar, or my hand. I think it should be way easier to stay in one place. I think the rest of the gameplay elements can stay like they are - fixing holes and the floating obstacles will provide enough challenge, especially if they get faster - but space bar needs to relax a lot more :slight_smile:

This was a really neat game. I liked all of the challenges that arose. It gave a sense of panic and urgency along with acknowledgment that it was all going to end soon anyway. Great job!
Also, may spacebar has been knowingly not good for awhile. This game tested just not how good it is, lol!
My spacebar on my laptop was not up to the task lol. Had to switch to my desktop to get that real paddling action. Awesome mood and theme matching, was a bit difficult to read which number was needed to patch, but other than that great submission :)

In the moment the music starts you instantly feel GUDE LAUNE! Really funny game! (though smashing E makes fixing leaks obsolete)
Really good game, the gameplay is simple yet engaging as hell. Really love micro managing all the things that you could do and try to frantically spam your Space Bar.
