Really didn't expect the surprise. Can't really comment much on graphics and audios because you opt-out (music is LIT :fire: tho). Had quite fun for a couple minutes. Don't really know if this is intended or not, but stepping on bear trap hazard makes me unable to stand up. Pressing movement will only spin my character. Anyways, good work!

This game is really fun. I love the random upgrades. Although you can just run around the same place while shooting, I still get the fun playing the game. I don't think the enemies are really that different, but it's far better than having only 1 enemy. Thank you for the fun!

Could really use some more depth in the gameplay, but the concept is already really good. The graphics and audios are also great and fit the atmosphere. I was trying to headbutt the arm to see if I can reverse it, but an anvil will always hit it forward :pensive:

At first, I thought the game was like Plant Vs Zombies or something, but it is different. The turn based and tile based gameplay can demand the player for planning and strategic decision. Although those things have a little presence in the current state of the game, personally I think this has a lot of potential.

Love the atmosphere that this game gives. Great lighting with the snowy footsteps feels nice. One thing is that the controls are a bit counterintuitive. You pick item with cursor, but the character must be near the item. You throw item with cursor, but the throw direction depends on character movement. I think it would be best to have the pickup using a button to just pick item in certain range of the player.

I play with mouse and keyboard, although the control feel a bit out of control, honestly, it just adds to the fun and depth of the game (crawling under a platform is really a challenge). I'm amazed by the concept, graphics, and gameplay that you manage in such short of a time. Very cool, great work!

Absolutely love the game. All the graphics and sounds gives the needed atmosphere and feel. One thing that I am a bit nitpicky about is that all the controls use one hand. Enabling movement with arrow keys or changing the interact button to mouse will be a great improvement IMO.

What an awesome game! It really feels good when you can roll really fast and keep the momentum. One thing I'm kinda pissed with is you roll with quite a momentum when hitting a wall, and the hard to stop roll momentum doesn't help with this. Despite all of that, this is a great game with a nice twist. Well done!

Simple but pretty fun. Found it kinda hard when in later round when huge group of enemies come at once. Maybe even it's a waves of enemies, make it so they come one by one. By doing that you can also increase the spawn speed for difficulty spikes. Great work putting this together!

Great submission! I had a blast(haha, get it? because it's about bombs. I'm sorry) playing it. Interaction zone may be a bit small vertically, at least for my taste. Absolutely love the art, moreover it fits perfectly with the music. I feel like player don't really have time to discern which object will speed up or slow down the fuse. One more thing, personally I don't find the game quite fits the theme because you don't really delay the explosion. I don't know, if you have your own view on this, please kindly let me know. Overall, a very solid game. Thank you, great work!

Love the concept and idea. I think the game could've use more depth in the mechanics. Maybe instead of the parents check in every 10 minutes, make it random. Also, it didn't feel right that "taking a sip of water" takes so long. Why am I getting scolded for drinking water anyways. Despite that, I think this is a great submission, no major bug found. Well done!

A pretty solid rouge-like game. Love the concept on the mechanics. Personally, I feel like the grab hitboxes are a tad too small, rendering the grab mechanic a bit useless. The feedback on hitting the enemies over and over again is really nice, although there's currently no real benefit of doing so. Had fun playing it, love the all the graphics and audios too. Well done!

@celtican It was in my to-do-list to add some particle effects on hit. I wanted to create 2 different on hit particle (1 for normal hit, 1 for when you had the [Second Wind] up). Just don't really have the time for it, I'm not that familiar with Unity's particle system yet. And for other feedbacks (animations and/or sound effects), tbh we totally forgot about it :joy: . Thank you for the idea of "brief color change", it really didn't cross my mind.

The pills was intended to be a sign of people in the real world keeping you alive by giving medication. And for the gun, honestly, we didn't really think about it.

@frozenfire92 that is such a good idea. I guess for a game like this "beating my previous run" need to be more emphasized. We will keep this in mind if we're making similar kind of game.

@ambatukam that was our intent at first, we want to make player make the decision when to move or attack. Maybe we could have balance it better next time.

@tama-te For the skill automatically active, we did put "When you're under 50% health" in the tutorial. But I guess we should probably also change the word "skill" to "passive" so it will be more accurate. For the health automatically drop, yeah we just forget to put it :pensive: . And for the button overlapped, I need to look more into it. Although I did force the resolution to 16:9 :thinking:

@spitzy we will try to give more time in testing. Sadly, it is not possible for our current state of work speed.

@ratstail91 @robowarrior1982 @korvack you're absolutely right. Sadly, we can't really get into it fast enough. Maybe we will try to find some technique to implement those without wasting to much time. Or just get good and fast at doing our work.

@stefan-laimer Hmm, we will think about that. Maybe an option to be able to active it manually or automatically will be the best? Since we don't really want to overload players with control and decision making, especially for a jam game where people usually only play for a bit.

I'm sorry that my respond is kinda slow, and didn't even include all of you who commented. We really appreciate those who have played and glad you're having a blast playing it. @nafos-games yeah, our programmer haven't yet learn to handle controls besides keyboard and mouse. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@mac-dragoness we do get some feedbacks about the difficulty (pills, enemies, etc). We really should've put more time in game balancing.

@charred-axolotl honestly, this is our first time building the game into HTML5. Didn't really know that the quit button will make the game freezes. By the time we finished uploading the game, it's already 2 hours from deadline and our programmer is too lazy to remove the quit button and rebuild it.

@justmars 100% agree. The game mechanics really lack variety. We just need the programmer to get good and code faster honestly.

I love it! Gameplay is fun and arts are amazing. Took a bit of time to really grasps what's happening and how to solve them, but pass that the experience was a blast. Upgrades a bit expensive, but it doesn't really affect the gameplay too much.
