Man, that music, again. Always a pleasure to play your games for that reason alone!
The game itself was a bit confusing and hectic, but after a while I got used to it.

Holy crap dude, this game is **SO much fun**! I played by myself, but I love multitasking and optimizing my gameplay. I even have a stockpile strat for ingredients I might need later  Agreeing with @rnlf, this music is awesome and very fitting. Is there someone's soundcloud/bandcamp/etc. that I could follow? I'm in love.
I haven't played co-op yet, but I'd imagine there'd be a whole lot of fun communication going on, which I love in games. I look forward to seeing what you do with this game!
PS Semantic complaint: Wouldn't it make more sense to be a Potion* Delivery Service? If it was a stork-run baby-delivery service, would it be called Stork Delivery Service or Baby Delivery Service? ... I kid. I love that ravens are the deliverers though.
@turncoda: Thanks!! I'm glad you like the game. It's pretty fun to optimize, right? I'm actually currently working on polishing up my high scores until I'm satisfied with them and will upload record score videos once I'm done with that. Feel free to compare strategies once I do!
Regarding the soundtrack, that was done by yours truly! You can pick up the soundtrack for this game free [here](https://ddrkirbyisq.bandcamp.com/album/raven-delivery-service-original-soundtrack)! (I've added the link to our description as well). There's also a TON more stuff where that came from on [my Bandcamp site](http://ddrkirbyisq.bandcamp.com/) as well. Good places to start would be [my collection of video game remixes](https://ddrkirbyisq.bandcamp.com/album/remixes-volume-1) and [my "best of" album](https://ddrkirbyisq.bandcamp.com/album/the-best-of-ddrkirby-isq-volume-1).
@ddrkirbyisq The more I listen the more in awe I am. From what I can tell, you are really musically knowledgeable (I think you use some counterpoint in your remixes?) and your production quality in addition to your artistic taste is just fantastic. I could say more but I don't want to flood your game page with irrelevant compliments  Consider me a fan :smirk:
This game has a very Diner Dash feel to it. It took me a while to get used to the gameplay, but after a couple of tries, I did get into it and kept playing to try and beat my record. In the later levels, I had to think a lot about where to place the witches, as I had a habit of putting them in close proximity of each other and wasn’t maximising my efficiency.
I did try co-op mode with my sister, and it was a lot of fun. I just found it easier to coordinate with another player rather than trying to multitask between two characters. But each mode presented its own, slightly different challenge, and I quite liked that.
I love the art style, and the music was pretty good, too. The track feels very “Match Girl” meets “Standing Here Alone” from Melody Muncher, which I can kind of see in the game, considering the co-op mode requires players to follow on-screen arrows to extrapolate the ingredients. I was kind of surprised that there was only one track, but I saw on your track listing that you were short on time. Still, it was a well put together track regardless, and also a big standpoint of the game.
I mean, the only things I can really see on how this game could improve is more levels, and perhaps having a certain number of potions required to proceed to the next level? Or even so, just recording the highest score for each mode would be nice. The game overall is very polished and the four levels offer something different in each of them.

Really fun game. I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen, but when a witch was gathering ingredients I couldn't move her. I wanted to try to gather resources from both piles at once but I couldn't.
@Kaystar: That's intentional! The fact that a witch needs to stay put while gathering an ingredient means you need to rely on the other witch during that time to be efficient. Teamwork!
Really cool, 2d old style overcooked :)
Awesome music and art!
I could only play the single player mode. It was a bit too hectic for me to always have to switch between the witches but I'm sure there are many people who like to be stressed ;)
Wow! The music!!! And the Graphism!!! And the game!! ^^ Well done! It's Nice too play with the controller
@ddrkirbyisq Damn. I struggle to get 9 potions out on Level 2. You're a monster. :sweat_smile:
Also, rated!
Well done. The controls are slick and responsive. I only played the single-player version, but I was able to quickly figure out the game and be productive. The graphics are pretty charming and well-integrated, and the gameplay feels quick. It would be interesting to see some recipes that mix ingredients, but for the abbreviated timeframe, this is really impressive.
Amazing as always, you never fail to amaze me with the music!
Great audio and art! The animation are well done. I really wish there was a score review screen after level completion to make it easier to see how I did. The controls were a little bit stiff for me, some acceleration/deceleration rather than hard stops might have made this feel juicer/forgiving and added a risk/reward to throwing things and hoping they land in the port or the delivery point for faster play.
This is by far the best game I've played so far. Very addicting! Music was top notch too.
Here's mine if you'd like to give it a try!

Awesome music and I really like the theme, overall felt very polished.
What an excellent game ! The game mechanics are at the same time simple and very clever. I played solo so it was quite a challenge but I'll definitely find someone that wants to play with me because I think coop mode might add a lot of value to the experience. Congratulations.
Great music! Really interesting concept as well! I definitely enjoyed it, I guess I just didnt understand the goal of the single-player mode. Is it just to get as many as you can within the timeframe?
@clegamecoop: Yes, getting as many potions as you can is the goal in both single-player and co-op modes. Check out my single-player world record videos to see how it looks :)
Pretty fun game - reminds me of Overcooked a lot! It kind of fits the theme, and the small floating island with trees makes it fit a bit better. Your music is awesome as always!
Interesting concept! I didn't have much fun with it, though I feel like it would have been better in the co-op mode than single-player.
Fantastic game! Reminded me a lot of overcooked. Played in coop-mode and we had a great time. Music is awesome, as always. I loved how each new level brings a new difficulty. It's so simple, and the game is very polished. So, as always, very good job!
Agreed, this was like Overcooked mixed with Audition Online, with a nice emphasis on optimization. When I came in to review this I was unsurprised you had DDR in your name :). I liked how there was no downtime at all, which is an advantage over Overcooked. If you had spare cycles you could always grab an additional mushroom to save off so that was really neat. It was a constant optimization train of gauging whether you could squeeze in another gather or focus on the recipe. Really cool game!
I love that multiplayer game! its so fun ^^ The music and the graphics are so good. Maybe more diferent mechanics make the game perfect! I have fun playing. Thanks so much
Wow, this game is really really good! Single player is a lot to keep in mind when trying to optimise your production, mixing in a dollop of excitement to go with the cute! With how stressful it can be working under those time limits, I hope the witches get some time off once the level ends!
Multiplayer games are rare in ludum dare and this one is truly enjoyable. Alle the different level designs really made sense and were fun to play. At the end of each level I missed the "achievement screen". The level ended and I was thrown back to the level selection. But for this short amount of time, you sure created a lot of content! Good job and thank you
this is a really cool time management game, nice thing to make it a co-op game, unfortunately I didn't have anyone to play with, but I can see how it would be much more fun to play in a team. It's intuitive, and the level progression is very good.
I think this game has much potential if you add challenge and more levels! :)
Like always, I dig the art and audio (chiptunes FTW)! The game itself is pretty interesting and fun, and my platforming background made me want to jump all the time. :P The co-op is much more fun than the single player, after I grabbed a colleague to play it with me. The level progression was nice too, with new additions each level (and reminded me of Overcooked, like others have mentioned). Good stuff!
Nice! Only played singleplayer but the gameplay concept is solid and fun - got some RTS vibes from the multitasking mechanics. I could see some more elaborate puzzle mechanics (figuring out how to get ingredients from place to place) as a possible improvement here. Great presentation too - art is good and the music is great as usual! Awesome work!
Interesting gameplay. Only playing solo, it felt like it was hard to keep up. I can see how having another person would change the experience (although those videos of solo runs are impressive).
I like the different mechanics you introduced over time, there was a lot more depth than I expected at first glance. The art and music were fantastic, which is to be expected. Great work!
Great music as always! The pixel art is also great.
I played the co-op game; the mechanics remind me of Overcooked, and the teamwork is satisfying and challenging. The simple, wordless tutorials are awesome and the gameplay is intuitive (once the player is taught that the book can make magic blue mushrooms, they can immediately intuit that the book can make magic blue batwings, etc.).
The one missing piece for me is a win condition. I think having a goal number of potions would increase the tension and excitement.
Awesome entry! Btw, we also made a local multiplayer game - check it out! https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/apocalypse-world-cup
I played this on OS X / Safari in single player.
- The simplistic unambiguous graphics worked well for the game, it was very clear what to do. - I wanted to jump, but the vines worked well! - The mechanic is fun and reminds me of the Luminosity coffee maker game.
Overall, great entry, especially loved the music.
Very cool game! I love the graphics and the soundtrack and I wish I had someone here to test it with in co-op mode since I suck at multitasking
Great concept, the theme is spot on and I hope to see more from you. Keep up the good work!
I think this is the first time that I've seen someone use Unity's input system correctly in a jam...
Leaving that aside... XD
I really liked the game! It seems like it would be pretty fun to play with a friend! I did map both witches to the same gamepad though, trying to use both analog sticks and the shoulder buttons... Which didn't work too well. XD
All mechanics felt really interesting, and they were introduced in a really good pacing.
The song was amazing, as always!
I also thought this was similar to overcooked but unlike overcooked you have no dash button(maybe a jump button instead?). And also overcooked slowed down the chop speed when playing single player to not overwhelm you. Also I would've liked a way to quit or restart a level. Overall this is a great game.
PS: 13 orders on the first level?! You must have been quite skilled at overcooked. What is your most impressive SP overcooked score?
