Got 89,000 points: PityAboutEarth_ScreenShotDeath.png PityAboutEarth_ScreenShotEnd.png
@mwcz: I think I was playing the jam version for compatibility. Here is my post jam version score as of just now: PityAboutEarthPost_ScreenShotDeath.png PityAboutEarthPost_ScreenShotEnd.png Say hello to 6 digits! I just got 112,000 points!
I also thought this was similar to overcooked but unlike overcooked you have no dash button(maybe a jump button instead?). And also overcooked slowed down the chop speed when playing single player to not overwhelm you. Also I would've liked a way to quit or restart a level. Overall this is a great game.
PS: 13 orders on the first level?! You must have been quite skilled at overcooked. What is your most impressive SP overcooked score?
Both links are invalid! EDIT: Links are now valid.
I found a bug, the buy icon gives cards instead of buys.
Alter should be clear that it is 0.25 pop each neighbor tile. Also after you reach the last research it repeats researching it to no effect.
The difficulty for the boss is too hard. I suggest reducing it. Also without the bunny item, fighting groups of 3 shrooms is very deadly you take 6 damage with spending 6 fp. Cute art style though.
Inclusion of the game jam version is required. Rated all ones until fixed. You don't need to broadcast the jam version, but having a download so we can broadcast it is needed.
Where is the Ludum Dare version? The web version has been updated, so it can't be it. Source Code is also required for compo submissions.
PS: Source Code and Ludum Dare version are now available.
PPS: I still get confused with this website's formatting (You have to double newline to separate the lines, but it makes 2 new lines then, and you can't escape (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escape_character) this either).
I also tried jumping before reading press r to restart. I got pretty good at skipping planets at the level before the warp hole level I finished with only 1 jump! The final level with only 1 jump I made it to the planets right before the warp hole. Once gravity made me do a ~180!, to my death though.
Gravity doesn't feel quite right, it seems like if you are a little distance from the planet you will receive no gravity, but if you are a little closer the gravity is powerful. Also a easy solution to the problem of people not knowing about r to restart is to pop a message if they have been flying for a long time.
I liked the method for exiting the game. I found the game to be really enjoyable.

I agree with avavt the movement speed and pushing speed was slow. After capturing a void tile, capturing the others was pretty tedious.

WHAT! I lost even though I killed the sun because when I finished him he did one final attack which pluto couldn't move to dodge it, and that is when pluto died! Outside of this bug the game was great though.
@doppelgunner Screenshots? What is your screen resolution? Regardless you can use keyboard controls.
@doppelgunner I just fixed aspect ratio fullscreen problems.
I get a bug when going to a area and then instantly returning, the bug is that the unity camera is no longer placed correctly. Also the gameplay is bland, without flavor, no ranged attacks, no special attacks, just generic melee attacks. I agree with others that lack of sideways attacking and the bridges are too narrow. But the music and art was great.
The graphics and audio were nice, but the gameplay didn't have much to it.
Great game. My only complaints are that you don't have the song end, and no high score tracker.
@nerdyHerbivore 9 out of 10 of the music assets were made by us. Sound effects provided by the engine. Most of the visual assets were provided by the engine (hence opted out of graphics). That cooldown system isn't stock, they don't even have a stock cooldown system. I had to write javascript to make it work.
Correction: All used background music were created by us. We included one music asset just so the game doesn't crash.
@g-o Graphics category was disabled because we didn't make most of it.
@aurel300 > (sorry, (J)RPG’s are not my favourite genre and we certainly didn’t have enough time to showcase enough of it :D)
I almost cringed when you executed an enemy with almost full health.
Excellent game, loved the music. I do also find it too luck based. I hate it when I pick up an inferior weapon, if only the mermaid was smart enough to not equip any weapon she comes across.
Hint For finding the exit: with three scans (3 different corners) you should be able to pinpoint the exit assuming the scans are accurate. 2 scans are vertical from each other which tells you the x coordinate while 2 scans are horizontal telling you the y coordinate.
You made a game in 48 hours! Finding matches doesn't make much for gameplay though, and a color blind mode really would've been great.
Great music. The gameplay was lacking, after a point getting a battery wouldn't increase the light enough to give you the time to get another battery, walking back and forth getting batteries gets bland after a while, and the monsters weren't exactly the most fun creatures to evade.
Unlike DDR you don't have the arrows disappear after hitting them or have a visual effect saying how good the hit was. I couldn't enjoy the game without any of the visual cues. At first I tried using the arrow keys, thinking they failed I tried using the wasd keys, giving up I then viewed this comment section. Also you have no visual effect for when you miss a note, however you do have one for when a note leaves the screen if you missed it.
Here is a question to think about: what is the point of a game without indicators of how good the player performed?
You made a game, which is great. Being instantly thrown into the game is jarring, and the gameplay wasn't that interesting.
