Amazing! The graphics blew me away. Everything contributed to the gameplay, which I found addicting. The only thing I thought was better than the bleeding patients (need to be saved ASAP, great use of UI) were the balding ones! Hilarious.
The title was a tad confusing; I thought I was going to be a patient at first, or at least administer drugs to incoming patients. But the gameplay was smooth and bug free. Everything just made sense. Congrats!
I really enjoyed the visuals. Looked like something straight from the 90s. Music was catchy (if a bit repetitive). Gameplay was a tad too simple. For example, your lighted area could get bigger as you gained more lights. Great job on the procedural generation!
Congrats on you first LD! I enjoyed the puzzle element of trying to avoid the snakes. I was confused as to why my key wouldn't open two chests I came across :( I only unlocked one feather before giving up. Anyways, nice work! Go libgdx!
Congrats on making a game! And a fully functional game at that! I liked that the lava made the "world" believable, if that makes sense.
I was so pumped when I got to 200 points. Made the grind all worth it.
For the future, I'd focus on sounds first, HUD second. Easy things to make the game feel real.
Nice work. Got to wave 3, but quickly died :( That random ghost that appears in the dark was annoying! Sprites were good, as were the sounds. The use of the TV and lamp made gameplay interesting. Really wish the camera was zoomed out a bit more. It was hard to tell where things were. Hope to see more from you guys!
Cute graphics! Funny game. Wish blocks were easier to place. Died with a minute left!
I like the graphics and sounds! Only had one controller, so didn't quite get the full experience. I could add more players via keyboard, but I couldn't figure out how to control them. Interesting concept though!
Awesome animations! Audio fit the visuals really well. Loved the use of Alice and the keys as well. Couldn't beat the knight!
Lovely visuals. Didn't quite get how to win; I think it bugged out since I couldn't send ships anyway. Nice implementation of an often overlooked genre!
Very atmospheric! Models were oustanding. Gameplay was great for the limited amount of time. Felt like a finished product.
What in the world. Loved the humor!
Loved the design of the room. The lighting and particle effects created a great atmosphere.
Puzzles were a bit unintuitive, but I got the ending! Made me laugh. Never figured out what the ankh did.
I found the death animation to be good, then repetitive, then funny when it was the same thing over and over. Don't know if that was the intended effect or not :P
Overall, well done!
Outstanding work on the powerups, both in abilities and placement (having to go in the middle was risky and rewarding). I played on both noob and intermediate, and the challenge was as expected. I really appreciated the visual differences too (e.g. room changes color based on killer or not, and apocalypse is all red).
Sounds were a bit unnerving, especially the voice. It took me awhile to realize the different abilities; I had to take a break mid-game to read the UI to make sense of it. Amazing work in 48 hours though!
Very cool game. Impressive that all the subsystems work! I cleared two ships without a hitch. Felt so proud of myself. A lot of interesting ideas can be implemented in the future. Spot on with the audio, too.
Well done with the dirt tracking and cleanup! Wish I could figure out how that's done. Cat AI could've used some work. Real good for 48 hours!
Superb work. Animations were on point, as was gameplay. Really enjoyed the small audio quips! I clean toilet.
Great puzzle game! Started with simple puzzles to get you used to things, and ended at just the right difficulty. The sounds and colors nicely complemented what was happening to the rooms. Good job!
Pretty cool game. Music, videos, and gameplay created a very unique experience. Can't believe you used the Wilhelm scream in a game about a cat-roomba ghost chaser.
Fun basic stealth game. Sounds were good. Definitely would've liked more challenging levels.
Got Pasifist and Intuitive. There was a bug on the first level when you let the second enemy live and kill the third, you float right offscreen, seemingly killing the second enemy on the way.
Loved the room graphics! The models looked great, and the particle effects made it feel alive. Everything had a nice christmas-y theme overall.
Gameplay needs some work though. Lots of little bugs.
The backstory sold it for me. Good job. The graphics and/or lack of text made it hard to understand what was going on at first, but after I figured out what everything does the game became fun. Died a couple times, but progress or research didn't reset. Got to the end but nothing happened. Good idea though!
I liked the graphics and sounds. Gameplay was lacking!
Trading is always fun! Wish there was some sort of ultimate resource you were trying to gain. The "game" was pretty easy. Merchants near the top of the screen were hard to read. Loved the concept though!
When I ran the .exe, a screen opened then closed, making a click sound. Couldn't get it to run :(
Source code looks nice. Mmmmmm entity-component systems...
Very unique concept. Wish I could cheat more without failing instantly! Teacher was too mean.
Awesome! Reminds me so much of Stanley Parable and The Witness. Excellent use of theme. The easter eggs were fun to find as well. You can't tell me what to do.
I didn't get the green room's puzzle (I think the slash confused me). After getting the other rooms right, I just cycled through the green numbers and it unlocked the door. Maybe have a separate button to check if your answer is correct?
Wish I could've stayed in the end room longer. Graphics and sound were superb. Overall, an astounding game!
Fun wait-and-click-game. I liked the randomness of it all: the comments, making friends with whatever's in the room, the husky. Music was great. Art could've used better composition. I did enjoy the tail wag though. Good job!
Loved the music and slow pace. Graphics fit well. Couldn't get a flower with no stems to grow though, even after multiple restarts and many minutes right-clicking.
Roombas unite! Game looked great. Loved the slow-mo when I got hit to tell me exactly how much I messed up :P
Great first game! Didn't see any bugs, so kudos for that. Objective was clear and easy to follow, especially since the keys shined so nicely. I appreciated the variety in enemies, too (though the gates doing 8 damage was a little harsh!) I managed to beat the game on my first play through with 2 lives remaining.
The difficulty seemed reversed; it was hard at the beginning and then was super easy at the end. Adding sounds would be a simple way to make the game feel so much better.
Can't wait to see your next game!
Very interesting concept. So hectic!
Really fun time waster! Controller support was a nice touch. Everything was so thematically appropriate. Well done!
Right-clicking on pieces wouldn't change the shape visually, but I think it technically worked. Hacked my way through a couple of levels just by guessing where the pieces actually were.
I quite enjoyed the story and menu/text, but didn't see how it worked into the game after that. Loved all the drawings!
Cool looking sprites. Wish there was a real ending to the game. Good work for 12 hours though! I appreciated the attempt at incorporating typing with gameplay.
Great use of mechanics and theme! Loved the game from start to finish. Great ending, if a little out there (was that a cat under a hood?)
