What a _stupid_ and unoriginal game idea, unlike my own, which is totally different and has **three** dogs!

What a _stupid_ and unoriginal game idea, unlike my own, which is totally different and has **three** dogs!
I really like the aesthetic. Was fun for awhile, but I think these particular kinds of games aren't my cup of tea. Definitely true to the theme, I struggled with just the 3, so when it ramped up, I gave up completely at the first sign of difficulty.
Interesting Idea, The aesthetics, and visuals were very nice, I found a lot of the difficulty came from sheep getting stuck against walls more than numbers. Having the second dog didn't feel much like it benefited the game much, but that could just be because I only was using a trackpad.
Nice take on sheepdogs etc. I did a bit better than @alext-design by the sounds but after spending a minute just trying to get all of level 2's sheep out of the field again..... I was ready to table flip. Certainly worse the more you had thats for sure.
The artstyle is so sweet :3 not the first sheep game I've seen in LD40 so far, but definitely theme fitting. Like @juri said: certainly worse the more you had xD true! :3
Interesting idea for the game. I like the idea with control. Good job
Really nice graphics and music. I was struggling with just three sheep as well.... I agree with @alext-design, these type of games are not really my cup of tea.
I really liked the idea of controlling more than one dog :dog::dog: especially in some of the curves in the maze where the sheep could otherwise get stuck. Though it would be nice to be able to control them more individually and not just follow one of them.
Quite tiresome music and sounds, unfortunately :( maybe some simple environmental sounds would be nice!
Unlike @lekiy and @alext_design, I had a fun and relaxing time driving the sheep. I finished the third level. The art was really nice, the sound was functional and added to the experience. The dogs were easy to control. The camera was not always helpful: it focused on one dog only (I guess he was the alpha dog), and at times it simply showed me a tree and no sheepdogs at all. I would've appreciated the ability to scroll the camera, for example using WSAD. Some colliders seemed a bit wrong, and the in level3 pathfinding was a bit strange: sheepdog were running around a tree stump the long way, even though there was a clearly shorter path. For game readability, I think it would've been better if you marked the grassland zone and the "home" zone more clearly, for example using colors or using the fences.
For a minute, I thought the third level was an impossible assignment because more and more sheep were spawning. It was a lot of fun running the dogs through the pack of sheep :)
Did I mention beautiful art?
Really pleasant looking game (:
Relaxing if you let it be (;
There's a bush that doesn't have a collider or something near the end so you can go right through it for an easier path. (not complaining :P)
Loving the style, seems so fun and relaxing until you have too many sheep. Really nice aesthetic. I loke how you control the dogs with simple mouse clicks.
I really liked the choice of control, I think it really gave a sense of control of the situation. The aesthetic choices are interesting. Congratulations on the project.
:flag_br:
Lovely game! Really enjoyed every part of it from the art to the gameplay. The controls work pretty well as well. Reminds me of this old game from the early 00s called Sheep that I played a lot ahah. All in all, very solid work. Congratulations!
Nice gameplay and controls. Sometimes it's hard to see behind trees and at first i didn't understand that bushes don't have colliders x) I was like "OMG THIS SHIP CAN CROSS WALLS !" Well done to the workers who did it !
This was SO CUTE!!! I love that I could control two dogs instead of one, it was super helpful. I think as each level goes so should the level requirements (add one more sheep required to complete the level). At the beginning I thought I just had to lead them into the little cabin at the start, maybe you should make a dirt path leading the way to the pasture. There is also one point where a giant tree can cover up the screen and I couldn't see my little sheeps! Luckily I scared them out of it. Also, on the path where the fallen tree is, there is a bush in-between the fences that you can go through. (Not sure if that is intentional). Fantastic cute game!! I love the cute models + aesthetic!!
This is so cute! The models are just perfect <3
Phew, being a shepherd dog is hard.
Okay Freunde.
why wouldn't you just put the d**n farm near the field? :) anyway it's a cool game, that would have a relaxing mood if the sheep weren't so difficult to handle!
