Cool little wack a mole game :) +1 for the volume issue, next time try to play some audio on another app to get the same level. Normalize is not necesserly a good thing depending on the audio because it push the audio to the maximum level available, it's good for having all sound the same volume if you have a lot of different sources, but you got to mix it down later to a proper level
Multiplayer network games are always hard in jams but you did it! grats!

Animations are sick! love the transition morphing effect! Cool music, though some sound effects are a bit painful too "crisp"
Build android did not work (cannot wipe the tear at the start then Runtime error in game.lua:290) looks really cute though

Graphics and audio are really good ! I found it cool that you used a gameboy layout on android, but then why not using it for input ? Needs a bit of polishing I got stuck a lot between monster and looks like I cannot loose.
I could not test it a lot because I'm on azerty but looks promising. Could use a bit of sprite animations, try aseptrite next time maybe :) I use it and it's really cool for animating!

Yep, "Two Buttons" is because every terminal in the puzzle has two buttons. Enjoy this mind breaking little level ! Try it in VR if you have an Oculus.
You should be able to control it "FPS Style" (QSDZ, shift for run, space for jump, mouse click for interaction) or with an Xbox 360 controller.
