Nice polish and it's cool to see quite a few abilities implemented. However, I think there needs to be an ease into getting the abilities. I felt lost having so many options (yes I know there's a practice but doesn't mean I want to use it :p)
So much potential here! Multiple abilities, good sound, really nice graphics and solid controls. However the game is crippled by the levels. I beat all of them and honestly they were basically the same. An unorganized mess of platforms and characters moving about. Also, there doesn't seem to be and real difficulty curve. It begins "kinda hard" and then just stays there.
Also, it is really overwhelming to be given 6 abilities at the start of the game. The game needs at least 6 more levels, and each level should unlock one ability. Teach the player why the various abilities are useful and how they interact. I beat the game more or less only by using the super jump as I felt no need to use anything else. Perhaps I could have beaten it easier using some of the other abilities, but the game hadn't taught me to use them! After the various mechanics have been explained you can throw out the big levels filled with enemies.
TL;DR: really good game in all aspects except level design and pacing.
I almost felt that the kitchen was an unconventional weapon itself (more like a trap haha!), but concept wise, I could see this being one of those mobile games! My recommendation would be to ease the abilities some, and make it a bit more accessible. I felt quite loss and overwhelm respectively when see a bunch of available abilities while be severed by a circular saw and fork :D
Very nice looking game with a pretty cool idea behind the six different power ups. Although I don't feel the levels allowed you to utilize them. Feel the levels were a bit of a mess but other than that, it was a really solid and cool game! Great stuff!

I am not the only who thought about "Jelly" theme. Even our game mechanics idea is the same! :D

Nice graphics and level design. I found the "specials" to be a bi too much.. at least introduced at the same time like this. Could be separated into levels and introduced slowly. The "feel" of the game was very good. One thing I didn't like is that the camera wasn't always helpful - a bit of tweaking there would help. Overall a good game.

Funny. Should have some physics to throw back the player being hit, also more environment sounds would be good

Maybe a different control scheme would be a big improvement. It should arrows and "qer" and "asd" buttons. I like how innovative is the gameplay.

This is definitely a project you should branch out on! The level design like someone further up noted is a little iffy, but I bet you can do it much more justice with more time. Great going!

A fun game that makes me want some Jelly. Great job.

Love the overall aesthetic, though I think it was a mistake to make the levels so dark (even if the light source effect is pretty neat).

The concept is great but the level design could use some improvement. With so many abilities maybe letting the player choose just one of them to use in a level would make him/her less lost. Despite that is a really nice game!

Very polished but I did not understand half of those special abilities and where to use them. Has potential if the player is eased into each ability per level or something I think.

I really love platformers and the abilities let me create my own way, which i like because I'm not glued to tracks. The graphics were great as well. My main problems were that I didn't really needed most of the skills. This could also be because my second complain. I really couldn't tell I was hit by something other than my health running out and I don't want to always check there after every jump. Therefore I just couldn't tell if I need the skills to avoid the damage because I didn't realised I got damaged in the first place.
Great job anyway :)
we appreciate all the comments and the feedback :)
there were plenty of things we didn't manage to complete.
but we are glad you like it so far ^_^
A bit over scoped and struggles with some pacing, but with a bit of editing, this could be pretty cool! nice work.
Looks good and controls well, but levels don't seem planned. Lots of abilities and lots of obstacles, but no real design to the platforming areas.
Lots of assets for such a short time, however. Decent entry. Nice concept.
It's a nice polished package - though it really needs more of a difficulty curve
Levels seam like a number of platefrom placed randomly. There is no particular difficulty. You can push the right button and jump some times to finish the game. No need to kill enemies. The graphics are good but not much. Forgettable.
