this is great

muse-en-lystrala 2019-10-07 18:43

I really enjoyed this! Please keep working on it!

omiya-games 2019-10-07 22:38

@omnikrll and @muse-en-lystrala We have tripled the number of levels on the game! Play it again, and let us know what you think!

karwei 2019-10-08 00:47

Deceptively simple at first, but very clever puzzles and concept. Nice work!

eupde 2019-10-08 03:36

Incredibly clever. Well done.

mrtroy 2019-10-08 06:27

Another solid entry. I love the way your brain works. :D

catusfelony 2019-10-09 00:48

This is my new favourite distro. No more using the terminal, just balls.

unicorn-studios 2019-10-09 03:00

Awesome concept and well executed, good job!

herman-chau 2019-10-09 03:57

I love the base mechanic and some of the puzzles were pretty clever! I think the physics are a bit jank at times but that's fine. I'd love to see some more content, there's a lot of interesting level ideas that could be added.

One idea for improving the game might be to make the walls transparent so you can see what the level layout looks like!

adamcyounis 2019-10-09 03:59

I liked the presentation and concept behind this game. (the menus were really nice, great UX). I thought the sound was really well implemented and the systems themselves were solid. I struggle a little bit with how to get around the anxiety of not having much agency as a player. I'd like to see this concept refined a little bit more. Great entry. Thanks for the game :)

birdybirdkirby 2019-10-09 04:40

Really clever game, made me think which is always good!

t-bo 2019-10-09 19:32

Awesome game ! I love the background ! Beautiful work ! Congrats !

el-fideo-rubio 2019-10-09 20:15

Great game easy to understand and super creative with the theme :)

marcin-j 2019-10-09 20:53

Very clever and innovative mechanics, good stuff!

catiliangames 2019-10-09 20:55

Amazing game idea, and well executed with the smart level design. Great job!

gamesplusjames 2019-10-09 20:56

This was a really cool idea! You had interesting twists on the core mechanic that really added to the fun as you went. I liked the style you had for this a lot. Great work!

almighty-games 2019-10-09 20:57

Very unique game concept. This is a really clever puzzle game. Way to go! :)

annie-owl 2019-10-09 21:04

Interesting puzzle game. I had a lot of time playing it. Good job!

erebus 2019-10-10 00:32

Great submission. Really interesting mechanics! Thanks so much for bringing it by the stream!

smitto 2019-10-10 05:52

Saw this on stream and jumped right in, incredibly imaginative and well thought out. Good on you for detailing when bug fixes occurred and what versions are for judging. Great work!

atraxgames 2019-10-10 06:38

Innovation is great with this one. Bravo!

gaming-night 2019-10-10 06:46

Wow, my favorite game so far. I really like the idea, very smooth to play ! And what a good use of the sound <3

bigwhiteshogun 2019-10-10 06:58

Very cool idea! Had fun beating it, wish there were more levels ;)

derpylz 2019-10-10 07:07

Amazing concept! I really love that there are often multiple ways to solve the levels. Great puzzle game, with a lot of potential.

sageware 2019-10-10 07:29

Stunning game and amazing concept. The only other time I've seen a revealing box used was in Cyan World's educational game, "Spelunx and the Caves of Mr. Seudo". Your use of the revealing box combined with physics and animation is really genius. Loved the sound effects as you progress. Some of the levels where you control a box were a bit too easy, since I could complete them with only the box menu (no base or water needed). The color scheme was also very appealing. I really hope you continue with this game.

jin9310 2019-10-10 08:07

What an Idea! Amazing approach to the theme! There are no other words that would describe this better > Well Done!

despdair 2019-10-10 12:14

main idea and game mechanic is impressive and very creative. I liked it

hadi-danial 2019-10-10 14:59

Great entry! I liked the mechanics

kuviman 2019-10-10 17:58

Really nice puzzle, I enjoyed playing it :)

snowdrama 2019-10-11 10:54

One of the more innovative games I've seen! Clever use of the multiple windows to have unique mechanics. Loved it!

sztobar 2019-10-13 09:25

Super fun game to play. I loved especially the music, it was really fitting.

koukwst 2019-10-13 18:37

Best OS ever!! Very original idea!!

rodrigo-denubila 2019-10-14 02:33

Amazing game and very well executed. I hope you continue expanding this game. Good job!

guckstift 2019-10-14 10:23

This OS/game was just really really cool!!! Next step: Embed it in a real Live-Distro

emiliabea 2019-10-14 15:36

Challenging puzzles, I enjoyed this game a lot, and I think the backdrop of the game is really pretty

kurokabe 2019-10-14 16:56

The concept is really cool! The music is quite annoying though ^^'

spicypaper 2019-10-14 16:59

Great concept. The music was disturbing me, bad choice in my opinion. But realy cool concept and ideas ! Great job

tricky-fat-cat 2019-10-14 17:21

A peculiar puzzle game with superb realisataion. Notably, nice work with sound.

king-kujito 2019-10-14 20:12

Cool idea. Game is solid, sound design wasn't that pleasant unfortunately. Well done either way :)

suchista 2019-10-14 21:46

I love that a great idea was combined with really cool level design and overall execution. The game somehow reminds me of old flash games, probably done on purpose by aesthetic. Very cool project!

dreamlogician 2019-10-15 01:06

I had a ball with this! :soccer: Another great entry - really impressive in terms of both concept and execution.

It seemed like there were multiple solutions for many of the levels, and finding my own approach felt rewarding. The design feels like it would lend itself well to having lots of optional hidden paths and Easter eggs. I would love to see the game expanded with additional types of environmental features.

stark 2019-10-15 15:24

Great game! Wish it did have more than 9 levels =)

pl4typus 2019-10-15 15:48

awesome entry ! so much potential here

aeveis 2019-10-16 05:32

very nice! Could see a lot of windows do different things, or having windows resize and do different things. Sometimes it felt a bit physics finicky but overall good exploration of the mechanics presented. Nice job!

firesplash-entertainment 2019-10-17 19:55

Very cool mechanic! I loved the idea of somehow controlling the environment by moving windows. Seems quite original to me! Thanks for submitting the game to our stream!

swanijam 2019-10-22 03:10

WOW that's a brilliant. Awesome idea and very well executed. Thanks :D

mknooihuisen 2019-10-24 19:41

Excellent game! Thanks for submitting it to our stream! We played it on stream today and we should have the highlight available this weekend, in case you want to see.

https://twitch.tv/cyberlightgames Can't link the VoD directly because we're still making it as I type. ;)

selkkie 2019-10-27 20:07

This was probably the coolest game I've played all jam, super innovative, I adored it! The way the audio worked too was a really cool touch, although it seemed to be a little buggy. Fantastic design and presentation, excellent work! I would love to see it expanded on, since there's a lot of potential for different window mechanics!

brokenmirrormedia 2019-10-29 07:15

This is actually such an original idea and it's executed really well. The vapourwave aesthetics work great, and everything works together really well. I did notice some lag when dragging windows around in the web version but that's to be expected in a game jam entry. Overall I was really impressed not just by the execution but by the core idea itself. Great job!

elysiagriffin 2019-10-30 01:38
