Amazing game idea, and well executed with the smart level design. Great job!
Amazing! I don't think you really achieved the theme of the jam, but I may be wrong. What I do know is that your art, levels and sound design are really really good. But the most distinctly beautiful thing is your storytelling. I don't know if you usually make games of this type, but this is too good. Good job man, you really inspire me!
@iluvatar Oooh ok I just didn't get how you incorporated the theme when I played through the game, but now that you said it it seems so obvious . I meant adventures in general, I still can't believe how much you did in 3 days. Do you have an Instagram or Twitter account, or somewhere else where I can follow your work?
Really cool game, at one point it said I was victorious but nothing changed. Aside from that, really cool effects, art and sound.
Cool game, for some there was no tutorial the first time I played, but the second time I started the game everything worked perfectly. The game is fun, the graphics are nice and simple, which I like. I think it would greatly benefit from some music and sounds. Great job!
Wow, what an amazing game. The idea is very out of the box, and it is executed in pretty much the best way I can imagine. I have nothing to complain about, but I'll advise you to continue working on this, it's really a lot of mindless fun
Oh and I fell like this would be amazing on mobile too, so maybe consider that option
Very cool and intense game . The art is amazing, the text is funny, and the shout sound is amazing! Good job!
Best game I played in this jam, the theme is on point, the action is soooooo satisfying, i found myself shooting at bushes for no reason just to see the hit effect  . You are gonna do well in this jam, great job guys!
Couldn't realize where my character was in the beginning , so I would recommend you to make it a bit more different than the rest. It's a small detail but i feel like the game would feel much more professional. The art style is nice, and the game was quite fun to play. Good job!
What a beautiful experience! The simple music, the art and slow movement really go well together. The camera could use some work cause it's a bit glitchy. Good job guys!
I know you used some pre-made assets, but it still takes skill to build such an atmospheric game. Howewer, the game was quite laggy for me and controls were a little unnatural. To be completely honest, the main mechanics of collecting candy and fighting weren't all that engaging to me. Don't get me wrong, you built something very complex here, and I think what you accomplished in 3 days is amazing. Good job!
The game is fun, the art style is pretty and simple, and I really liked the sound design. I think adding some sort of a simple map would really help the player to orient themselves. The game is super intense, level layouts are interesting, and the enemy types are interesting and create a different experience for every room. Good job!
The art is beautiful, the sound and visual effects are nice, and that screen shake is so meaty. Great job!
The controls feel kinda weird, the graphics and music are amazing. Great job!
Just played your game, the art and effects are amazing. Only problem I came upon was putting down directional cubes. When you rotate the camera around the world, but the direction images on the cubes in the UI stay the same, it's really disorienting, and you don't know what is right and what is left anymore. Maybe have the UI cubes also be 3D objects that rotate at the same rate as the world. Otherwise it's a really good game, congrats!
Beautiful and atmospheric game . The music is very fitting, and the visuals are stunning. Great job!
What a fun and unique experience. The sound design is brilliant, and the main mechanic is relaxing. Great job!
I think I found a bug, maybe I'm just bad at the game . When I entered the room where you get the ability to get coins for killing enemies, I couldn't open the door to the right (I'm guessing I should've picked the ability to open doors before), I couldn't get out of that room anymore. But up to that point, the game was amazing. The art is beautiful, and the mechanics like double jump and dash are just amazingly done. Overall, a great experience, thank you . Great job!
Cute little game, i got to 2500 eggs
Beautiful art style. Those bulls sure are tough . Great game, good job!
It was short and sweet, the visual effects are amazing. I have a few simple suggestions that I think would make it a much smoother experience. Don't allow the player to jump only when he is on the ground. Even if the player has just fallen off the platform, maybe remember that he was on a platform for about 0.1 seconds, and allow him to jump in that time frame. I did something similar for the first time for this jam, and it really feels much better. Also, maybe make the enemy colliders a bit smaller so it doesn't feel unfair for the player when they get hit. I really enjoyed the game, I hope this feedback will be helpful . Great job!
Beautiful soundtrack and very nice visual effects. The game is short and sweet, good job man!
The game is fun and the art is pretty. I think the range on how far you can jump between objects should be increased a bit. Good job!
WOW! Your game feels ,looks and plays amazing, just the art style and the sounds already drew me in. Good job guys!
Beautiful game, I can imagine with some sounds and combat effects it will be amazing. Great job!
I really liked this game. The UI design is beautiful. The graphics are amazing and all fit the same style, which i always appreciate. The sounds are great, i liked how the music changes to fit the intensity of the situation, but my friend sitting next to me said the one where you're about to die is annoying (I didn't think so), so make of that what you will. All in all, a fun and beautiful experience
This game is soooo fun, couldn't pass the 4th boss so I gave up, but not before I tried to beat him 15 times. The game was hard for me but i still feel like it is fair and every time i died because of my own mistake. The graphics are simple but beautiful, just the right combination for a jam game. The sound design is awesome because it's not only for mood setting, it also signals when i get a debuff so I don't have to read the indicators. Controls are nice and smooth, all in all an amazing jam game. Great job!
The mood reminds me a lot of Hollow Knight! :) Spoiler alert for other players! The hidden room at the beggining is nicely placed and brings excitment to the game. Other than that, jumping feels a little floaty and the lack of animations is kinda distracting. However, with art like this I don't think it's possible to draw AND animate it in such a short time, so great job!
The combat is fun and satisfying, graphics are cute, good job!
Cool game, a bit hard for the first few minutes. Especially love the graphics and fast combat. Great job.
The graphics are very nice, especially the dragon boss. The boss fight is pretty intense, it was great fun. Good job!
I feel like the game may be a bit too hard (maybe I'm just bad though :) ), i like the art style a lot. Only one suggestion if you intend to continue development of this game: When you have something that hurts or kills the player(like that circular saw at the beginning) always make the collider of that object a little bit smaller than the picture, cause you never want the player to feel cheated. In my opinion its always best to go even further and shrink that kind of collider even further than realistic. Great game, good luck!
@geist-191 Thank you very much! A way to lock your current layout was exactly what we thought was missing too after playtesting, thanks for good feedback!
@justuspan Thank you! Glad you like it!
@aret24 Thanks! After all the play testing, I can't tell if all of them are too easy now that I know exactly how to complete them  Also, if enough people want to see it on Steam we'll make many more levels with new obstacles and power ups that make platforming much more fun! :)
@monish-vyas @moechen Thank you guys :two_hearts: It makes me so happy that you like the art!
@xotsu Thank you so much! I checked out your game and must say it's amazing you drew all that in such a short time
@marcin-j That is some quality feedback, thank you . Thanks for leaving a review, means a lot!
@maytch Thank you so much for the constructive feedback!
@gamesplusjames It means a lot coming from you, since your Unity RPG tutorials from back in 2015 are what got me into gamedev in the first place . Thank you for the kind words!
@guitarbro, @coffeedrinkers, @euler-moises, @velvetlobster, @jk5000 Thank you all for valuable feedback . @euler-moises I tried your game, it is amazing!
@humphreysmedia We're catiliangames on Twitter. We are more active on Instagram tho, so you may want to follow us there, the account name is also catiliangames. Thank you so much, it really helps our motivation when we read kind comments like this
@artyom-volkov that may be a good idea for an easy mode or something like that, but the reason the movement is the way it is is because we only have 1 screen lenght to build a level, so we had to make some compromises with the movement so you don't just pass the level in 2 jumps. Anyways, thank you for the feedback, I'm not sure if we're gonna change it, but you gave me an idea for a sensible easy mode, so thank you
@cjgladback Many people suggested the same thing, so we will implement that in the future . Thank you for good feedback!
@humphreysmedia @insomniac-anvil Thank you both so much  Not sure how the links work here, but here are the links of the videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kqLrk46ODA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gaf4BO3SHr0
@elysiagriffin We recorded the whole stream . It was amazing, and the feedback was sooooo useful, we really learned a lot from watching you play, so thanks a lot!
