This game is very beautiful and fun to play! Gotta say I love the way you can build your own level with risks & rewards. One thing I was missing is a way to lock your current layout. Otherwise great job!

@geist-191 Thank you very much! A way to lock your current layout was exactly what we thought was missing too after playtesting, thanks for good feedback!
You Won! Cute and neat art & audio, the overall feel of this game is pretty good.
Game is cool!!! The last level was easy if you know how to complete it :D Graphics are Cute, and I'd like to see this game on steam :D
Great job, art is beautiful music is fitting aesthetics are nice. Loved it.
Very cool concept. The game is well polished as well. The challenges are good and so are their progress. I enjoyed it a lot!
I like the artstyle and music! the rabit is cute. I love the idea that I can choose the platform by myself. Enjoy it!
@justuspan Thank you! Glad you like it!
@aret24 Thanks! After all the play testing, I can't tell if all of them are too easy now that I know exactly how to complete them  Also, if enough people want to see it on Steam we'll make many more levels with new obstacles and power ups that make platforming much more fun! :)
@monish-vyas @moechen Thank you guys :two_hearts: It makes me so happy that you like the art!
lovely art, simple but well executed concept that fit the them, liked the music too :). God Job team !
The art is great and the controls feel good too! Had a good time playing, nice job
Great game, especially liked the simplistic art, kinda wish we did that for our project now :joy:  Keep up the great work!
@xotsu Thank you so much! I checked out your game and must say it's amazing you drew all that in such a short time
Right at the first level i knew this game would be amazing. Simple but fabulous artstyle and music, the level design is very good. Very nice game!
I wish a could jump with space bar too!
Overall I liked a lot the game. it is simples but fun. The core mechanic of making the platforms is interesting but it could be more clear to the player if a platform was going to activate a laser or no. The sound is good and I like the simple art style. The level design was good and the various stages present a good learning curve.
Loved the game and the graphics! The music is so charming! A great experience.
One of the greatest i play so far! Simple and fun, also the art is awesome! Congrats for the theme, you've gave me a good time enjoying this game!
really nice and simple in the way, enyojed! gj
Great little concept. The art style reminded me of World of Goo. Would like to see how this progresses.
Fantastic game. Great graphics, great music (reminds me of Marble Blast Ultra).
There's only one thing I didn't like: the platforming was kind of awkward. Your jump seems almost too triangular..? I think probably the main problem is your horizontal velocity is pretty low compared to your jump height. It also can help to have a variable jump height although I don't think that would have helped much in this game.
Great game, I think there's a little delay on jumping and an unexpected shortness of it that could be improved on but I could see this being a full game.
I played along with Elysia's stream. Beautiful simple graphics and sound. Feedback on placing platforms gives it a niced polished feel. I suggest not reseting platforms when player dies, only when they want (with like R key or a button on screen). Re-placing the tiles can start to feel tedious after a few minutes.
@marcin-j That is some quality feedback, thank you . Thanks for leaving a review, means a lot!
@maytch Thank you so much for the constructive feedback!
Interesting idea, I think the platforming controls were a bit too punishing to really feel enjoyable but the art is fun and crisp. Nice work, hope you're able to continue it (:
Very cool idea! Simple and lots of fun, which is what the best games always are! I really liked how it looked too! Nice work!
@gamesplusjames It means a lot coming from you, since your Unity RPG tutorials from back in 2015 are what got me into gamedev in the first place . Thank you for the kind words!
Those graphics are crisp! Nice and minimal, but charming nonetheless. Not really sure why I'm doing this (what's my _motivation_? :stuck_out_tongue:) but the gameplay itself was pretty fun, even if a bit short. The gradual introduction of mechanics was pretty satisfying and fair, though I would have likes to see at least one "culmination" of all the parts as a final level or something. Just seemed to end with no fanfare. But overall, I thought this game was pretty nice!
Great game! Loved everything about it - art/sound/gameplay. Really polished experience and satisfying to play. PLEASE... MORE LEVELS! :D
I loved it! The art is simple and the animations very well done. The music is just right and SFX finishes off the audio part with style. Challenging and delicious puzzles. Surely there is a hidden treasure in this game.
Congratulations!
This is our game if you want to try: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/45/soundscapes
Interesting idea to develop a platformer around, a polished game and solid platformer ... actually not sure I call it a platformer ... perhaps a new thing? Sure has a lot of potential for lots of levels which is precious
A fun and very very well made little puzzle/platform game. Both the music and graphics is really good. Overall a good jam game.
@guitarbro, @coffeedrinkers, @euler-moises, @velvetlobster, @jk5000 Thank you all for valuable feedback . @euler-moises I tried your game, it is amazing!
Great entry! Controls were a little to snappy but didnt made the platforms impossible. Liked your puzzle design. Good Job!
I watched your game being played on Elysia's stream yesterday, I was nerddowelltwitch! Just want to say again, your game is absolutely adorable! Music and art is brilliant and the overall game is such an innovative idea, great job you two! Can't wait to see what else you guys will make in the future! If you guys have Twitter, I would love to follow you two!
@humphreysmedia We're catiliangames on Twitter. We are more active on Instagram tho, so you may want to follow us there, the account name is also catiliangames. Thank you so much, it really helps our motivation when we read kind comments like this
I like your idea and how many good levels you've managed to build, however, I don't like character movement, it feels sluggish in comparison to jump speed. If you polish it, the game will become much better.
@artyom-volkov that may be a good idea for an easy mode or something like that, but the reason the movement is the way it is is because we only have 1 screen lenght to build a level, so we had to make some compromises with the movement so you don't just pass the level in 2 jumps. Anyways, thank you for the feedback, I'm not sure if we're gonna change it, but you gave me an idea for a sensible easy mode, so thank you
@catiliangames haha, I mean it looks strange. But I'm glad to help.
This is the cutest. I don't play platformers without getting frustrated and this one was worth downloading 7zip on this computer to access. You timed the obstacles well; the sounds are adorable. Literally the only improvement in the functions you have (though obviously you could add on) is it would be nice for people who straight up walk off the first platform to their deaths (not me, of course not) to have it only rewind to a blank slate if you want to try another configuration.
@cjgladback Many people suggested the same thing, so we will implement that in the future . Thank you for good feedback!
Hey, just to let you know I’ve been making Ludum Dare 45 gameplay videos and I’ve put your game in my video! You can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kqLrk46ODA
Such a short and simple game, I absolutely love it!
If you want, I made a video of me playing! https://youtu.be/Gaf4BO3SHr0
@humphreysmedia @insomniac-anvil Thank you both so much  Not sure how the links work here, but here are the links of the videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0kqLrk46ODA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gaf4BO3SHr0
It's such a beautiful game! Great art style and music! I agree with what's said before me about adding something so that you don't have to die instantly if you made a mistake or have to remake the platforms if you die accidentally. I also think it's very interesting how you implemented the theme of the jam in the game and would love to see more of it! Very unique!
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my livestream!
If you’d like to rewatch the playthrough, you can find it here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/494941349?t=10h46m47s
Hope you got some valuable feedback on your game and looking forward to seeing you next LD jam if I dont catch you before then! :D
