I liked a lot the humor but the Ui style is not coherent with the rest of the artwork.
The game was really fun to play. The music and the sound effects work really nice. The artwork is fantastic and fits well the theme. Overall I love to run around and throwing people into the volcano XD. Nice job ;)
The concept is interesting but a bit too hard to play. The graphics are ok but there is room for improvement. Overall I had fun playing this game, I think it is really different from the others.
The game is amazing, the best I played this jam. I could play this for hours. I liked how the games scale the difficulty over time, introducing new mechanics and more patients. It's for me like a very macabre version of overcooked XD. It is really innovative and it fits perfectly the theme of the jam. I love the fact that you incorporated the sacrifice as a core mechanic and not only as a side thing. The graphics are amazing, the pixel art models are great and the animations are so fluid, I like especially the operations animation XD it's so funny. The game is super polished what makes for a great experience.
Overall fantastic game its a 5 stars no doubt ;)!
The visuals and audio are great. The game feel is on point. I didn't understander exactly the objective of the game, I was basically walking around kill stuf ( what was really fun ) but I didn't get how exactly am I supposed to win or lose. The game starts to become a little repetitive after each season. But overall I had a lot of fun playing the game. Good Job ;).

in my opinion, the game is technically well made but i didn't think it was well connected with the theme. Graphically speaking i think it works really well. The core mechanic of the puzzles were a bit hard to understand.

It is a simple game that works well with the theme. We graphics are cool and the sound adds a lot to the atmosphere of the game. I found it a bit too easy for me. Once I understood how to move the group all together I had no problems winning the game.
Simple concept. think it works pretty well. The player moved too fast for me making it difficult to control but I think that was you objective after all.
interesting concept. It was easy to understand the controllers and the main mechanic. The graphics are not amazing but they work well.
You guys put a lot of work in this project, with all the different combat styles and all the systems. That is pretty amazing. Something I found that could be better. the UI is not coherent with the color and style of the rest of the game. There are a lot of different systems when you are on a combat and that makes the game a bit too confusing.
The game is good. I liked the graphics and sound effects. I would recommend that you use a different sprite for the roof's walls so its easier for the play to understand where it's possible to move. I would also put a music to enhance the environment. Overall the game fits the theme and it is well done.

Overall I enjoyed the game, it simple and fun game. I played your game a lot of times trying to beat it XD. I think the volcano grows really fast the only way I found to win is to put every think on quarries. If the volcano moved slower the player would have more time to explore the game and would be beneficial in the end. I love that the volcano destroyed building randomly, it had a nice random effect on the game. The graphics are really cool ;)

I had a lot of difficult playing the game. You really need some type of tutorial I was basically clicking random keys on the keyboard to see if something append. The graphics are great and the sound adds a lot to the game atmosphere. I really like the style you used. Congratz.

The game is cool. I concept it is easy to understand, and the graphics are great. I really like the death "animation" and the sound design. My only problem was that the character moves so fast and the room is so small that is really difficult to control the character. If you reduce the speed or the movement slide of the character I think I would be a much better experience. Overall I really like the game and I had a lot of fun playing it.

A really cool game the best I played this Ludum. Super polished, really good graphics and sound. I love this minimalist art style and it is perfect how the UI is so coherent with the rest of the artwork. The puzzles are clever and interesting. I had a lot of fun playing this good job.
Overall I enjoyed the game, it simple and fun. I would like to see a bit more combat depth. It doesn't bring anything new to the table but the theme is cleverly integrated with the game. I already played a lot of different games an none has looked at the theme with your perspective. The graphics are interesting and the UI is well done and coherent with the style. I think a good way to improve the graphics would be to increase the number of frames from the attack animation, this would give it a more fluid look. I love the way the corps drop into the pit at the center of the arena, it is a really fun touch.

I understood the game but I think you should definitely include a tutorial because it is really difficult to get what the game is about at first. The UI of the game could also be improved to make the game easier and more intuitive to play. The artwork of the game should also be improved. I think the sound works nice.
It was a bit hard for me to play even with the tutorial. I can see the theme really working here. The UI is to primary and doesn't match the style of the rest of the game. On the Tutorial you use a red color fo the text, this is not the best choice of color, because it is much harder to read. Try a white instead ;). I had a lot of trouble navigating the game.
Overall I enjoyed the game, it simple and fun game. The gameplay's a bit too easy for my taste, you only shout the same enemy over and over. I think if the game had more the one type of enemy it would be much better and interesting. I liked the speed of the character it's a small thing but I think it adds a lot to the pashing to the game. One other way you could improve your level design would be to increase the number of enemies over time. At the start, I didn't understand why I was dying but then I got it. It is a really clever mechanic to sacrifice hp to attack and it puts the theme right in the middle of the gameplay. The graphics are well done, especially the models. The pixel art is great but I would like to see more animations and effects to improve the game feel. I would suggest adding some particle effects to enhance the experience.

This a fun and simple game but I didn't understand how it relates to the theme. I really really like the mechanic of stopping the enemies bullets with your bullets. It is really clever and interesting and overall makes the game much fun.

The game is overall very polished. The sound is also very good and fits well the tribal style of the game. The idea of Vikings in the tropics is so random but I found it really funny XD.

The game is fun to play but you should try to pass more information to the player. For example, I didn't know if my attacks here hitting the enemies or not. Overall it was fun and I liked the animations as well.

overall I like the game. the concept of the game is really interesting, it's more like a choose your own adventure presented in cards. The gameplay is really simple to understand making it really easy for any player to pick it up. I think that the theme is well represented in this name because the player really starts with nothing. The art style is grand, It creates this middle ages environment that I love. It is interesting how you use a type of art style very inspired by the artwork of the middle ages. For me it is great, I really like it. Other think I found the animation you made with the flip card incredibly fluid, how the hell you make that with unity loool? This because as you know I also have a card game for this jam and I have to say that your animation for the flipping is much better them our one. Really good game I liked it a lot.

Really nice trading game. At the start, I was a bit confused but I understood it quickly. Overall I had a nice gaming experience and I like the general concept of the game. I have one suggestion. The sound effect is a bit annoying, for me playing a game like this is I don't need SFX. This is especially true because the actions are always the same and you are constantly hearing the same sounds. Never the less I liked a lot the game :)

The concept is really creative and I liked it a lot. It is really fun to understand what each of the characters needs and tries to get it from another character. This fits so well with the jam theme because you literally start with no object and as the time passes you get more and more objects. Really smart, really well thought. I liked a lot the simples mechanics of this game, you only take and gives Items. It's amazing how you made an all game with only this simple mechanic. The level design is also well balanced with clear care for the difficulty curve. You start with a simple round in every round you need to please more and more persons making the puzzle every time more difficult. I like also how you give the player a hint about what every character whats but not in a boring way and usually that is the challenge of this time of games. The art style is interesting and fits well with the theme, making it look like this kinda childish game. I love to see each character drawing the were all so funny. The music and SFX were also really good. The only suggestion I would give you is to polish a bit the "cards" animations to get a have a better game feel but this is just a minor detail. Great game, I liked it a lot, good job :). Go rank other people, please! This game deserves to be seen.

The game is technically possible to beat in the 1st time but it is practically impossible to beat at the 1st time XD. Since the game is about knowledge of the different paths and resources, it will be hard for someone to bit it in a 1st-time play. I love the interpretation you made. I am glad you like the presentation of the game.

But I also think there sould be a clear direction because the player dosent know what he should be looking for. I liked the game. Especially the jumping session at the end. I was really challenging for me. I also like a lot the dash animation. It felt great.

I like the game but for me, the best thing is the pixel art. The characters are simple but interesting. The light mechanic is very cool.
1st I love the environment, it's just great. The game doesn't have a lot of mechanics but it is really well designed. You shoot, you move, you pick boxes and there's 1 enemy. You don't need anything else to make a fun game experience. The exit sign is also a good way of instantly giving the player the objective of the game. "Go up!"
Overall great game experience. This one is out a shadow of a dought a game to go back a play more. The environment is so cool and very well made. The graphics are great, really great. The system with the light also contribute to the mood of the game and I like that you almost don't see anything. I also think is great this idea of only seeing the enemies eyes. Great job!
Hi, I liked the game it was fun. I really love the art style, your low-poly is really good looking. Only one suggestion. Please please please lower the mouse sensitivity or let the player have some control over it. This made the play so much harder. Overall great job.
First of all, I loved the game, one of the more creative games I played in this jam and brilliant use of the jam's theme. I was really trying to draw call characters for my story XD. I enjoy the concept of the narrator telling a story. The voice acting is so funny. I am amazed by how you had time to do the voice acting. For me 5* on audio. The art style is marvellous. everything is coherent with the game environment. It is well made and really polished. Very good job!
I like to play the game and it is a smart way to work with the jam's theme.
Overall I really liked the game. The concept is a simple shooter platformer with a lot of humour and really fun to play. I think it was clear the authors tried to make something related to the theme of the jam and in the end when of the day the game accomplishes that object. You really start from nothing with only the character movement and as the time goes by the player gets more and more mechanics. Regarding the mechanics walking and jump, mechanics are very nice. Especially the jump animation reminds me of Samus. The shooting mechanic is not so good for me, mainly due to the short fire range but I get that it was a design decision probably to make the game more challenging. The level design is well thought out but I think there is a big rampage of difficulty from the 1st part with the torrent to the second part with the 2 enemies. I think a more classic level design approach were you present one enemy alone and them you present them in groups would make the game a bit more easy to play. The art style works great, I don't have anything to point out and as I said before I love the jump animation. I also have a suggestion here you could make some death animations, add some particles and a bit of a camera shake to have a better game feel. In my opinion that would make the game great. I will end this review by saying I loved the humour of the game 5*. The way the narrator talks with you was so funny. Congrats, great job.

Overall I liked the game, it was fun. I end the game yeee! lol. I like the concept is a small crafting game with a lot of charm. The game mechanics are what you would expect from a game of this type you can gather resources and craft other objects. I liked this part of the game I was always wondering what could you craft next. The world map is cool I like that you had 2 different zones but I would like to see a more dynamic world with more element. I think with more different types of objects the world with me much richer. But With I understand this is a game jam and time is very limited =P. The gameplay is good but I think you could have more fluid gameplay with you increase the animation speed of using the pickaxe. I really like the art style you use I am a fan of low poly so this was cool for me and for shore a reason why I played the game in the 1st place. Nice game good job. =)
I liked a lot this game. 1st the graphics look amazing. The art style is perfect and a very good choice for a detective game. The environment is really good and the animations are amazing. I have a question are you animatin a 3D object or is that a 2d object with very fluid animation. In any of the cases, what software did you use? Congrats your game is awesome.

The game is simple and fun to play. It is not complicated and that's a thing I like about games, it doesn't make you lose time with explanations. The art style is cool and the mood is so good. One thing that would make the game better would be to have some type of randomness on the path. Because your path is always the same.
Ok, I had a bug that was a bit difficult to surpass. The character sometimes fires on a different direction from where the mouse was. I think this is related to the movement changing the character rotation but I don't know.
Ok, the game is cool, a bit too simple for me. I tried the normal version 1st and my experience was walking form minutes in the nothing. I didn't know if I was hitting a wall or not. My suggestion is to have just some minor background elements do the flour so you have the notion you are moving. My second attempt I used the jam version, I when up and I saw the other character, so it was ok. I like a lot the pixel art is really well done. I think the game concept is cool and explores well the jam's theme.

Overall the game is really well done. Regarding the gameplay, I found the game very smart in the way you use fall damage as the main hazard. This makes the player think in a very different way. I liked that core mechanic a lot. The pixel art is so cool, I liked especially the parallax effect on the background, it works really well. I star of the game is also a Highlight for me, the way you need to move the hand towards the other part of the machine was pretty cool and making a very good connection with the theme.

I get the concept of the game, I think you could call it a horror exploration game and I see how this fits the theme of the jam. For me, it is pretty clear that there was an effort to make a game related to the topic and I think that part is done well. It is interesting to start a game like this with no flashlight and I enjoyed that part. The mechanics are simple and appropriate but I would suggest you test and increase in the player movement speed. I liked the part of the where there was no light but after a bit, your eyes need to make a bit of an effort to see the map. If you increase the movement speed of the player you could reach the flashlight much sooner making it easier for your eyes. Second I think It would also improve the game to have a different level design where it was more clear for the player to understand the way to the flashlight. My opinion this would not harm the overall feel of the game nor the exploration elements. The art style is appropriate for these games and I really liked the ghost's sprite. Regarding sound effects, the sound of the ghost was really terifing, hehe good job. Overall it was a nice game and I liked to play it :).

This is a creative use of the theme and you can really see the start with nothing part. For me it was difficult to control the play in the ground I was always hitting the walls and some of the walls made me fall from the world.

overall I liked the experience, it is a fun game and i think it's a cleaver way of integrating the jam's theme. The ideia of starting with no functionaliteis and adding them seems to me prity cool. The pixel art is cool and i really like the 1st jump animation, the one with the rotation. But the art style seems to me to have some coerency problemes. For exemple the 1st environment is not draw with pixel art and the character ( the cube) is. I know this is a conceptual choice but for me it was a bit distractin. The audio was fine and worked well with the rest of the game.
The music is really cool. I really like it. I would suggest you maintain the music when you restart the game, this way the feeling maintain the same and you don't have to always here the start. The game is super fun but the SFX of the jump is a bit off for me. Overall I really enjoyed the game good job.
Hi @yolziii, I see that this game is not playable now but from the screenshot, it seems it has a lot of action on your game. My suggestion would be to focus on a simple gameplay mechanic, polish at and add more stuff if you had time. If in a given point of the process you see you still have a lot of things to do start cutting stuff out. If you planned 10 enemies cut them to 5, if you still don't have time to do 5, cut to 3, etc... I am not really a pro at game jam but usually what we try to do is to finish the core loop in 1st day, create all extra mechanics in the 2nd day and have the last day to polish and bug correction. Of course, this never appends according to the plan but this gives us a map of how far behind we are. Nevertheless congrats on your 1st Ludum.

Congrats on your 1st Ludum dare. I think the game plays fine and the particle effects are a good start. The audio is good for me and the overall flow of the game is enjoyable. Nevertheless, I think you should improve the following things. 1st the walking animation, you are only working with 1 or 2 keyframes you should make more intermediate frame so the animation is more fluid. The jumping animation is really cool for example. 2nd You need to add a background image to make it more enjoyable to play. It could be in a greyscale there is no problem with that. But if you add more elements the environment of the game will drastically improve. Never the less good job :)

I love the minimalistic style. It is an art style that I really like to see implemented in games seen this style makes the player focus more on the gameplay. I found it really interesting I would like to see more games utilizing this style. The gameplay is simple and fun does play but for me, the best thing was the music. The soundtrack was very good and coherent with the overall style. The sound effects were amazing and very well done. Nice job :)

I liked the game and the art style, but you should pass for information to the player. I didn't understand what exactly every option did.
I got genuinely freaked out about your game. The naked man running with what cube on their head was so strange. I guess that was completely the point so great job. Overall I liked the experience, It was scary and strange. I didn't get exactly what I need to paint but at the same time, I don't know if that was requested. One of the thinks what made a lot of pressure for me was that when you entered the dream state you need to shoot those enemies. This caught me completely off guard so great job. The motion blur with you turn the camera is a nice touch.
I love the humour of your game and I like to play it. The pixel scale is a bit broken. Some of the pixels, for example, the background, have a bigger size than the pixels from the characters. If you normalize the pixel size the graphics will improve a lot.
I liked the general concept but the final product stayed midway. Some minigames jump to each other and I don't understand why.

I really like the atmosphere of the game. The pixel art though simples is really well done. The mechanics are very interesting, I loved this idea of using the trumpt of the elephate to solve puzzels. The Game also respondes very well to the jam Theme. Overall really great job.
Overall It is a short game but very well made. I liked to explore the world and try different interactions. The 3d environment is very cool and really well made. I love the graphics and the mood of the game. The mechanic of pulling an object from the sand and creating cubes is interesting but I would like to see this mechanic applied more times.

This game is amazing. One of the best I played in the jam no dought. So the concept itself It so different and cool. I love the player movement. You can be super fast with no control or very slow with super control it's up for the player to decide. This trade-off creates so many game chooses it is amazing especially with such a simple idea. I love the update, in particular, the placable wall. This gives the player so many optins its really good. I had tremendous fun playing this game congrats.
I really this is one of the more unique game concepts I played this jam. It is simple but really well thought. My only criticism is that the art style of the wizard and the other object is not consistent with the rest of the game. Overall I liked a lot the game. it is simples but fun. The core mechanic of making the platforms is interesting but it could be more clear to the player if a platform was going to activate a laser or no. The sound is good and I like the simple art style. The level design was good and the various stages present a good learning curve.

I really liked the game. The concept is good. I like the fact that you start with only the movement and the dodge and that you gain the attack. This is well-aligned with the jam theme so good job with that. Regarding mechanics, you can move, dodge and attack. All you need for a good combat game. I really like the dodge the animation is really fluid and it just feels great. The attack range feels a bit low for me but I think it's more a design decision. About the level design, in the 1st room, you have a sequence that reminds me a bit of undertale combat. Because you only have to dodge a series of attacks. I really enjoy this part It was a great challenge. On the 2nd room, you have a more classic enemy approach. I liked this stage as well but here I think you should try to communicate the enemy health a bit better this is mainly because you need 2 attacks to low 1 hp on the enemy. I suggest a better visual clue because for me it was a bit confusing. The art style is great, I liked the pixel art it is super consistent. I love the fact that the UI is also is pixel art. I also have a suggestion regarding the SFX, for me, it was a bit confusing to have the same sound for player damage and enemy damage. Sometimes I was like "did I get hit?", if it was different it would be more clear for the player. Overall I really like the game, it feels super polished and its very fun to play. The major complaint I have is that I wanted to play more XD so, really great job!
