Wow, I loved this game! The fact it was simple and short made me really appreciate your storytelling skills more. Great music, great mood, great story - great game! Well done! :)
Sidenote: It was pretty addicting too ^^,

@brallex thank you so much! And thank you for playing.
Nice game bro
It was nice, I don't know if it was a game, but it's interesting.
Lovely game, lovely narrative, lovely conclusion. A highly polished experience, well done!
Wow. Polished, beautiful, and moving. Great entry..fit the theme prefectly. Also yay godot engine is the best :)
This is the first game today that really made me smile. Thanks for that :) However, the music could be a bit smoother.
Lovely is the word! Was confused at first but appreciated how the mechanics did their own explaining.
@dazedhead @xacur @gabriele @clemonades @codeforjoycaro @kristinamay Thank you all so much for playing!
Cute game :) nicely done!
Great game. Was really relaxing, made me wish it was longer.
Really nicely done. I love the whole aesthetic. The particles are brilliant, and I love the shaky effect when you click.
its not really a game to be fair. "click screen 20 times and then thanks for playing". but it looks REALLY good, so props for that.
Quick but Wonderful, Excellent Job !
What a lovely idea! Nicely polished. Great work
@zakamana @trusty @piturnah @idk-what-im-doing @toryf @adliberum Thanks for playing!
Quite short but a really beautiful game!
Very sweet, the sound and visual effects make this a very nice little experience :)
This is an awesome idea! Also props for using Godot :)! You should expand the game after the jam!
Very well polished - I definitely enjoyed it
Oh dang, i really thought it was gonna keep going, this was super short but the music was boppin'! Great work!
Such a lovely little experience. You did an amazing job at telling so much in so little time. Of course I wish there was more but I also know that maybe the shortness is part of what makes it great. A very nice entry.
Love the Music and cute gameplay! But I did just spam leftclick which.. accelerated the progress quite a bit :D
Oh hey, a fellow Godot coder :) The art is just beautiful, the entire aesthetic is so fluffy. A great message makes this a perfect little game that fits the theme super well.
Very good mood and polish, attention to details (that itch.io theme matching the game's is rad). Good introduction and storytelling, but the game was too short once you realized you can spam LMB to get through it.
Kudos on the non-violent theme. 👍
PS: I thought we cannot use external audio in Compo and have to make it from scratch?
@djee Thank you so much for playing! The tool I used to make the music is called Ecrett. It's kind of like SFXR but for music.
Love the atmosphere of the game, the music is great. Wish it were longer!
@polyethyleneglykol Great point about the spamming LMB. It was a hard design trade off to make: keep the cooldown timer between clicks or let the player go nuts. Letting the player go nuts felt more fun and gives you the option of choosing to spam LMB or not.
Cute and simple) Thanks for Godot example
@starvingindie Well I enjoyed going nuts, all the particles and sound effects playing were very satisfying!
Nice little game! Or interactive story? Enjoyable experience anyway :)
Very short but also very nice! I liked how the particles & subtle animation and sfx came together and made the game satisfying to interact with!
The ability to spam click felt a bit unintentional however.
@starvingindie Oh sorry! I looked at the website too quickly, I though it said "Royalty free music for creators" as in this was a database of free music. I didn't realize it was an app! Sorry about that, and thanks for correcting me, I will have a look at it that looks useful :)
@djee No worries at all! Hopefully the tool sees some love from those of us who are not great at making music :)
This was a fun game. Sound effects, visuals, and music were all well done. Tells a nice story, too!
Super short but fun while it lasts :)
great aesthetic
Cute and nice. I included it in my Ludum Dare 45 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/PWHzHVXDNtQ
Certainly a feelgood game :)
@geoff-nagy @barrier @sbrianz @jupiter-hadley @arzi Thank you for playing!
very cute. nice sounds and pleasing visuals :) great job
Short and simple but very beautiful. The visuals were well thought out and the music complements it.
Weeeeird - I only got a black screen and a pink arrow
:purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
@purpledartfrog Thanks so much for letting me know. I'll look into that, but it seems to be an issue I'm seeing with Godot html games. Are you by any chance playing on Firefox and on Windows? If so perhaps try playing on chrome or downloading the Windows, Mac or Linux build. Again, thanks for letting me know about the issue and I'm sorry that was your first experience with the game.
@starvingindie no worries :smile:
WOW i love this!!!! It's so cute!!! All the animations are wonderful, and even tho it's a short game I thouroughly enjoyed myself, great job!!!!
Very brief, but wonderful vibes. Love your colors.
Super feel-goody. Having trouble thinking of anything to improve... Eventually the screen shakes did get quite intense, so maybe there's that. Two thumbs up.
Nice, short, sweet. Quick game, but pleasant.
Just the mood. And you just had to go and use godot. How can I ignore godot? You did some great stuff right there, Nietzsche? Amor Fati. Love thy fate. Killed it man! Just Killed it. only if it lasted a bit longer! But good things don't last do they?
@umsee You're the first to catch the "Love thy fate" reference! Thanks so much for the kind words and I'm glad you enjoyed it.
This is so relaxing, I love the colors and art. It's simple but packs a punch. Nice work!
Nice work!
The game has pleasurable and apt graphics and music, as well as satisfying visual and audio polish and punch. It seems to end too quickly, however, and the game can be beaten without even moving the mouse, its only form of control. I would suggest expanding upon the bumping section if you decide to expand the game any further, perhaps by adding an element of strategy. Overall, nice work.
Super cute and very polished game, the soundtrack really brings it all together!
This is really short but nicely polished. Nice game!
This is solid entry! Feel is amazing, concept is unique and idea is great. Art was so fine and music was fitting to the game. Honestly this game is 10/10. Good job!
Very much on point with the theme and mood. The graphics are really nice and the music and sfx all fit perfectly. Not much to improve here! It's really good, maybe a tad short, but it conveys it's message well in that time. Well done
Amor Fati is the name of of one of my favourite songs! Anyway, I loved your simple pixel art graphics - nice use of colour. Was over before I would have liked but hey, you got lots done in a short time - good job!
Was a nice little story you made. The clicking was really satisfying. I wish you had included a continue creating button just so we can continue mashing.
good job!!!! Even though the game was short, I enjoyed the non violent approach.
Great entry you have there! A really fun play, it's complete, it's kind of polished, and it's fun, congratulations!
Amazing game. Short and to the point. Mood is great and everything fits together so well.
I caught myself trying to press mouse to the music rythm. It's amazing!
Feel-Good game of the jam for sure. Well done creating a short, sweet experience. Also good use of color, and the heart animations are splendid.
Simple and clever, high polish. Cool stuff!
This is very sweet. I wish there was a little more to it, but it was a lovely experience. The music, sounds, art and colors are all very pleasing together.
Wow! I loved this game, the narrative and way you introduced the mechanic was so organic and the whole message was lovely. Very juicy visual feedback as well.
We also created an entry for the jam in case you wanna check :)

Lovely game, short but polished
Great game i enjoyed though it could have been a bit longer.
Really wish this was longer or had more characters etc - it's wonderful! Very wholesome :)
Short and lovely, thanks for this. :)
"from nothing fate created love" that was so nice, thank you for making it
the screenshake and colors remind me of lufthausers
cute and fun! audio and graphics are great, good job
The literal definition of "short but sweet". Very well done. Congrats!
This was really simple and cute! Keep doing these kind of things, you might be onto something!
Good mood and audio, and suits the theme really well. Short and simple!
Short but cute and great audio. Well done!
Amazing!
Shortest game in the jam I think :D Very cute though! +point for "amor fati", the most important sentence of stoicism
A short but nice experience! Really great! :)
Short but really nice game. I feel that lovely mood.
Nice entry, would have loved to play a longer game with the same concept.
Short, simple and beautiful. Thank you for this mini game! I enjoyed it.
Really like the challenge of making a nonviolent game. Great job!
Also, the game felt very crunchy! I like the polish!
This was really beautiful, which makes me especially impressed since it was for the compo. You crushed it with the graphics and the audio - the game has a really great vibe to it. I was a bit sad that just by clicking as fast as I could I could pretty much beat the game in a few seconds, so there's definitely some room for taking the core mechanic and expanding on it. But overall, this was really cool! Also, great to see some other Godot developers in this LD!
Not sure if anyone's mentioned this (i read first few comments), but I got 2 guys stuck on top of eachother and they ended the game is 2 seconds by spawning tons of hearts.
Simple, short, but creative, and feelgood. Nicely done. I wonder how you might expand upon the idea.
well polished game! love the music and animations
@pokenoufl Thank you for playing! I'm sorry you had that experience. There's some physics issues that'll need to be sorted out and I'll be sure to tackle that bug when I revisit the game. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
@joe-bustamante thank you for playing and thank you so much for the kind words.
Simple and interesting. So cute graphics. Nice! ^^
Beautiful game! So lovly creatures bump into hearts! Love this idea! The music and graphic give me such harmony! How I wish it's not ending so quick!
Cute
um. too short. is this a game? : D
Wow, loved how looks, sounds and feels. I would definitely play longer if there was more content. Maybe you can balance the game to least a little longer.
Congrats on that one, is a beautiful experience.
I love the graphics for the little guys spawning hearts! Nice job, this was a relaxing game to play after so many other LD entries
I love it! Very relaxing game, the music is amazing too! I wish there's more though. I would totally play it if there's more, like maybe about what else fate created beside loves.
Absolutely beautiful! Good work!
Very simple and charming game. It was super fun to play and the game feel is so well done. The concept is great and the pixel art is well done. Congrats, I had a lot of fun playing your game.
This is the real Call of Duty. Well done.
It is pretty short, but it has a nice feel to it. Extra points for using Godot.
Feel good is a great way to describe it! Simple yet elegant. The music set the mood nicely. Good stuff!
Cute concept. Great music!
Very cute game. Well done!
Nice atmosphere, its a small game but it gave me relaxed vibes. I found a bug, if you create the guys next to a wall they will bump into each other instantly, finishing the game instantly, maybe you should limit the area in which you can spawn them?
I said its a small game but didnt realize it was a compo entry, sorry, its done very nicely for a game made in 1 day by 1 person
This was so cute!! :3  Graphics are very nice and fit the atmosphere. Music is nice too but I think it's a bit loud :P I like that instead of killing them by clicking you make them find love :P I would suggest adding an end screen stating how many creatures you created and how many of them found love in order to have a bit more "game-like" elements. Good job!
I kinda thought there would be more, so I was expecting the next thing after filling up the bar, but this is a cute little experience, thanks!
