The game was great i enjoyed it for the most part. there were a bit to many bugs a glitches in the game. and it feels abitious i would have prefered 1 level without any bugs that 3 with many glitches.

Great game i enjoyed though it could have been a bit longer.
Its a good game though a bit more instructions could have been nice i was a bit confused at the start. and also i would have enjoyed some music and sounds. for music i used a free program called bosca ceoil, and for sounds a a program called sfxr but overall... good job i had fun playing this.
This game made me feel good while i was playing it i was very relaxed the textures were great overall its great.
This was great it did become a bit confusing after a little while but it was fun
Playing this game felt amazing. I did find that some sound effects could have made it a lot better. Overall great job!
I love the art and the music. But it took me 2 deaths before noticing that I was protecting the big unicorn in the center. It also took me a while to find the players hearts. Maybe I am just not very noticing but I think a bit of work could have been put into that.
It looks realy interesting but i found reading all the UI was complicated and I did not understand very well.
Can't rate your game since I didn't participate in this jam, but here's some feedback for your next game! If you had more time/want to turn this into a full game, this is what I would add.
๐ง Sound: - Everything should have sounds - Whenever I pick up a coin - Whenever The Fireball Hits an Enemy - Everything should have a sound effect - Music was very good
๐ฎ Gameplay: - Gameplay was fun - The spells kept making me go back to try them out - I don't get why players should make a decision if they want to go to the shop or not, feels like that's something that should just be given to them between levels
๐จ Visuals: - The red people don't fit very well with the rest of your style (Some kind of goblin would have probably worked better) - Better buttons - Add a black circle at the end of the level where the ladder goes down to indicate there is something there - Was hard to tell where the bullets were going - Other than that the visuals were good
๐ช Accessibility: - Everything is going on really quickly - kind of chaotic - Adjustable key bindings, reaching for the 2 is kind of awkward - The sensitivity slider was useless since I don't know exactly what kind of sensitivity I need. So most people won't kill themselves over and over to adjust their sensibility - Option to turn off gloom and post processing
Again, I completely understand you probably didn't have time to do all of this, but I hope it helps you in the future! Have a good day! :D
Heloo! Congrats on your entry, thought I'd leave some unfiltered feedback for you so you can improve as much as you can from this experience!
I understand this was a jam game, so some of the things I say you might have thought of implementing but just ran out of time.

๐จ Graphics ๐จ - The 3D models were nice, so were the effects. I liked the art :) - The camera felt awkward, didn't have a good perspective of how close the duck was to the edge at the back. - The Iceberg (?) texture is kind of blurry, but that's not too big of a deal. - When moving backwards the little flaps on the wheals play their animation backwards, which would work, but because of the way they curl before going under the wheal it looks kind of weird.
๐ฎ Gameplay ๐ฎ - There was a lot of downtime where I was just sitting around, not doing anything, even with the story this became a little boring. - Needing to restart the whole story on death was also annoying, I think implementing checkpoints so you just respawn at the start of the last voice line would have been good :)
๐ Story ๐ - Having a story element made this game a LOT better xD Good job for implementing that. - Great job with the voice lines as well

Hope this was helpful!
Ello ello! Great job on your game! Good play on the theme.
I think the game could have been a bit more fast paced -> making the player faster, faster shooting rate, faster bullets, faster asteroids etc.. Just felt slow at times, even when there were way too many asteroids for me to keep up xD
2nd thing is specifically that, it happened a few times where an asteroid hit the earth and I felt like there wasn't anything I could have done to stop it. Most of the time you want anything that punishes the player to be in their control. I might just be bad at the game though xD
But in general, good job on the game! Impressive assets considering they were all made within 48 hours :)
I see your highscore, and I raise you 140 points xD Glad you enjoyed playing!

Thank you! Didn't even think of that, thanks for the warning -> changed in the repo :)
This is sick! Cool mechanics, nice art style, good play on the theme! If you want the specific feedback on how you can improve, keep reading!
This is feedback on the current state of the game, I'm sure some of this you would have implemented if you had more time, but I thought it could be useful for your next jam.

๐จ Graphics ๐จ - The 3D models looked great! So does the island. - The food icon doesn't follow the same style as the 3 other icons (3 other ones have an outline, food Icon doesn't) - I would have liked a way to disable the little floating icons or lower their opacity or something. They took up too much of the screen in my opinion. - The water sometimes flashed a brighter blue, I'm not sure if that meant anything or not. If it did, finding a way to better communicate that might be useful.
๐ฎ Gameplay ๐ฎ - On my first game, I got a few fishing huts, placed them. Then didn't have any wood for a wood village xD Finding a way to produce wood without needing wood would be useful. - In the end game you basically have so many resources the water can't really do anything to you. I think this could be fixed with a difficulty curve, so over time, the amount of time before the water rises decreases. - Adding another tradeoff than food would have made the game more fun in my opinion. I never really struggled with the food, I just placed a few farms and fishing huts and I was good. But having a tradeoff like lowering the level of tiles could be fun. So as you gather stone, that stone tile becomes lower and lower. -> having more strategy in the game could have made it a lot more fun. - With all that said, it was still a lot of fun to play

Hope this helps!
Really really cool! I enjoyed playing it! The defence stat was a bit confusing to me, but I eventually got it. The sound effects were good, having the console in the bottom telling you what was happening was useful. + I really liked the art for the enemies.
Great job overral!
Heylo! Congrats on your first LD jam! :D
Love that you prioritized making a good small experience instead of a long one. Giving you honest feedback because I want to help you do better next jam!

๐จ Graphics ๐จ - I don't really have anything to say on the graphics, I liked the colour palette, the animations worked well, the "level" transitions were cool. The only piece of feedback for the graphics is that the dialogue prompt looks out of place. Same with the box in the top right. I think it's because the actual box isn't pixelated like everything else in the game. - The animation seemed to be the dog running, but the camera pans at a walking pace -> I feel a slower walking animation would have worked better
๐ฎ Gameplay ๐ฎ - Was hard to tell what I was supposed to pick up and what I wasn't supposed to - Not sure if there is a consequence for picking up the wrong objects -> is it just a number going up? I only played it once so if it makes an alternative ending or something, that's cool. If not, I feel like adding a reason to pick them up if they are there. - Happened in a few places where there were 3 items, 1 on each lane. I'm guessing they are randomly generated, but having a way to prevent that would be nice. - With all that said, I think the gameplay still worked well with the game because it was much more story focused.
๐ Story ๐ - Sad story, but it was good. I liked the fact it was from the dog's perspective.
๐บ Audio ๐บ - Sound effects were nice - Music worked well as well
๐งผ Polish ๐งผ - Instead of having a button in the dialogue, I think it would have worked better to just let the player click anywhere.
๐ Bugs ๐ - The dialogue button doesn't always seem to work, sometimes need to press it a few times, then it skips through some dialogue.

Hope this was helpful! Good luck with your next jam!
I love all the animations for the worm's head, great attention to detail.
