The graphics were really nice and I liked the overall idea. The ship debris was a nice touch!
I especially liked the ship change over time as your lost thrusters.
Nice job!
artstyle is great and so is the sound, (full version would be amazing) would love if you can rate mine too
Really clever idea, and sharp graphics. Sacrifice as exploration was a smart implementation of the theme!
I had fun playing, the ship is a bit difficult to handle but the rest is fine, i love the stereo sound effects: P
Nice game ! I like the use of both 2D and 3D graphics. The ship is hard to maneuver but it's part of the point of the game. The story, voice recordings and easter eggs add a lot of charm to the experience ! Congrats to the team !
I didn't managed to achieve the goal but had fun playing, the mood is really great and I really felt tempted to explore the universe and save the earth. Great work guys!
This is fantastic! The art and music are perfect, and I really enjoyed the gameplay. Never succeeded (I assume it must be possible) but I spent way more time exploring than I thought I'd want to. Also major props for having the instructions IN GAME. The one thing I'd add is a way to exit if you're in full screen mode, but that's minor and pretty much everyone forgets that during game jams. (Oh, and if you mark the game as playable on windows on Itch, we can use the Itch launcher to download/play it)
I couldn't quite figure out where the signal was coming from, but I did figure out that you could mash Enter to sacrifice many, many ships...so success?

@sauski XD you found the true ending XD
The art was incredible and the music fit really well!
I like graphics and game idea. Good job!
The graphics are great, the mix of the 3D planets with the rest of the 2D sprites works amazingly well. The music is also fantastic. Even though it's a short loop, it's calm enough so it doesn't annoy you at all. I guess the screen shake when you thrust could've been lessened or even removed. I didn't get to the end (i might try to later) but other than that, this is a really solid entry!
I like the graphics and sound.
The game fits the theme well. Though I would like a few more pointers apart from just going around randomly.
I like the idea of using the theme of sacrifice as a mandatory element to progress further into space. The music and the sound effects really compliment the atmosphere of your game, and easily manage to show how truly big and cold space really is. There's something in this game that gives you the hope of maybe finally finding the new planet, only to find another lost satellite asking you to go farther away from Earth.
The controls are what you'd expect for a game like this about exploration of space. They are really fun to mess with, except that the thrusters don't push the player as far as it should. You only have 3 or 4 attempts to find another satellite to repair tour ship before being stuck. And I don't know why, but as soon as I come closer to a satellite, my ship kinda stays stuck to it, and the thrusters don't help me either, so I'm forced to restart the game again and again. In the end, I don't even know if there is another planet or not, I can't go far enough to see it.
But in the end, it's a solid game and I had a lot of fun with it, good job!
Amazing game, the graphics and the sound are gorgeous, nice introduction, it makes the game pretty immersive and finally the controls works as they have to when we are talking about a spaceship game.
Nice job guys!
The mix of art styles in this game is an excellent touch. I'm a big fan of the pixel planets being done in 3D. Looks great. The music gets a little repetitive after a while, but it really does fit the game perfectly. I wasn't able to beat it, but I did have a good time exploring. Nice game!
This is a super funny little game. Both the music and the graphics in the game is really good, and gives the game an interesting and funny atmosphere. I would liked some better hints, to help me finding the planted. But overall a fun and very well made LD game. Well done.
Really cool concept - I played for a long while and didn't seem to be making much progress though. It was a bit strange to me that there was so much friction stopping me from coasting to the outer limits of the system, and that there was no gravity from the planets, but it worked out okay. The sound and music are just perfect, and I really love the look of this game. The sounds when getting close to a satellite were super atmospheric. Even though I never found what I was looking for I really enjoyed exploring. =)
Nice graphics and sound. Didn't manage to find those hamsters, but really enjoyed crashing my ship on some of the planets. :)
Nice sounds and I like the story. I like to crash my spaceship into planets too. The gameplay was ok, but a little repetitive.
Hi everyone, thanks a lot for all your feedback.
@michal thanks ;) I am glad you like the art and the sounds.
@mandarad our idea was to make the debris moving but maybe next time ;) thanks a lot for your feedback.
@abso "full version would be amazing" XD thanks!
@samuel-fine Thanks for your feedback. We tried to integrate the sacrifice as a core mechanic. I am glad you like it ;)
@luis-guariglia we had a lot of fun doing the sounds XD. I also have the same feeling that the ship is too hard to handle. Thanks for the feedback.
@hygon I think it was a good idea to have the mix 2d 3d graphics to input some dynamic on the game. I am glad you like if ;). Thanks for the feedback.
@yirggzmb you are right I also think the game is a bit too hard. We are going to change that in the future when the jam ends. The "quit button" was a thing we had to "sacrifice" XD in order to finish the game in time. Thanks a lot for your feedback
@sauki we knew that could append but we thought "oh well let's keep it" XD. ps: you found the true ending never.
@matthew-hrehirchuk I am glad you like it ;) Thanks for the feedback.
@kutase Thanks for the feedback.
@belonzik Eheh I am glad you like the graphics. The 2d and 3d mix art style was an idea to make the game less static I think it worked pretty well ;) We tried without the thrust shake and it seemed too simple at the time but I think it could be reduced. Thanks for all your feedback ;)
@tadd I agree with you after playing a lot the game my self I think it is too random the way the player navigates the space with no direction. Thanks for your feedback.
@quasar47 We tried to make the sacrifice a core mechanic of the game, I am glad you like it. It appeend to me too to be stuck on the satellite for a bit. But that was one of the bugs we didn't have time to correct it. Thanks for your feedback.
@carbonara I am always wondering if someone reads the intro. Thanks ;) I am glad that you like it. We tried to make the movement "realistic" but I have to admit that it is a bit difficult to maneuver the ship. Thanks for your feedback.
@bitdecay Nice I am glad that you enjoyed the art style I also like a lot this type of mixed 2d and 3d. The core loop of the music could be longer. Thanks for your feedback.
@jk5000 I completely agree with you we need to put more hints or some sort of frequency repeater to better direct the player exploration. I and glad you like the game. Thanks for your feedback.
The atmosphere was amazing. Though I felt kinda aimless. Also I found the new earth, but couldn't figure out how to interact with it. Also for that meme in the intro you got an instant 5 stars in Humor. B*tch Lasagna
Awesome job! Loved the idea of space drifting to explore. :)
The story and concept you chose for your game are quite entertaining and interesting! Your art is amazingly done and fits the space theme very well. The way the graphics of the space ship changed depending on thrust was a subtle but nice touch! As I think someone has mentioned before - it can be a bit difficult to get away from the satellite that fills up your thrust. Another idea might be maybe to add the one star background as an extra layer. Now it seems a little bit as if the space shuttle is glued to that background.
