Fun Game! I really like combination of street fighter and the power up mechanic. A cool art style as well! I found the music to be a little bit off the general feeling of the game, but nonetheless a nice entry :D

Nice boss fight. The controls are sometimes weird tho (if you don't finish the beam charge, it's on cooldown, contact strike doesn't always connect with the boss...) but really great and fun anyway !
Graphics are fantastic! Love the music as well. The actual combat is quite janky in places. I expected K to allow me to shoot arrows but seemed to be the same as J (the sword).
Really fun game, quite addicting. There is a bug with mouse controls. If you try to use the middle mouse button while moving, you'll permanently run in that direction until you hit the middle mouse button again. This made using the mouse impossible. I was able to win with using JKL for actions. Game was difficult but rewarding when I beat it. Great job. Note: Played the HTML version

Graphics are cool, the combat is quite hard but fun. The hitbox of the ennemy is too small for me. A longer music coul have been nice!

Interesting concept. Character movement is kind of weird, it looks like he's sliding. But I liked the idea. I believe that with a little more time and polish, you can get something very cool.
Neat game, as SageWare mentioned, there is a bug with the scrollwheel button. All in all, i liked the game a lot.
Nice little fighting game. Has you strategize a little bit around hitting the enemy without trading blows. Movement felt weird with the attacks but it's not hard to get used to it.
Nice graphic, a bit bugged! Hard to understand what's going on but the concept is nice. Good sound choices. Keep working!

i had trouble with the controls where the player always got stuck on left side of screen -- artwork is very polished -- nice game

Really really thank you guys, this was my first game for Ludum Dare and seeing all these feedbacks gives me a lot of hype for future Jams :smile:
For those who find mouse controls not suited to the game: this was a decision process that went bad, we wanted keyboard controls with mouse aim, but we originally designed the game without this possibility, with arcade-like controls, so the time ran out without making the mouse aim possible :/
Cool game, but boss was pretty hard, and after 6 try I finally beat him!!! On the start I had only attack that blue beam, it was helpful :D Graphics are good, music great - overall it was fun and theme-fitting !!!
I like the game! A bit confusing at the beginning, maybe a little explanation at the beginning would help. Anyway, the mechanic of reciving the abilities base on what the enemy does, and that you need to dodge until you have some powers is great!
Crazy game. I like a lot to play it, it was really fun. I love the pace of the game and the artwork. Good job :)
Graphics and sound were good, theme was good in that you actually start without even ability to punch clever. At first I thought I was controlled the red jacket guy lol. Only problems were the beam weapon I couldnt aim it and my shadow guy kept getting stuck in place. Over all quite good.
The hack and slash mechanic is really good, and also de AI. Maybe the graphics could make the player pop up a little more cause some times I would just loose him from sight cause he is too dark.
Graphics were amazing!! Gameplay was fun and original too. Would love to see this fleshed out into a full game.

I liked your setting and the tone of your game. In my runs I only ever got the sword ability for some reason and for the first few runs I didn't understand how the abilities filled up.
I dig the environment art, looks very cool!
It's cool you added music and it's generally a pretty nice track but I didn't feel like it fit the tone of the visuals very well.
Props for adding several control schemes to the game.
Really strange movement physics, especially with the seemingly-random acceleration and inertia, made things a bit difficult to control. The idea is pretty cool though, and the beam weapon looks and feels nice. Good job on your first game!
