Very addictive game. Music and sound effects match the game. And congratulations for having managed to create a ranking in the deadline of the jam.

Very addictive game. Music and sound effects match the game. And congratulations for having managed to create a ranking in the deadline of the jam.
Nice graphics and presentation. I didn't understand very well how the game works, what the lose and win condition, whether it is totally in luck or the position that we put the slider influences into something.
It is a little difficult to get used to with the control of the ship. It's strange the shot coming out from behind and you walking forward. Getting used to the controls, it's a cool game.
The concept is interesting but it is not dynamic like a moba, for example. You need to click on the +, then press the button and then cast the spell. And after that, the spell is not selected. It would be interesting to set up a standard attack to be more dynamic.
Very cool idea. I really liked the idea of having to die in order to move forward.
Very cool concept. Who dubbed the game? Yourself? Very nice!
Very good! Excellent pixel art. I think it could be a bit more dynamic, the shots are very slow. But it was really cool!
I do not quite understand how the game works. It is very easy to lose and I could not kill any enemy, from far away already happens game over.
Good graphics but lack animations for the characters and sound effects. The attack hit of the enemies could have some attack animation and not just touch the player. Sometimes you can attack but still take damage. Good use of game jam theme.
I liked the idea of the game. I think the camera control makes it difficult to aim right where you want, could make something of the character point to the mouse, it would be easier.
Very cool concept
I've tried to play but the game crashes at the beginning
I really liked the idea. It is quite difficult but it combines with the idea of recovering life by hitting the shots.
Very good concept!
Very cool concept but I think it gets very repetitive. It would be interesting to have some objective or a system to evaluate the character whether he deserves or not to have the money stolen, such as Papers, Please.
@island-jam-2-group-3 It's a game jam, it's totally understandable.
No download link
If you made the game to be played at 16:10, you can limit that resolution in Unity. I liked the idea of sucking out enemies. Enemies do not seem to care much about you. The game is ok but I think it would be more interesting to have some objective and not only survive as much as possible.
Very tense game
Very cool! Very creative idea, great music! Congratulations!
Very good ambiance
It's simple but it takes a bit of time and strategy to succeed in the game. Cool!
Control of the ship makes it very difficult as it is
Very good idea. Although I have discovered that I suck at rhythm
@duke thanks for feedback. I could not do the combat satisfactory as I wanted and lacked time for balancing and polishing. Both weapon and melee combat were not as well as I wanted. But it served as an experiment in how to develop such a game.
@oddsocks yeah, I know that the movement is kinda awkward =D. I did not want to waste time with the animations, so I had to simplify. Thanks for the feedback!
@streetgeek There is an upgrade store that you buy stuff with your life. Thanks for playing!
@spooky thanks for feedback. I did not have time to balance and polish the game, unfortunately. Tip is to spend everything at the beginning with life upgrade that the next round life recovers and you can buy things more easily.
@nitropictures I agree. It would be better to set back and side walking animations.
@klianc09 Sorry for being frustrating for you. My idea would be to have a presentation with a tutorial, but it did not give time to do and to polish the combat as well.
@hexiez123 thanks for feedback and for playing
@ivan-garcia-filho Thanks for the feedback. I could not do the fighting the way I wanted to and it turned out I did not have time to balance and polish
@dimoon-ly thanks for playing!
@geckoo1337 Thank you very much for playing and for feedback.
@kilian-baptendier thanks for feedback! I appreciate it!
Great concept. I really enjoyed it!
Very nice!
Interesting concept but it took me a while to understand how combat works.
I liked the game, its progression is very interesting. But some things bothered me. The song is pretty annoying LoL. And the mellee weapon's radius of attack is very short, so you need to attack very closely. Nevertheless, there is a lot of content made for a jam game. Congratulations! Keep it up!
Very good experience. Very good UI work. I understand she didn't want to send nudes at first, but after I saved her life, it would be fair to send some nudes.
I liked the idea of being a game set with toys, of you building your ship slowly. I appreciate your effort and work involved in the game, but it seems a bit incomplete and unpolished. As commented earlier, try reducing the scope for the next jam. That way you can do something better.
I agree with your comment. Maybe a little ambitious for a short game jam. Either way, it was worth it for the effort and learning. You are already familiar with the bugs, so you already know what needs to be fixed.
Very creative idea, I enjoyed it a lot. I just think it would look better with some sound effects. But everyone knows that turtles' biggest enemy is plastic
In a game jam, I advise you to build web and pc games. This will enable more people to play. A lot of people won't want to bother installing an app on their mobile phone and will simply ignore your game. You can leave an apk as an alternative. And it is important to participate, rate and comment on other games.
Interesting concept. Character movement is kind of weird, it looks like he's sliding. But I liked the idea. I believe that with a little more time and polish, you can get something very cool.
The game looks nice, but I missed the sound effects. Sounds make all the difference in the gaming experience. I imagine you invested more time in characters and other visual aspects, now with the game already published, it would be interesting to focus more on gameplay. Congratulations for the game!
I really liked the idea. It's a very challenging game.
It was a good experience. I liked your interpretation of the theme. Screen visual effects are pretty cool. Audio editing and choice of songs and sounds are very good too. I would only choose a text font that best matches. And there are some sync issues with the text, but nothing that detracts from the experience. Very good game about nothing. Like!
Very solid entry. I really enjoyed the idea of putting together the soundtrack as you collect the instruments. My only complaint would be the rhythm minigame. I think it should go horizontal rather than vertical, it would get easier and make more sense with the keys we need to press.
I really liked the concept but not much of the execution. The controls are a bit weird but you can get used to it. However, the flashlight's time window, the amount of enemies and the limited time to do it all make the game not very enjoyable to play.
The idea is very good. The amount of different commands makes gameplay a little difficult and not everything works exactly as it should. Something that bothers me is the lack of checkpoint, dying and having to come back early is complicated. With a little more polish in the gameplay is a very interesting game.
I tried to play but love.dll is missing to run the game.
I don't know how many endings the game has but I think I got them all. I liked the game but I think it is a bit too short. Now that you have published the game, consider making updates to it.
One thing I like about Game Maker is these small executables, almost the size of a Super Nes ROM LoL. Man, I really enjoyed this game. An evolution of Clickers. I played a lot and now I have tendonitis. You owe me a doctor appointment!
@xcvzxc But this is something I like about Game Maker that is not very possible at Unity. Small builds
I liked the idea but the game kills my vibe every time forcing me to dive again. It gets a little repetitive and it takes time to get upgrades, but as it progresses, it gets better.
Game very well done. It's hard, but kind of nice to play. I particularly don't like this automatic jump on the ground. The wall jump is hard to fit. I don't know if it has support, but it would be interesting to have joysticks support to make the game easier. The character closely resembles Rayman. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot! Congratulations!
Good effort. The characters look made of LEGO, it's interesting but it worries me if they don't have many polygons. The aim is not very accurate. Good to know that you are aware of the bugs, it shows that you are concerned about fixing them. Overall I found it very simple and it ends very quickly. Maybe add some more levels.
Great idea! Who never wanted to do that, right? You have kept the game scope well defined for game jam, this is very good. If you allow me only one complaint, I think it could have a slightly wider range of sounds. Very good game, I really liked the idea
Very good idea. Very frustrating that you can't carry more than one TV at a time. The movement and physics are kind of buggy but yielded funny moments. My character stuck to the floor and then went flying and spinning, I came to stand on the roof of some buildings. It's easy to get lost in the scenario, so it would be nice to have something pointing where junkyard is. Only the minimap doesn't help much. I really liked the visual style of the game. Congratulations for the entry!
Already leaving my rating! Excellent game as always!
The camera behaves strangely, keeps shaking. Personally, I don't like this tank style movement. You can fix these minor issues and make the game better.
As mentioned before, the perspective is a bit confusing. The texts of the other cell could always be facing the camera so we can see better. I think it was worth it for the effort and learning. Congrats!
@shared thanks for the feedback!
@barracudadisaster thanks for playing and for the feedback. The installation process took longer, but I thought it could be very annoying to have to wait long to play. I tried to put a CRT monitor look on the level, but it wasn't getting too cool. Maybe I use some asset to achieve this effect.
@bobothegreat Thanks for the feedback. Can you explain buggy how? I intend to redo player movement and enemy behavior in a future update
@bobothegreat Your comment has been submitted multiple times LoL. I think the Ludum Dare system is a little slow. Oh yes, I get it. Enemy behavior and hit detection is something I want to adjust. Killing the enemies is not very accurate.
@mosaic i'll check that. Things can be unlocked in different orders even the levels, except the first mechanics. But I'll check this
@lukein thanks for the feedback. It's like hold button to jump higher
@smileyface thanks for the feedback. This is something that I also find strange and wanted to change before. But with the jam schedule, there wasn't enough time to fix it. I'll see if I can fix this now that the submission deadline is over
@mharring thanks for the feedback!
Right?
So this is the top down arena Doom? Everything in this game is super polished. I liked its professional look with installer and all. Is this something provided by Game Maker itself? I really enjoyed the game, I would love to play a version with levels and an ending, rather than just an infinite arena. Congratulations on the excellent game!
The movement part is a bit buggy, as when you jump on a platform and the player automatically jumps. It is impossible to take the sword without taking damage. However, it was worth the effort to make all the content, including the sound effects. "Auw"
I liked the game, the visual style, the idea. When there is a lot on the screen the sound can be bugged. One thing I liked was that you can test the game before you start to adapt to the controls. It's a good game. Keep it up!
I think I liked this game better than I should like LoL I really liked the idea, the story, the minigames, etc. I just missed some music and sound effects. Congratulations for the game!
So is it a game about entrepreneurship? Losing currency as a life reminds me of Sonic. I liked the idea of the game but I think it gets a little repetitive with only two scenarios, having to keep going back and forth to increase money. The player can get stuck in the corners of the platform, you can easily solve this in Unity using a frictionless physics material. Good effort and good game! Keep it up
Nice character animations. The scenario doesn't follow the same whim as the character, and the parallax effect is a bit weird since the camera doesn't move. However, it is a good game. Like!
It's a good idea and although it's simple, it does its job. 400 mb is too much for such a simple game. I believe you are more familiar with Unreal than other tools, but consider publishing the game on Itch or Gamejolt instead of Mediafire.
@owngamesgamer you can publish this Windows version on Itch or Gamejolt. It does not have to be a web version. I think it looks more "professional" than publishing to mediafire, even though it's a game jam.
Simple and fun. Too bad UI is not working, try to fix it. Simple look too but I liked the post process effects applied. Very good entry. Keep it up!
I think a game made in java is not the best option for a game jam. The game opens on my PC, but nothing happens. No matter where I click, nothing happens. Maybe I'm missing something
Very cool concept. The game is well polished as well. The challenges are good and so are their progress. I enjoyed it a lot!
I really liked the concept, it reminded me somewhat of the game Everything in a much smaller scope, obviously. Unfortunately it is too short, or I missed something. But overall, I enjoyed it!
It's a bit hard to understand the concept of the game, but it's part of the experience.
Damn, what an awesome game. The aesthetic is amazing. Because it's a first-person game and because of the visual style, it can get a little tired after a while. But the experience is short and I enjoyed it a lot. Congratulations on completing such a game within the jam period.
Very good game, I really liked it. Basically it's a find the bug game but very well executed. The audio is flawless. Not just the sounds but the effects as you move closer and further away from them.
I never thought making delivery was so difficult. The name of the game even makes sense
One of the coolest and most different ideas I've seen at the jam. Very well executed, very nice gameplay. Sound effects are very satisfying. At the beginning I was finding it very difficult, once you understand how it works, it gets really good. When you understand that you need to manage stamina everything makes sense. Excellent game. Congratulations!
Bom demais e difícil pra caramba! haha Very nice game to play. Very challenging. Simple and elegant art. I found it very difficult, I would increase the shield time a little, maybe, make the shots slower, I don't know. But I enjoyed a lot
Link is broken
It would be interesting to add sound effects and some music. The rope gave me some bugs but I thought the idea was interesting
@kraghan Yes, you are right. Afterwards when I played I realized that I made a very long path. The invulnerability was higher but I thought it was very easy because you can use it to not take damage from enemies, but it's something I really need to improve. Thanks for the feedback
I hadn't really understood the concept of the game after I realized that spells were random. But it seems that the system only randomizes at the beginning of the game. During the game I always stay with the same magic. Once I got it, I thought the idea was interesting but in the end the game kind of boils down to spamming magic. Very nice visual style, cool idea but it can be better explored. What was sorely missed were sound effects and music.
Very cool idea, you can make a very interesting complete game out of it. I played with controller but it didn't recognize a PS4 controller connected directly, I had to emulate it as an Xbox controller. The keyboard with the current key configuration is quite difficult to play. Maybe if orders were coming in and there was a time limit, similar to Overcooked, the game would be more interesting. Congratulations for the entry
The game's aesthetic is pretty cool but there seem to be some graphical issues. At some points, the player's sprite is under the ground sprite. I played the web version. Despite that, I really liked the game and the idea is really cool. Good use of the theme.
@phanelly Did you change the sorting layer of sprite renderers? Maybe changing the Z position of the floor will help too, I don't know
Very interesting game. I really liked the idea and the gameplay loop. To improve, I would increase the pickaxe's hitbox. And I believe the score is broken. I played for a while but in the end I got 0 point. The game starts off pretty quiet and after a while you're desperate to get things done. It managed to keep me interested to the end.
@animalx Not really. So that was it =p
Very good idea, very nice art. I loved the character animations. I found it very difficult, I suffered to get through the first level. I think it would be interesting to put something easier at the beginning for the player to learn how to play.. But I really liked the game idea.
The game art is very interesting and different, I really liked it. But I couldn't quite figure out how the gameplay works. I just clicked on things to understand what was happening, it got a little confused.
@jonathan-vinesar thanks for you feedback! Appreciate it
@yancharkin @str8griz We are gonna try to adjust to be possible coming back without going to main menu
The game concept is very interesting. It has a good challenge and manages to fit the theme well. Although it is challenging, it is not frustrating. Very well polished.
