"Are you milking a tree?" "Yes, of course. I'm a vegan" ROFL! That literally made me laugh out loud. Nice touch.
I really enjoyed this. The visuals were stunning and the humor great. The music and sound effects were well chosen. I did find it annoying that walking on the blade of a fallen skeleton hurt me. It took me a moment to realize where the damage was coming from. Overall though, an excellent entry!

Impressive amount of work done in this short time!

Amazing work for a jam game, really nicely put together visuals and controls (and animations, and textures). As someone else pointed out, walking on the corpses' blades hurt me, and I think the skeletons would also hurt themselves on the mattock even if it was in the very end of the swing :D Also, I am not sure the big boss can actually hit you when you're right up next to it? That said, really enjoyable little game!

I really was unable to figure out combat, despite my extensive use of timed dodging, so I died pretty quickly. Since I had to start over from the beginning each time, and there's a long walk to get back to where you were, I decided to stop.
But the humor of this game was definitely top-notch, and I liked how smooth the gameplay felt as long as I wasn't fighting. Some small tweaks might be to allow 'E' to advance dialogue in addition to clicking, since that just feels like a normal UI behavior. Also, if there's a way to see from afar whether someone will talk to you or whether a door has a talking option, that would be great. I wanted to see all the jokes in this game, so I walked to all the doors and everyone, but was disappointed when they looked the same but didn't have a talk option.

This was a fun little game, I have to say. The graphics were really nice and the combat mechanics pretty well done as well. My graphic card made weird noises during the game, though and yes, i'm serious lol.
This game is amazing; the graphics and the humour are all so on point! I did die to walking into a fallen skeleton's sword though :(

Game is really amazing. I just can't believe this can be done in 72, comparing to what I've done)) Very smooth gameplay, wonderful graphics and models. One of the best games I've seen on LD45

Games looks awesome. Have some trouble with combat system but its ok. Are you sure that all animations, models player controller, dialog system and assets been made in 72 hours? If so this is amazing!
@zimennik Yes, I've created all in the 72h, except for the characters animation that I've downloaded from Mixamo. Thank you for asking, I've corrected the game description to clarify it.
Nice game

Nice, you tried to go for a sort of Dark Souls style combat. I had a few issues with the enemy hurting me but not when the weapon swung (and also when they were dead) but other than that, good game!
It's a nice game but i died by walking on a sword :'(
Wow, super impressive with the 72 hour limit. There's a lot of places where you've been really smart to make less work go further, but even with that it's crazy good. Also I love the writing, the vegan and the tree got me good. It would've been nice to have some info abou the enemy health? At one point, I got a big skeleton to hit a little skeleton, and I wasn't sure if it was doing damage or not because it was hard to tell.
Fantastic job!
Really fun game! Had a bit of problem fighting the enemies at the begining but as I discovered the secret of dodging behind them, I managed to get to the end!

Impressive entry for the jam, congrats!
I like the combat system, not too spammy but still super simple.
Pretty cool! I enjoyed the dialog...very funny. Very surprised with the amount of assets for a jam game. Well done! Couple of critiques - It seemed like the skeleton swords still damaged me after they were dead? Also, it would have been nice for "escape" button to pause and give you a menu with the option to quit.
Wow, what a great LD entry! Great job! The combat system is not good, though, but for 72 hours game it's very impressive. I beat the game, but only using an exploit in the combat system. Was killed, like, 6-7 times before that. Great humor, that's a 5/5 for sure! One of the best game I played in this LD.
One of the funniest games that I have played this LD, it was clear you went a lot for the humor category  But one of the best things about this game is still the graphics, I just loved the style, its not often that I genuinely enjoy the look of a 3d game made for Ludum Dare, but this is one of those rare times. I struggled quite a lot with the combat, but I did manage to win.

Very nicely put together game. I like the humour. The combat didn't flow as well as it could. Hits didn't really feel like much, especially on the boss. Sounds or particles could have helped there. The boss wasn't really a challenge, the other skeletons were far tougher. I like the fact you trip over swords on the ground. No zany explanations on why you cant take their swords?
This was a really fun game! The combat was a bit buggy, could use some "invincibility" of some sort while dodging. I found myself actually being hit while dodging, or the skeletons hurting me after being hit... But the graphics and sounds are really nice!
Really cool game, you accomplished quite a lot in so little time! I found the boss way easier than the skeleton boys. Overhall very fun, and interesting game, good job! :)

Ahahah, funnest entry ever
Things I didn't like: * You can rotate the camera to see inside things, like the house at the beginning. * Lots of repetitive messages, it discouraged me to keep talking to npcs and searching houses. * The skeleton were able to hit me while he were on the death animation. I could hit him too after my attack animation ended. * People kept telling me that there were a cemetery that I could loot, but it seems that it was just a joke =(. I kept searching for it on the whole map!
Things I liked: * The funnniest game I have ever played on ludum dare, nice creativity xD * The graphics are very nice! Alongside with the music, they set up the mood very well. * The credits scene was very well polished and funny haha
Really nice work with the art!
the art style is really amazing great job. The combat style is fluid but I would invest a bit more in-game feel, It is the only thing I missed in the combat. I like the music it adds up very well to the rest of the game. Congrats for this game :)
The visuals are really nice, the audio is decent. However I think there needs to be a reward or some advantage to fighting the enemies. Otherwise a solid game. Found a bug with the enemy sword would still hurt even if the enemy is dead. I think the writing was good in general but severely lacking in format and spelling.
3.8/5
I loved the graphics and humor, that guy milking a tree made me laugh out loud! Beat the boss with 1 heart left haha
The style and art are on point. Very visually pleasing. Combat mechanics were not the best but it was still enjoyable. Nice job :D

I was very impressed with the amount of work that must've been put in this... until I saw the credits for used assets. That said, it's commendable that you managed to implement a third-person action game combat system, although Dark Souls or Blade of Darkness this isn't.
On combat, the best strategy was to dodge-roll through all enemies and kill the boss, as you can actually _dodge_ the boss's attacks and the pathing of the regular skeletons is easy to abuse. This is mandated by the fact that it seems impossible to hit a regular skeleton without at least trading hits -- whilst the player is stuck in a long swinging animation that prevents movement, the skeletons glide freely. Moreover, dodging doesn't appear to grant any i-frames whatsoever, making it treacherous. The system needs a bit of _hard_ polishing, but it's a reasonable one given the time constraints.
Whilst humour is subjective, I wasn't amused by the fourth wall-breaking dialogues. Worry not, so far this has been the case with all LD games I've seen that have attempted it.
On the whole, this is a solid entry. Good job.
