Love the ambient music, love the gameplay, love world and character graphics.
A bit sad it does not matter to give items to specific character. Did not understand how to win with Cleric. I'm having GAME OVER randomly (or i feel it random) with all characters full life.
Not found of minigame based games, but liked this one, kinda RPG "win a short mini game to hit"

Same here, can't play, double clicking on .exe does not do anything.
@vengeurk Yep, W10 64bits, and yes crash happens before anything appears. The game just not launch at all, not even the "Made with Unity frame". Tell us if there is something we can do to get a log file or something to help you see what happens.
Archery was fun and world pleasant to explore. Game i've played for the longest time.
Couldn't throw any arrows after some time, don't know if i had not any arrows anymore or if it was a bug. Music in base switch from only left to right ear at some x coordinate.

Everything is great i think, art is amazing (like really amazing, gg), sounds and music are great, mechanics well mastered (a little bugged tho but nothing big for a GameJam game, i were stucked in a wall for a while, or pressing multiple directions keys making one of them not working anymore)
I LOVE the "Sacrifice something about you, or about your only friend" thing !

When i come to the first place to sacrifice myself, i have no time to get the soul, and i find my character very slow, is it a bug ?? I'm so sad to can't pass this place because i realy enjoy the mechanism and want to play more !
@joker-v Same thing with the W version, tried web fullscreen, tried W different resolutions. I have a 2560x1440 screen btw, maybe that's the thing ?

Sure not the prettiest, but unlike most of the good lookings ones i've tested so far, gameplay is really interesting. I really like the "loosing weight on movement to access higher areas, but weight is my life" and the "kill enemies to regain life, but i'm heavier" things !!! Moreover, those mechanics and your level design works well together and are actually well balanced.

@ted Thanks for playing :) Indeed we wanted to make kinda contemplative and resting game, but we asked ourselves the speed question.
@freixo Thank you too for playing and feedback. The priest was meant to be able to switch between items and powers unlocked with levels through an inventory to kill those sacrified people in several different ways, but we lacked time :)

About sound, there is a known bug wich prevent music to start at the beginning of the game. If it happens, actualising browser page should fix it. Did you experienced other bugs ?
About the post-jam version, i wanted to implement at least inventory, items, powers, and differents ways to kill victims, with maybe a bonus xp points if you kill special characters in the good way (burning the witch, add a knife to the murderer and kill it with a knife too).
But my friend convinced me that a Jam game is what it is at the end of the Jam, and i must satisfy myself about that, learn from my mistakes and make better what i think i did wrong for the next Jam.
@bananabobbert @bendev-games Indeed it lacks gameplay, even if it was meant not to have a lot of it and be a contemplative kinda game, inventory, items and powers were the core of it but i wish we had a graphist to do those other "way to kill" assets, code for those is almost implemented tho.
But i'm glad you can see where we were aiming for ! Thanks for playing and feedback !

About LD time, constraints make us learn! I feel i learned so much for my first GameJam in such a short amount of time, especially about time management and priorities! I like it :)

- The white character is a priest working for inquisition and killing people who match some heretic type of person. As he says, for him, it's just work here.
- Why don’t people just push him off the cliff? Maybe they will :)
- There’s no gameplay. What is the faith bar for? What does it do? Indeed we badly managed our time and couldn't implement the "choose the right tool to kill the right guy" thing. The faith was meant to unlock new ways to kill people as you earn it.

Bugfix: - Fixed jump distance on small screens - Fixed font size on small screens - Added a start screen which makes you click on page before game launches to fix the "no sound" bug caused by a new GoogleChrome security preventing any sound to play before user had any interaction with the page.
