I really love the unique artstyle of your game, the idea is cool but it was quite hard for me at first to understand what to do and how to basically survive by eating. The fight mechanics are good but quite hard as I didn't find something to heal back. Great job on your entry.

The game looks great, and i liked it.
Looks good. Liked it a lot. It was a bit hard to figure out what to do and I think your hunger (or whatever the second bar is) went down a little too fast, but overall still was definitely worth playing for a while.
Wow. You should make this into a full game! The art style is so unique, I love it.
Really tough game. I played it a couple of times but kept on starving to death before I could get back to the food dealer. The art is really nice as well!

HAD SO MUCH fun playing it with my friend , so unique on its own way but it's kinda hard because of the mele weapons range is so short to kill without beeing damaged . i love it

About the difficulty: I actually wanted it to be hard so that you have to try again around five times and learn a bit in every run. However maybe its too hard? I'm not sure but I guess I am not allowed to upload any changes other than bugfixes anyway. However I will keep in mind to make it a little easier in the long run.
@aflatthrasher Yes its a hunger bar and maybe its a little fast but if you trade a few food items from one of the traders you should be able to survive.
@mrsylar59 Theres is one trader on the map who sells some healing items.

Nice idea, and not really easy either! I played it several times, until i managed to kill the boss (especially bc I ran out of food.) You didn't quite fit the theme, but I liked the game a lot :) I especially enjoyed the intro cut scene (although the frames were almost a bit to fast to read)!

Well executed, it is impressive how much you were able to get done in a weekend. The UI felt like it could have been enhanced to make the game a little more accessible (drag and drop would have gone a long way), but UI work is time intensive. Overall really unique design style, great work.
So good! Great art style and mood. Controls felt fluid even though I had trouble with the melee
@diaxcor tanks andcso cool that you played it "together" maybe theres a multiplayer coming. we will continue with the work on this project and probably balance a little more. by the way, the trick is to walk backwards and hit meanwhile.
Haha, love this style! The art and designs were funny (love when I unexpectedly spawned as a guy in a wheelchair on my second playthrough), music choice was fitting, and gameplay was fun and had some depth thanks to the trading and scavenging. Those darned vending machines were tricky. Cool game!

Thumbs up for your intro scene! :D Really dug the art style and overall design. It took me a while to get the hang of the mechanics, but then it was pretty fun! I didn't quite understand what to do with the boss. I stabbed the bastard like 15 times but he didn't seem to care. Then I got killed by a spider :) Still very enjoyable game!

Hey ! Took me some time but I finally defeated your game ! I really dug it ! It's not really an incredible take on the theme, as we're indeed running quickly out of space but we can easily manoeuver around it (you just need to eat and heal after all :D), but the overall game is incredible ! Art is marvelous, sound and music fit perfectly well, and the you did a very good effort to create an atmosphere that was very unique. The intro scene is also a very good touch that adds originality and personality to your effort. I felt like playing a mix'up between Nuclear Throne and LiSa. If you don't know both of these games, check them out, you might like them ! Looking forward to the further developement of this game ! Good job !!
Great game! It took me about 20 minutes to beat it. Music and graphics really fit very well. All fights are quite dynamic and you always need to eat and heal so the game is quite hard. Actually I didnt feel that I was running out of space but overall everything is very good and enjoyable

I like how the art is really strange. The enemy AI was solid and alive. I did feel overwhelmed at the beginning, and if there were more tutorial-esque elements, that would be good.

This is great! Fantastic art and writing, and the gameplay's tough enough to be a real challenge without being impossible. I agree more tutorializing would have helped, and the inventory menu felt a little fiddly, but I figured them out eventually and had a lot of fun. Excellent work.

@devemil Well yeah, the plan with the theme was actually to have even more items where it would have been even harder to decide what to to do with the place you have. However it seemed hard to make it that way without that it gets annoying.
@jeke Would have loved to improve the UI, but yeah its really time intensive and there was always more important stuff.
@larryseinfeld Yeah I'm really happy that we got the random characters working! The wheelchair guy is the best :D.
@awesomealliterationalliance Well the boss really isn't very much thought through, we were out of time and just needed some kind of ending. He is definitely very hard without a ranged weapon.
@demn Great that you enjoyed it that much :). Nuclear Throne was definitely an inspiration and this Lisa game really looks interesting. @konsumopfer77 would probably like it! Thanks for the recommendation.
@mrsylar59 @wesxdz @mahalis A better tutorial is definitely a good point, thank you for pointing that out! However I also planned a more intuitive UI which should already help alot.

So yeah, the art is really great, I've bet it costed you some time of development, but it was totally worth it) Reminds me some post-apocalyptic West of Loathing mix, really good.

Loved the concept. Had me playing for a while. Looked long and hard but couldn't locate the ranged weapon. Great art style and intro. Tutorial screen was kind of a mess though.

@lexomir & @darefus Hey thanks! -> we continue with the work on this game, even thou it might take a while till we get it to the final version. Theres a lot of possible content, that we need to sketch out a little more and of course add to the game ,: D @zuhairghias yeah, i made the font in like 15 minutes with an free web-tool, cause i wanted to have an unique selfmade one for the game but its almost humans right violation to make people read a text written with it. there will be one who is nice to read in the next version of the game.

Really love the variety of items in it! I can see this becoming greater and more polished, with how fun it is scavenge and trading and surviving from hunger. I also really loved the animation at the beginning~
That intro animation... Words aren't capable of describing its splendor! Still, audio would have made it even better.
First go. Had trouble with the controls, the boss arrived and the blow darts didn't seem to damage him... Dead!
Second go. Figured out the controls; they are not great, *more on that later*. Explored half the map before the boss arrived. Managed to trap it behind a wall up north. Explored the rest of the map. The best ranged weapon I could find: **a bag of chips!** What! Fine, nearly ran out of food, but did triumph over the moose man... A sudden ending; well, better than no ending.
The controls, the controls. Top strangeness: *escape for inventory?* Haven't seen that in a long while. How about Tab or Q? Another, more complicated, UI improvement would be drag and drop for the menus. That is on the post-jam list, right?
Other than that, pretty impressive. The visual style is high quality and consistent; exploring the world is interesting (the first time around at least); and, ah, even the combat is functional (lots of kiting, yet the variety of enemy movement patterns keeps it real).

Its incredible how almost everybody who plays our game writes something nice down here :). Cant be thankful enough! Many of you pointed out that the tutorial and UI should be improved and I definitely agree with you. I am working on a post-jam version already!
@huvaakoodia Hey, thanks a lot for the detailed feedback! Most of what you pointed out turned out like that due to time constraints but hearing it again reminds me and definitely makes me aware of it a bit more! I am glad that you still liked it that much :).
@unfinished I had planned that but didn't get it working as I wanted right away, so its delayed to the post-jam version. I know how annoying it can be to get interrupted while trading :D.

Yes! This game looked good from the images and description, and it lived up to it. I enjoyed playing, even in a web browser. The one thing I would look forward too though is the ability to remap keys. Using right click is not desirable in my case. Keep up the great work!
Some kind of healthbar would be great. I like the doodly art style. Tried the web version, got an AK but every time I tried to trade the character just walk himself off and not let me trade.

@dleanjeans There should be a healthbar, but those other bugs I never saw either. What browser were you using? Firefox should work. Or maybe you should try the windows or linux version.
@lodugh I'm on Chrome. Could you update the windows version? It's still 1.0.3
