Suddenly an interesting mechanic. I was constantly collecting combos from two cells, because collecting 3x3 combos, where half of the cells are unknown - seems impossible. It seems worth making more accessible 2-2 and 3-3 combos where all the cells are known
nice game
Making combos is hard, but it seems i can play almost infinitely by just spamming the buttons randomly.
By the way, when new possible combos appears on the right side, the whole ui goes up. If you do it enough, the score disappear over the top of the game windows.

I'd love if the row of tiny creature was'nt randomized each time, because it makes playing strategically an almost impossible task. Maybe just shifting the row to the side and adding new creatures to fill the gap could be a better option?
Nice jam game, I feel that the concept works well, and with some polish it could be a nice little game. Good job!
You are really making me have to use my brain ahaha. this was quite fun and looked really cool as well!
Took me a while to figure it out, but I eventually got a hold of the mechanics, very cute creatures!
Loved this game, The game design is so well done! Took my a while to get down a decent strategy, but I started filling half way up with random combos then started trying to match and it worked pretty dang well. Highest combo I got that I seen was over 20. There is a bug where the text keeps going up out of the screen! Regardless, Amazing Job!
The mechanics are interesting. You have to sort of prioritize a set of viruses for each column, and then drop them once you finally see them. However, after a certain point the game seemingly bugged out for me. I started getting combos whenever I dropped anything and both the combo text and the score text crawled off screen, and the column on the right completely overflowed with two-virus combos, so almost anything I dropped lead to a "combo", but I could no longer see my combo or my score.
If that is fixed this is an interesting take on tile dropping games with good presentation!
This game is a great example of how 'simple' gameplay can be surprisingly deep. I experienced the same issue as @firuti on my 2160p screen; switching to 1080p resolved the problem. Anyway, Good job.
Interesting mechanic. You can get hooked on it for a while, but I fell like it's mostly driven by luck (or maybe i'm just bad ^^)
The game also get pretty buggy once you reach the top of the screen
nice entry! a classic style game with a little twist. It did feel a little bit like there was luck involved in what combinations you can even make given the random order at the top. Otherwise a solid foundation that you could make a nice game out of!
The idea is good but the lack of control on next creatures to appear after dropping one, makes this game less engaging. It could be better if dropping a creature will shift waiting creatures to the left or right making it more predictable. Oh having basic match-3 mechanic should work with this game and keep the objectives and set high score reward for creating the objective patterns.
It feels like you depend way too much on luck here, both on the creatures appearing at the top, and the combinations. Getting the bigger combos was quite difficult, especially when sometimes part of them would also qualify as a smaller combo, removing a part of the unfinished big combo. On the flipside, the play field is huge considering you'll only drop one at a time.
