nice visual!

ilya-kr 2026-04-21 05:36

Cool graphics, interesting concept. The tutorial was lacking, but maybe that's just me being stupid.

semenov 2026-04-21 07:06

Good lamp graphics!

2026-04-21 10:42

subnautica below zero

tapot 2026-04-21 10:50

Pleasant visuals! It's hard to play, but very engaging: you have to keep track of everything, and if you make a mistake - you really made one. Very cool, thank you!

kenoshka 2026-04-21 11:03

kinda sad to die from first hit, also i think you need to encourage player to use flares - i mainly tried to use other stuff to avoid enemies cause projectiles are also very fast, interecting idea anyway graphics is great, really like the style

igorekkedziorek 2026-04-21 11:11

Cool concept and really good execution

destic 2026-04-21 14:07

Really cool concept & the art style is beautiful aswell. Nice to see what you guys had in mind. I feel like the loops are taking a bit too long but other than that I can imagine it being quite fun with alot of different mechanics to keep in mind. nice work guys

2026-04-21 14:11

visual style remember me old games, so nostalgic... by the way game is really cool

unbugged 2026-04-21 14:13

A really nice idea. It could use hotkeys to make the gameplay smoother. It got difficult very quickly. Overscoping is a common Ludum disease  But overall, a good game and a good idea!

christina-antoinette-neofotistou 2026-04-21 14:19

I love how it keeps piling things on you to keep track of! The art is lovely, both the UI and the sprites. And you managed to get tutorialization too, that's so hard for a jam! Thank you for sharing it!!

fkjaha 2026-04-21 14:35

During the first level I though the game would be boring, but then it really got me. I would have never though that managing a lot of parameters at the same time can be interesting, but it was - until the last level xD there was too much info at the same time. But overall, very nice game for the theme :)

kevin-meissner 2026-04-21 14:36

Very cool idea, simple but fun, good job, I really enjoyed it, thanks :-)

bobanko 2026-04-21 15:07

hard to understand how to play :(

carsten 2026-04-21 15:13

Nice one! Can get quit hectic. But I love the visual art style. Really could imagine this being a full game with some chunky sound effects and animations

red-horde-games 2026-04-21 15:31

@bobanko - when wave is near your ship, press the button - then on level 2 when light lights up, click the button (on the detector thing) - then if rocket is close, press the flare button once - then when circle rotates, move green arrow to the red zone (with a handle)

thats it

Turned out really great. I’m not usually a fan of UI-heavy games, but this one hooked me. I kept wanting to see what device or upgrade would unlock next, that curiosity really drives the experience. It manages to stay tense and engaging even though, on paper, it’s just 2D ships flying from top to bottom.

Replaying levels from the start felt a bit tedious at times, especially the last one. It broke the flow a little. And I feel like the game could really benefit from more sound design, it would add a lot to the overall feel.

But overall, it’s a very engaging and well-made experience.

flameseer 2026-04-21 17:25

I like the idea but it would really benefit from some visual feedback when you press buttons to let you know that you've pressed them and what they're doing!

nadia-pixel 2026-04-21 18:29

The game looks great and feels very polished. I especially liked how the tutorial is built directly into the gameplay. Pixel art looks really smooth, almost photorealistic, but at the same time you can see "pixel art brush strokes ", which is really cool.

I think the experience would benefit a lot from music and sound effects. At the moment the gameplay loop feels a bit repetitive, since each level is based on repeating the same button sequence several times. I got stuck on level 2 after being hit by the missile a few times (and not understanding what Wave absorber is for), so by level 3 I was running out of energy. I still want to come back later though, because I think the game becomes much more interesting once more buttons and sensors are introduced.

In any case, this is an excellent entry, especially for a first game. Congratulations!

An exciting game that keeps you in suspence the entire time. It reminded me a bit of Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes. Cool mechanics for each device, it was interesting to follow everything. It's a bit pitty that there's no music or sounds, which kind of ruins the vibe. GJ!!! PS. подписчик вашего тг:) Снимок экрана 2026-04-22 031503.png

Incredibly good! Very nice graphics, very addicting gameplay and gradual increase in difficulty is top notch.

I would've definitely added sounds in post jam patch, it's really important way to communicate imminent danger and improve overall feedback loop.

Great work!!!

Overall a fun game but there are too many enemy waves that take too much time in the beginning. For example when you get the flares and do everything correctly (so you don't need the flares) it's the exact same as the previous level which was already a bit slow/repetitive. I think 3 quick waves to explain a new mechanic would be enough.

nicekot 2026-04-25 00:03

Impressive work. Really gives you a feeling that everything is slipping out of hands when you are managing complex system. I really with there were sounds for full experience!

yugimuto 2026-04-25 12:21

A very beautiful and interestingly made game!

kirill-balak 2026-04-27 19:31

An interesting concept — I haven’t played anything like this before. The waves reminded me of my own game, but in mine you direct them, while here you defend against them 🙂

Great visuals!

But the game is missing sound and music.

Once I fully understood the rules, it actually became too easy. I didn’t need to use flares at all. Even the level where this mechanic is introduced can be completed without them. I only tried them once during one of my runs on that level, just to see how they work.

It felt odd to me that enemies pass through the ship. At first, I thought it was a problem when an enemy was moving toward the ship. When I started, I even tried to move it.

It would be nice to add some animation to the ship in the future

mechanicallife 2026-04-27 20:30

pretty neat, I enjoyed it, Would have been cool to see how then other devices where meant to work. the Batter/Reactor kind of did something when I played with it but not sure if it had any game play impact. I think the visual play really nice, and I like the tactile feel of all the UI. Would have loved some audio but that's life :) Great entry!

ping78 2026-05-02 15:05

The game is quite unique and engaging, with a great visual style to match. Great job.

alexandr-gerya 2026-05-04 21:09

had zero clue how to play at first but once it clicks managing all the parameters is actually fun
