Cute platformer game with flappy-bird like movement and default godot assets. Despite this, I enjoyed it.

So obviously you ran out of time, I won't say much about that. But you did a couple pretty good things. The variable jump height feels solid, the first boss has varied attacks (tho you can just stand next to him and spam click to cheese it), and the sound is solid. I think if the movement was faster and you'd had time to finish, this would have been a really nice little action platformer.
not a huge fan of the level arts. Level design is kind of basic but work well. character arts are cools tho. Physic make the game feel weird. Keep going !
I LOOOVVEE theses godot place holder and the spell drawn in panic but the boss is pretty nice ! You have work the story and it'a really appreciable.
The environment could get some life and it would be way better if the players movement speed was slightly faster. Other than that, pretty good game.
You guys did great! Proud of you!
Forget the double jump, forget the triple jump, forget the quadruple jump... we're going for the septuple jump!
I can see that you didn't have enough time, but maybe you could add the enemy sprites and give the attacks an alpha channel? Would at least round off the experience graphically ^^
This was easily an ALL IN 5 STARS.
Well you made a playable game, congrats! There are clearly a lot of room for improvement, hope you enjoyed the journey and are inspired to continue
Good work on this - I like the background music and the diverse enemy attacks. Level design and overall feel is good. Movement for the character felt slow, and it wasn't entirely clear that the one skull represented energy for faster movement, though I did figure that out and liked that you added the dash movement. Not sure about the mid-air jumping, but that's a design choice and not a big deal to me. In any event, you put forward a nice game that works. Simple and effective. Great job! [edit - sorry for the initial erroneous review; I had multiple games open for reviewing, and it's not cool that I accidentally put the other review in here, even if only temporarily.]
