Wow, this game is deeper than it looks like. I think is quite rare to see this kind of concepts in LD, I like it very much. My only design advices would be : 1. Less robots and/or less batteries, because I think too much player time is spent into simply getting the batteries and it is repetitive 2. Some traps/stronger batteries to give tactical priorities :) 3. A robot count for each team
Very good job. I actually spent quite some time on this one.
FYI, I could not rate this game as I could not see most of the screen. I could only see 4 rows of the board.

@aflatthrasher you can use your mouse to pan the screen around to see more of the board!

Very nice! took me a while to discovery how to move the board. Very captive game, keep playing till a was able to win! Good job
first of all could do with some controls cause i had no clue i was supposed to pan around very unique game not a hole lot to keep you entertained but still fun none the less.
Certainly very fun! I spent a lot of time in this game. Perhaps more than I should have, lol. A couple things I'd suggest, tutorials are crucial in this game. One minor thing that I would've loved to see in this game is scrolling in and out. I would've loved to be able to zoom out and observe all of my moves at once instead of panning around. I did complete the game and win it, though I was unsure how I won. I assumed it was because I had the most bots remaining after all the batteries had run out. That's only speculation though, as I had almost no power at the end.
8/10 Would suddenly run out of batteries for my 'generator bots' to move to again
The start of this game is WAAAAAAAY too slow. I spent a good like, 5 or so minutes? just moving forward picking up batteries. By the point I reached the enemies, I had twice the power they had. When the first battle started, it wasn't apparent how to enter in a power... I didn't realize it was an input field. That definitely needed more feedback, like a blinking cursor when the field is empty or something. Finally, the game just crashed on me after a battle... not sure why, though. And I wasn't about to go through that start-up process again.

A very interesting game that unfortunately lacks balancing and polish to make it really enjoyable - at least to me.
While the gameplay idea is very interesting (both the parts about gathering energy strategically and the poker-like energy bet), I found a lot of things unclear which refrained me from making the right decisions:
* I didn't get until my 5th fight or so, and after trying a lot of different things (clicking/dragging stuff around) that I actually had to *type* in the power box (the game being mouse-only up to now, that was unexpected). I think I lost quite some soldiers because of that * I wasn't sure how much energy was gained with every capsule, and I wasn't sure during/after a fight how many energy each enemy spent nor actually who won, depending on the camera position. - I got a Defeat screen totally unexpectedly: the enemy only had 4 power left, while I had around 500. I sent most of my units for a fight, gave 5 units of power to each of them... And lost the game. Some units were actually sent to gather power, so I'm sure not all of them died.
That last part nailed the coffin and just made me think "apparently I didn't get the rules at all", which is quite frustrating after spending 5 to 10mn moving units around.
I also have the same issue as others regarding the slow start: having much less space and robots would have made the game just as fun.
Great game idea, too bad the execution left to desire!

I didn't understand well the game, and sometimes the camera dont show all the grid, but I like the robots haha

Nice and well elaborate game, but playing field is tooo big :)
The game was a little too slow, the board was too big and the controls were confusing at first. The game gets a lot more fun once you engage with the enemy. Good game, keep it up!
It was a bit confusing at first than I understood it and it was a really good game. Keep it up!

Good job on your game! As other people suggested, the board was too big! I liked the concept, but there could be more variance on the board, possibly other items to pickup, some providing more energy or something like that.
This was a fun game. It's seriously interesting thinking about the strategy of the game, especially when your opponent is in a really desperate situation - because they can kill any guys you have near them by using a significant portion of their energy, and then you have to use your energy to get your other guys back across the board, which is quite a bit of energy.
The start of the game certainly was slow, but I didn't find it to be a huge problem.

This was a very nice entry! I spent a lot more time than I thought I would playing it. At first I wasn't too sure what I was doing, but eventually I organized my robots more and started making some good progress. I really enjoyed this kind of gameplay, as I haven't seen many army management, turn based strategy type games in this competition yet. I must say though, I was a little unsure of how the combat worked, and a little guidance would have been appreciated. Overall, you did a great job!

I agree with some of the previous commenters that the game board is way too big. It takes too long to reach enemies. Otherwise quite a surprising concept!
I don't think I have seen a board-game-kind of a game in LD before.

Nice idea and very good implementation! I just think the game, as is, is a little too slow; maybe smaller maps with some terrain features (e.g. mountain tiles you can't walk on or just empty tile with no batteries on) may improve the gameplay a lot.
Quite an indepth game: it took me a fair while before I understood what I was doing and I probably still don't to be honest. A big recommendation I'd give is have more of an interactive tutorial if possible as in the nicest possible way no one likes reading walls of text and it will lead to a lot of confused people like me who skim over it quickly :).
