I really enjoyed this one, I love the hand drawn graphics. :)

I really enjoyed this one, I love the hand drawn graphics. :)
The graphics are nice and I liked the gameplay where you use momentum to damage the villagers. I didn't like the music.
I love the minimal sound effects and graphics. Really simple, yet so good! The gameplay is really smooth. Had fun playing. :)
Great job!
Awesome game, loved it!
Even though it's simple and easy, great job, really like your take on the theme and on the tower defense games gerne!
Fun to play! I liked the music and the sound effects were funny.
I liked the art, specifically those little meatball dudes. Their attack animation is really funny.
Great game, really innovative!
Really nice idea, and its implementation was really well done. The graphics are very nice, Bytt is awesome!
Congratulations on your first game! I really liked the cow sprites. The gameplay was simple but it was good enough for your first game.
The music was a bit too loud though, and the sound when the UFO was moving was a bit annoying.
Great job, had fun playing! I really liked the "level up" system, where you get stronger by gathering resources. Also, Duck Bills hat was really awesome.
Nice little puzzle game! Had fun playing. My favorite level was "loopy".
Awesome game, good job!
Nicely done! Great music, graphics were nice too. I had a blast playing, especially as the Referee.
Thanks for playing and thanks for your feedback, really appreciate it! :)
@Gravity Games:
I'm new to Java, I thought that the resource folders should be in the same file location with the .jar file. Turns out, the .jar file has the resource files inside it. if you open the .jar file using Winrar for instance you can access the resources!
Thank you for the compliments!
@Smaxx
There is a total of 5 keys, 4 of which can open doors: The yellow, the blue, the red and the green.
In order to pass the green door, which is located in the maze, you will need to find the green key, which is located in another level! As for the first warp through the woods, I did that just so that the player can understand how the only gameplay mechanic in the game works! I guess it's somewhat confusing, since there was another key there. (the gray one, which does not open a door).
@Mava
Actually, Dark Souls was my main inspiration to create this "world"! Almost all levels seem to be distant from one another, when in fact they are connected! Originally I had many ideas about the world, and there were going to be more levels, with some good music to improve the exploration experience, but due to time constraints I could not create music, or create a more intertwined world. :(
@SonnyBone
That's weird. Do you have the latest Java installed?

Other than that, don't know what could be causing this...
@Aslai
I see your point about the maze, didn't really think through the level design, did not have much time to do so, though :D
About the items, they are movie/game references of items that villains had. Having all those items will make you the greatest villain!
Great game. Music is awesome and pokemon-like gameplay is always fun! My favorite character is Silent rock.
I love the audio/sound effects and the games mood. After playing for some time, I finally found the target area. I planted the bomb, nothing happened though. Still, it was nice playing.
Great idea, the story was depressing, but the overall mood of the game was really good.
The camera shaking in the intro was hilarious. Music was weird, but I liked it. Really nice graphics effects.
I found the gameplay to be easy, but it was really well done.
I wish it was a bit longer/ had more levels :(
Really liked the idea of the reverse tower defense. The music is very nice, and fits well with the game. The gameplay is pretty good, sometimes though the level, due to random generation, can be very easy.
Well made, had fun playing!
Nice idea, the twitchy camera made it a bit difficult though.
The graphics were really nice.
Congrats on your first Ludum Dare entry! It was a nice game, but I felt it was a bit too easy.
Nice approach on the theme. The music was nice, really soothing.
The controls were a little buggy, or I did not do something right. For instance I could not drop the paint brush that easily. Other than that, I really liked the idea, and playing the game was really fun!
Really nice concept! The square level is hard :(
Really liked the concept, reminded me of Portal!
I really liked this game! Nice concept and well executed. There could have been more gameplay elements, such as power ups to give more depth to the game. Still it was rather enjoyable. Good job on the sound effects, really liked the rocket sound and the sound the fuel made when you returned to your launch pad.
The music was a bit too serious for the game, a more joyful/playful soundtrack would fit better in my opinion.
Overall great work!
Good job on your game! As other people suggested, the board was too big! I liked the concept, but there could be more variance on the board, possibly other items to pickup, some providing more energy or something like that.
This was really fun. The enemy trampling sound made me feel like I was playing Serious Sam! Wish there were more levels, great job on your entry nonetheless!
Really nice take on the theme!
I really liked the art style, the laser effects, the colors, the graphics in general! The ship was a bit difficult to control. I had a hard time hitting enemy ships. Other than that, the game is really polished, great job!
Good job on your game! A simple tower defense game made in two days, which is impressive, still the game would benefit from sound effects, since there is not much going on gameplay-wise.
Really liked your game, great job making it. The artwork was amazing, really liked the particle effects.
The last level was a bit difficult, the dog sprites were making it difficult to see when you were on the left side of the screen, and the robot sprite was covering some of the platforms while he was floating.
Great job on your game! It was a bit difficult to get the feel of the controls and the tanks momentum, but after a couple of tries I got the hang of it and it was a blast!
I really liked hopping around in the map, blasting other tanks. I liked the fact that the tanks had destructible parts, it was a nice polishing touch to the game.
I got a bit confused with the weapon swapping, It would be nice if the was a different visual effect depending the weapon.
Great job on your game guys. Really liked the graphics, the art design and the music.
Had there been animations the result would have been great. I also liked the UI, and the game's overall polish.
Great job on your game. Liked the music, really fits the game, kinda reminded me cid's theme from final fantasy 7! the fluid simulation was amazing. Controlling the plane was a bit tough at first, but I got the hang of it after a couple of tries.
Haven't played many defense/management style games, I liked it though. Had a quick loss the first time I played, run out of power pretty quick because of the lack of containers to store energy. Second time around was going to be an overwhelming victory, but the game crashed while I was trying to place a tower. Was playing the first postjam version. Great job on your game!
Good job on your game. I was a bit confused at first, because after I got the first message from the professor, the game paused and the resources were not incrementing.
It would be nice if there was an option to demolish a building, cause after reaching phase 5, power demand started growing way too fast, and I needed more power plants but had no available space left.
Really liked the games mood, the music was really fitting, good job!
Good job on the game! I liked the character sprite.
I had a hard time figuring out why I couldn't attack the enemies until I realized I had to keep the attack button pressed for the swing animation. It was a bit difficult to kill enemies with that swinging animation while I was running out of energy. Got to 33 points!
Good job on your game! Liked the graphics, the level generation code could have been a bit more complex, as people suggested. Smaller levels, but have traps, crystals, maybe health pickups.
I really enjoyed the music and the story. The platforming parts were solid, there's a minor bug when you hold the jump button as you climb a ladder, makes you float in the air. Liked the "cookie clicker" part of the game.
Didn't want to use the Godzilla power, had a good laugh at the 50% margin of error on the unicorn miracle. At first I resisted my urge to use the unicorn miracle, but I could hold it. And it was magnificent. Thankfully it did not backfire, and I ended up with about 23 thousand something followers! Great job on your game guys.
Great job on your Ludum Dare entry! I was really impressed by the random dungeon generation. The gameplay is solid and fun.
One frustrating thing was when you would move to a small room with a fast moving enemy, that was below the one you're currently on. Sometimes the enemy would move as soon as you enter the room, hitting you before you could react.
All in all,well done on your first game!
Good job on finishing your game! It would have been better if it had more gameplay elements, such as power ups, other traps, different enemies or even a couple sound effects.
Good job on your game! The background music was nice. Gameplay wise the game had some issues as other people noted. The rotating triangles and the fidget spinner looking rotating obstacles were the ones I had more trouble with. The whole concept was good though.
Really liked the concept of moving around, switching seats on your titan. Also loved the music. Good job on your game!
