Interesting concept! Teleportation seems a bit overpowered and limiting for chamber design since some levels can be just teleported through (the 7th is an example if I recall correctly). I like the sound and UI design. And it's a really nice move to make every action performable both with keyboard and the mouse. =) Reminds of good old software from the past.

@yngvarr thank you for your feedback. About teleportation, its only limitation is line-of-sight, so in a more fully fledged version I'd have worked with walls and obstacles a bit more, but hopefully the level design should give you a sense of "many ways to accomplish this" - and if a few of them feel a bit exploity, then that's not necessarily bad in my opinion
Cool game! I like the puzzle aspect of it, and it's nice to have the "how do did compared to others" at the end of each level. The music is great! Sound effects work well as well. I agree with @yngvarr on teleportation being OP - but maybe that's fine as long as its designed into the game. Some of the later levels where quite tricky, but made sense once I figured them out - good design!

Thank you very much @roidz - I'm afraid this version won't work on phones, but I agree maybe this could be made into a real app...

Such a fun game! Does look difficult though. I am stuck on a level but I am sure I will eventually complete it :D Can't wait to play it again!

very fun game, but I got stuck at the 6th level, I needed one more teleport. I'll try again later :)

@gcttirth thank you! Yes, I do have a problem with making good decisions about difficulty curves  That's why it's so informative to watch people play on stream

@ldjsq yeah, decisions and sacrifices (probably) have to be made
Nice, fun game. I like the wizard's ability to zombify stuff. Opens up a range of possibilities for level design

This was a really cool game to play and had surprisingly complex mechanics for a LD entry. Replayability is high (at least for me) and this looks like a super solid foundation for an exiting game! Probs!

Small world @zax I was just about to try your game
The music really sets a nice tone and the pixel art has a nice balance of just enough detail and simplicity
Well done, I enjoyed it quite a bit. A couple head-scratchers there, too.
Thanks for submitting your game for me to play on my livestream!

Fun concept and really interesting puzzles. I had a good time with this one. Controls were a bit tricky to get used to. I feel like they could have been streamlined a bit more. It was a bit weird switching between keyboard and mouse.

@dorkulon thank you for trying it out! Actually, I should probably have explained the controls a bit more. Because you can play the game fully with either keyboard or mouse, you don't need to switch between them.

Great idea!
Turn-based mechanics and the level layouts worked well togeteher and made for interesting puzzles with well-adjusted (so far) difficulty. The connection to the theme was clear and fitting.
I was just about to point out that you barely had any reason to attack monsters, then I reached the first attacking one
Btw, I noticed you could cast Zombify on a level with not yet killed monsters and I could still summon one (I assume it was from the former level). Is that intended?
Having fun so far, congrats!

@ithildin thank you :smile:
Yes, now that I think about it, you probably *can* zombify a monster from a previous level  good catch!
Love the rogue-lite-puzzler concept. Could see it as a fun little mobile game similar to Hoplite :)
