Took me a while to find the grid but once I did, it was pretty fun. I liked the dialogue between characters, too. Good one!
Love it really fun, u don't get bored! Check out my game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/bass-racer
I found the mechanics to be difficult to understand and play. The story wasn't too interesting either. The art and audio was awesome though!
Whats the use of offering a webgl version if you have to download it ?
we're working on it; the version broke and we're very new to uploading stuff so we're trying to get it playing in the browser!
I really liked the game's aesthetic. I was a bit confused by the opening scene because it seemed like I had missed something important about gameplay but i eventually figured out in the preceding dialogue. I couldn't figure out if you could change actions you already put in the grid perform hitting play, but if you can't that would be a nice tweak.
The mechanics were a bit confusing at first, didn't get the UI, but once you get it it's good fun. Loved the main character.
I feel like the tutorial is way to text-dense and long to be effective at holding the player's attention but the system isn't as complicated as it seems and the art is very cute!
not a huge fan of all the text, or the play style. it fits the theme, and I love magic which is a plus. controls are not very intuitive like I kept trying to left click the icon and not the word to pick the action. Doesn't seem any rhyme or reason just guess work which I wasn't a fan of. graphics where average. the humor was solid, the game was cute and still fun to play.
that was really good. great marriage of elements, the writing was fun and the music fit really . good job!If you’d like to play mine https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/spacescape
Really interesting concept! I actually was thinking to make something like that a while ago. Love the artstyle too. It's minimal, but cute. The only complaint i can make is that you can't drag your moves by icons, only by names.
Hm. I wasn't able to win against a single component; seems I'm missing something fundamental from the game design. It almost always seemed that the opponents knew what I was doing and acted accordingly.
Music and sound effects are the strongest points of this entry, graphics is also neat. I didn't understand the theme relation at first, but I did in the end.
