COOL!! Thank you!

qst0 2019-04-30 02:49

Played it on https://www.twitch.tv/elysiagriffin was pretty awesome. Would love to see a Deluxe version!

krammetje 2019-04-30 19:57

Very interesting. I like it!

benmcnelly 2019-04-30 22:18

This concept is amazing, nice work!

michaelsonbritt 2019-04-30 23:12

For those who don't have a twitch channel or aren't familiar with the platform, is it still possible to play this? Any instructions?

twenty5clocks 2019-04-30 23:25

Looks like a lot of fun. Wish I was a streamer. Let me know if you guys get someone else to stream so I can join in.

roidz 2019-05-01 00:11

Artwork is amazing, fun to watch. super original. sad i can't play it myself though :)

adam-clayden 2019-05-01 00:14

Game was fun and very unique! I was glad that I got a chance to play it

steffo 2019-05-01 15:35

Creating a stream-overlay-game is a pretty unique concept for Ludum Dare, so congratulations for the idea!

Game is pretty simple... I'd lower a bit the voting time, though... I think that's 60 seconds is a bit too much.

@michaelsonbritt @twenty5clocks @roidz You can play it if you have a Twitch account by configuring the link appropriately and by sending chat messages in your channel, even if you're not streaming!

jofersgames 2019-05-01 15:45

Great game, great streams 5/5 :)

randomhuman 2019-05-01 16:36

This is a nice addition to a stream for sure, and I think the pace is about right for it. I don't think adding speed really achieves anything, because the character just moves randomly, so extra speed just makes them run into the enemies faster - and they also get stuck on the walls a lot. I think it should be some other stat, or maybe temporary powerups or something.

Good game overall though, and the first time I've played a twitch overlay game for Ludum Dare!

boltkey 2019-05-01 23:41

This is the one of few games I feel comfortable rating without playing it. Innovation is a definite 5/5.

instafluff 2019-05-02 00:06

WOW thank you all and thanks @steffo for sharing the additional instructions! I plan to work on it more and turn it into a more full-fledged game for both streamers and non-streamers!

instafluff 2019-05-02 07:59

Teapup took some driving lessons so now an updated version (and original LD44 version) is available with various bug fixes!

pusheeneiro 2019-05-02 10:29

Creating this type of game is unique idea.

The game is simple and has a nice graphics, it is enough to be an additional entertainment on some Twitch channel.

Great job!

lexyvil 2019-05-09 02:47

Had fun seeing it on the various streams! It's always refreshing when a game involves the chat. Instafluff used it at all times with the chroma key background, like it was meant to I believe~ Thank you both for trying my game (MoneyBag), too!

gonutz 2019-05-09 12:52

Hey, I saw your stream and love to see you play some of the games I have played myself already. Really cool to see others play these. I actually do not know much about twitch, I just have a random account because I watched someone play my LD game last year, that is why I cannot play your game. I still would like to ask you to [play mine](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/computers-in-a-nutshell) if you are interested. I'd love to see your reactions to it :-)

a-coltzz 2019-05-10 08:46

This was a really great game to play over the stream great job making it. I never would've thought about this kind of thing.

jyrkface 2019-05-13 03:55

What an ambitious, crazy idea. And then, holy fuck that execution. Really great work, truly outstanding.

avi 2019-05-13 10:54

Wow what a fantastic idea! Really loved the game mechanics and concept!

zoltancoccyx 2019-05-13 21:46

not bad

jackson-makes-games 2019-05-14 07:26

A fun party game, just not great for the majority of people, since you have to be streaming.

gustavo-christino 2019-05-15 13:21

Is this game just for streamers?

cristihkj 2019-05-15 15:29

Looks really nice and polished! I actually like it and wish I could play it! :)

coleslaughter 2019-05-16 06:15

Watched this on Elysia's stream. Really cool idea! :)

I love it when people innovate the medium that games are played on. It's a *super* ambitious idea (especially for a jam) and y'all pulled it off really well. The art is super adorable too. ^.^

I can't wait to see more of what you guys put out in the future!

instafluff 2019-05-17 09:54

@gustavo-christino @cristihkj as mentioned by @steffo earlier, you can play it even if you're not streaming!
