Nice, cool game
Really sad that I can't play it on my mac :( It would be great to have the HTML (itch.io) link, if it's possible!
I got out. Good Job. Great take on the theme. Could use some music. Also most of the levels you don't need your dead bodies. I would utilize this more. Overall great good job.
The platforms level was a pain in the ass tbh, but good job! Nice game in potential
@malashik on itch.io fucking error idk why, i will fix in next update
@sli next update, because we thinked about music in last hour, xd
@kirby Tell me about it...
@Sli itch.io dont publish projects with non UTF-8 symbols, we need to find and delete there files or sprites, cuz we fucking don t know where is that symbol
Nice idea
Nice little game ! the hitboxes are a bit weird, leading to few strange deaths... On the other hand good style ! pretty cute !
Include the screenshots so people can see how the game looks like! It's a good entry with solid foundation to be expanded upon. Keep up the good work guys!
I like the cute character design. Very nice!
Love this art! Found very interesing bug that you can controll your dead bodies by pressing arrows. WEEEEEEEEEEE =)
My only complaint with this game is probably the collisionboxes/hitboxes, they can feel slightly unfair at times. But apart from that the game was pretty fun, the controls felt pretty responsive and good and I like the slight acceleration the player has.
@patrickrmc thanks, next update will be with box-fix
Nice little game you fit theme very well i think! :)
Heya! I've played your game on my channel [wwww.twitch.tv/drjavasaurus](twitch.tv/drjavasaurus). I like this platformer! Basic, but fair and true. And the classic "reversing to backtrack" is brilliant, it's a hyper efficient way to extend gameplay! Well done. There was very little involvment of the main mechanic however, I didn't have to puzzle a lot with my dead bodies to proceed, but to me that's a consequence of a game jam time constraint :) Well done ! And thank you !
Played live on https://www.twitch.tv/fatsheep__ Very neat little game, the levels weren't too hard but were still fun. I enjoyed going back through it, but I expected the levels to be reversed in the different way.
Quite fun but the levels were getting really hard for me. I think the controls were a bit slidy ending up killing myself in some placer where I didn't mean to and the flat bottom of spikes still killed me which was pretty confusing. Overall its not a bad entry, congrats on finishing a game!
I think this is a fine game, but the main mechanic of using your dead body as a platform was very underutilized. All levels, except for the first one, where it's required, are easily beatable without dying once. The music is great and the graphics are stylish.
Very cool game, congratulations on your first ludum dare.
The main mechanic is clever but isn't really explored, the flipping of the levels fits with the theme but doesn't really make for interesting levels and the game can be buggy at times. That being said, the game feels unique and fun, Good work!
Hey, I played your game on stream! Here's the vod if you wanna rewatch; https://www.twitch.tv/videos/765076622
Thanks for submitting your game!
@justcamh thanks u for feedback <3
Really good game! I finished it and i liked, really good job!
Fun game, plays well and feels good. congrats!
Nice game, good theme fiting, nice work!
Very fun game, this is very impressive that it's your first game! Keep it up
really interesting and fun little game. Great job!
Very interesting and fun game, but I was really hoping that there would be some final boss, sadly there wasn't ;(
@cerins i will think about it, thanks for feedback)
Love the game! Interesting main mechanic!!! Good job!
Controlling the bodies is a really cool mechanic and I wish there was more stuff to do with it. You can try https://www.mapeditor.org/ Tiled for editing maps and tweaking them. I think you could have done giant jumps, activating traps, and other tricks with the bodies. I didn't like that the bodies went away after just 3 deaths, I think, I kind of wanted to see the madness of many bodies. The art style although minimalistic, it really did the job well. The high contrast visual with the synth audio music really gave it like a noir platformer feel. I'm amazed that this is your first game. Congratulations on finishing something that is fun to play. Please do actually develop a few levels that rely on the interesting body control mechanic, it would be really interesting to see. Maybe I would actually reconsider the button mapping - I'm not sure if my left hand was the best for controlling the thing that can die rather than the right hand. The hitboxes or bounds of the shapes sometimes were also iffy. If you have fake platforms - then do many of them, not just one, please, because the troll effect actually just seemed to be a bug. Otherwise - really cool concept. Thank you for the game.
I have really enjoyed this game! Good job!
Really fun the texts in the game, I liked a lot and I see that a lot of people used this concept on their games of using your dead body to move further. It's fun!
Cool athmosphere and good realisation, but I would recommend to work about your collisions
Please add screenshots to your game page. Thanks for submittint it! -PomoTheDog
Nice little game. I've finished it. Thanks!
Finished after seeing it on Outfrost's stream - that one level is really hard (and I don't know if the reversed version of the level has different hitboxes but it felt even harder). But the humor in the writing was good, and I liked how
Congrats on making your first jam game :)
Cool game! Would have preferred to see a single level demonstrating the most interesting puzzle you had, but with more polished platforming. Floaty movement and lack of visual indication of hazard movement prevented me from enjoying the puzzles
