no downLode link's ???
Charming graphics and very innovative and fun gameplay, great job!
Sooo pretty! Amazing how much polished the art feels! Well done
Really great idea, excellent game!
Great concept and fantastic art! I feel like the rotations didn't respond sometimes though. Was the game supposed to be multiplayer? I don't think having two sides adds anything except annoyance during single player
Very fun game! I love the art and the animations, also you got the theme very good
Awesome idea, awesome execution. Good job!!
Great concept, cool art, a bit repetitive but otherwise it's really nice, good job !
Great mashup, the artstyle reminded me of Tricky Towers a lot.
At one point the tetrominoes were floating in air without falling on the enemies (the crashed through the bottom layer). Is that by design?
I liked the concept, and pretty good epic TD-style music. It seems way too easy to get into a situation where there's a tunnel under your blocks that the beasties can keep just going through though - like the thing that determines whether old tetrominos should fall stops working at some point. Or are we supposed to clear out lines so that we can start putting blocks on the bottom again?
The game looks great and polished. It plays really well, good job!
Awesome game! Love everything about it!
I love it! And it's so piiiink) So cute ^_^ Although not easy))) Well done!!!
I thought I'd be good at this game, being I'm a long-time Tetris player. But having two boards to manage really hurt my brain!
Great concept.
Hi everyone and thanks for all the feedback!
@laylow no, we used the two boards to avoid the short size of the Tetris board. If we made a single longer board the lines would been too difficult to do, and with a single board, the game would be too easy. But it's true its confusing...
@fluffy @SecretPocketCat yes, that's by design. The blocks uses the "physics" of the original Tetris, that means they only fall if you make lines, but if a monster breaks a block, all the blocks over it will fall. I know it's a bit confusing, but we wanted to maintain the "no falling blocks" of the Tetris mechanics in order to force the player to make lines to clean the boards.
Thanks a lot again!!
Great idea, I had fun!
It is super cool!! Great concept, good job!
Nice job !
Like the other says, cool art, the theme is well done respected, and very polish
For the negative point (subjective), the controls are not ergonomic, I think switch is on the space for a quick response to the situation and the rotation on a touch under the middle finger, it will more pleasant.
And maybe increase the speed of fall when you press down.
In any case really well done, great game
Lovely!
The art is incredible, and everything is so well executed.
I'm speechless.
An amazing game ! The best I tested so far ! The art style is excellent, controls are easy to understand. At first, I thought "Ooh but this is a basic Tetris game..." And then I understand why you want to change board and the little enemies and it began to be so fun :D
Well done ! I'd like to have your feedbacks too if possible :)
Really well polished game, the visuals are amazing! Great fun to play :) Check ours too https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/mechasnek :)
The first thing that caught my eye were, obviously, the graphics. Cute, colourful and more polished than supposedly finished games. Some serious work was done here.
Gameplay-wise, the idea is a great take on the theme, and the game was pretty fun. Keeping track of both sides is challenging (this is a plus for me!) but at times keeping both areas in track could get tricky. While controls were clearly detailed, I think I'm too conditioned from other Tetris variants to use the "up" key to rotate, which would have left the space bar to switch boards in a slightly more natural way. Despite this, the game was quite responsive and, as with art, it all was really solid all along.
And last, the audio does not qualify but the music choice was a great fit.
Impressive job, congrats to the team! :D
Your animations are insane ! The game is really fun. Just the controls who are not instinctive (maybe just for me tho). The concept is cool. And good job for the music, it stressed you in a good way ! GG !
Nice! Great concept, great game! Can't believe I haven't seen this combo of genres before this is great!
Hey! Nice one! i made some something based on Tetris too (and Suvival), come to check :) https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/mowztower Your graphics are very cool and colored!. Good job!
I would have trouble with one tetris, let alone two of them. Very challenging but pretty looking with nice animations.
This is great! Love crushing the dudes with my blocks. Well done :D
Està fun i prou polit, s'entèn super rapid el que s'ha de fer
Trobo a faltar poder girar les peces en l'altre direcció
One of the best applications of the theme I've seen so far!
Strong points:
-Perfect usage of the theme.
-Beautiful graphics.
-Innovative gameplay.
Suggestions to improve:
-It was pretty common to have a "tunnel" were the enemies could go through all my defenses. It would be really nice if the gravity worked on all blocks, maybe.
Well done!
Very well done!
Lovely made idea to compare TD and Tetris. Plays well done. Visuals and concept awesome too! Good luck!
@Elendow Oh, I understood what was supposed to be going on with the falling pieces, but what I was trying to say is that I kept on running into situations where old pieces wouldn't fall down as their underlying supports went away. Like if a piece fell that was supporting other pieces, the other pieces wouldn't fall. And so as a result there'd be a permanent tunnel underneath that I couldn't do anything about.
Lovely graphics! I included it in my Ludum Dare 41 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXJupUD8gt4
Wow! Very clever idea. I was not very good at it but I've really enjoyed it!
Amazing art. Good job with the theme but sometimes felt like it was a bit forced, like there needed to be a little extra something to fully pull it off. But I love how it came out and it's fun to play. Would put more of a learning curve up front because it's a little overwhelming all at once. Maybe I missed it, but it could use an instant drop button too. Oh yeah, and nice touch with the blocks squishing the bad guys if you pop it directly on them.
Reading the post noticed the art is from Nat Morillo, and I know her art from twitter and it's amazing, so it's a good start XD You combinated both games very well, it works perfectly and it's easy to understand but fun and also challenging The art is really good and cute, and the animations are very polished It gets frustrating when you have a clear line in the bottom and you can't do anything to block the path, but apart from that is an amazing game! well done!
Beautiful, well done and feels like a complete game. Too hard for puny minds like mine. And very cute. <3 Good job
Very fun game but the right side stopped spawning blocks and I could only play on the left side.
very interesting combination, there is so much to look at and do at the same time, defend from one side would even be enough for me ':D
A little hard to defend on two sides, but awesome idea and qualitative result! I think u should go on with that game.
Very polished entry. Graphics are top notch. Game play is fun and frantic, very difficult to balance handling the attackers from both sides. Good application of the theme.
I really like tetris so this was super fun :D The art and the overall quality is super! Good job!
Loved it! The art is amazing, the concept is original and you have a very good time playing it. Also it is really polished, one of the best entries. Maybe you could use the Up Arrow for turning the tetriminos, that way the left hand only would have to reach the ctrl key. But is just a suggestion and other than that, it's perfect.
Good take of the theme, fun, and really challenging! It needs focus, strategy, anticipation… An interesting entry! Well done!
Mira aquest si tens un rato!

It's a great and quiete stressfull game. I enjoyed it quite a bit, but lost at the last wave!
Very impressive to get all this done in a single game jam! If only I was better at tetris... lol great job guys!
