The graphics are really good!
That was a real joy to play. Relaxing, yet challenging and quirky. I want there to be like 100 more levels and I would play them all lol. The art style and music was just chefs kiss. Loved the pesky easter eggs and the cat for a touch of humor. Bravo! Whether your game wins the jam or not, it is my personal favorite of the jam. Please make this a full game! Also, go rank other games so yours doesn't get buried. Would really appreciate if you rated my game as well.
Extremely cute! I like the container restrictions, and kinda wish there was more of a puzzle-y element to that. It looks like you had a good idea going with it!
Really relaxing music, just to help you with the stress of packing :) Really like the graphics and the music. Is there a rotation option? I did not see one
@rinevard @clintor24 @ordineu Thanks for playing!
@angry-fridge There is no rotation option, I scoped it out because it would mean a lot of items would need to be redrawn to a different perspective. The fixed rotation is also a tool to nudge the player toward particular solutions by removing potential red herrings.
@jeremy-ryan thanks! That makes sense
This is the kind of game I needed right now. Something relaxing and pleasant. I like that there is no rush or timer to complete a level. I can just do things at my own pace, and enjoy the gorgeous piano music. Loved it! I would love to see a console version of this, for those of us who are tired from work and just want to sit on the couch and play something relaxing!
Really delightful little puzzler! I was expecting to be bad at it, and I was, but it was still super chill and relaxing. My full playthrough with more thoughts is linked below :)

Hi! I really enjoyed playing your game. It gave off a chill vibe similar to Unpacking. I really liked the music and the satisfying sounds of opening all kinds of drawers. Wishing you the best of luck at this Ludum Dare, your game truly deserves to win. I especially loved the unique interpretation of the theme of depths.
Wow, extremely cosy. I really like the subtle humor in the placement of items, just when I thought I had repacked the cat dolls for the last time.
Really enjoyed this one! I liked some of the things you did with the different containers. The Scroll and the nesting dolls were really clever.
Great job!
Really liked the art and music of this game. Although a simple concept, I think you really got creative with it. It was fun packing things and re-doing it when I saw I was doing it wrong
You've done it again. There's an incredible amount of polish in all of your games that always leaves me with a sense of awe. The parody names for the games were such a delight ("Rush Universe in the martian Hospital" completely floored me.), the artwork for every object looks fantastic, and I absolutely LOVE the dust particles when opening and closing stuff. Man, it's so good.
The music is very relaxing and it doesn't feel repetitive, which is nice during the final level. I was stuck there for longer than I thought I would be, but never felt frustrated or annoyed.
Great work all around. Here's the video of me playing.

This was a really pleasant experience!
Urgh, I love it! Like a perfect combination of A little to the left and Unpacking. If it was a full game, packed with more cute levels, I would definitely buy it! This will certainly be among the top entries of this jam.
Amazing game, the art is so cute and clean, the mechanics are so intresting because it's a fairly simple concept, but you managed to add a lot of little variations that make the concept better in execution than in theory, huge congrats!
Really cute game! It was so satisfying when I figured out the exact order of packing. It also felt very polished, I'm impressed by how much you got done in 48 hours.
Very chill and cute! I love the art and music, and the juice on moving items felt really nice.
Very cute with relaxing music. DONT PUT CATS IN SUITCASES!
Cool vibe, nice graphics and sound. In a couple instances I had trouble placing the items, sometimes the items felt like they snapped to a location in the bag and I couldn't add other items unless I added the in the correct order.
It's so chill like old anime from 80s, like the smell of rain on a summer evening. I really like it
Would be nice to be able to rotate items, but I understand that you'd have to do way more artwork. Reminds me of playing Escape from Tarkov XD
So cozyyyy! Very peaceful with a good amount of challenge! Thanks for dropping by my stream today (ManishaGameDev). Just leaving a rating + comment!
It was a bit finicky for me (to get the object within a few pixels) but overall a very impressive game. I don't think I got all the references but I liked the catan -> Kentucky, Monopoly to Monotony thing
图像_2025-04-08_214307026.png I love every game you made. This one is not associated with "words" anymore LOL! I don't have any critiques for this gmae cuz it's perfect. I love the nesting dolls design in this packing game. Love your talent cuz you are good at everything, music, art, game design, programming. I might be glazing to much but you are so goood! I'm too dumb to pass level 3.
PLZ make it longer!!!! I would buy it on steam if you really make more levels and post it!!!!!
very chill game, i like that
Very nice and cozy implementation of a classic game. I'd say there are a few things missing like rotating gameobject and maybe a bit better visual indication on where to put the items, I sometimes struggled to find the correct pixels.
But a very beautiful jam entry!
This game is awesome. I loved everything about it. The music is beautiful and calming, stylish graphics and good color palette. I got stuck in the game and wanted to continue! Thank you very much for the game!
Absolutely loved it ! Really cool unpacked inspired game, definitely one of my fav jam entry so far ! I discovered a small bug: I put the sigils on the closed case then opened it, and the sigils disappeared so I had to relaunch the game T^T But that's on me for trying silly things ! Maybe add a button "try again" would help if someone is blocked like I was :) Anyway, loved it, well done !!
@lyamgtt They probably ended up underneath the suitcase - you can close the suitcase and move it out of the way to check! "R" also restarts the level, although that isn't actually shown anywhere...
The theme is not disclosed, but the game is awesome, I would play in a big company, I liked it. We need to integrate the same suitcase mechanics into our game from this Ludum =)
A little difficult to play with a track pad due to requiring RMB and a drag, but overall a fun experience trying to fit everything in such a small space!
I loved this game. It's so peaceful and thoughtful. The puzzles are cute, the easter eggs are genuinely funny, and the art and vfx are effective and pretty.
Very impressive, as always!
Impressively detailed work for compo, from the artwork, to the sound design and the gameplay, everything ties together very well. Thank you for this awesome cute experience <3
I really loved this game. The levels were really well designed, and the items you chose (like the NES) helped give that cozy atmosphere :). I also appreciated that item groupings were made clear (dice, cards, etc), to help the player sift through the noise easier without overwhelming them as more items were added.
I could see this concept being a big hit if it were expanded on. There's something so relaxing about and satisfying about this game. Really great work!
Excellent use of the theme. Very polished in terms of the art, sound, and gameplay. This is very relaxing and very fun. Great job taking such a simple mechanic and making a really fun experience out if it!
sooooo great my brother stole my computer to play this game lol
Such a lovely game with perfect execution for just 48 hours. Amazing!
The fine tuning and polish in this game is amazing for a compo submission. Love how you managed some small quality of life like having the itens slide a bit into place if you place it close enough.
Wow! It was really cool. I think it's got a big potential for a full release game
You always deliver something great! Congrats! It was as chill as a breeze to play this. Loved the MTG cards!
So so good !! I really liked all the easter eggs !!
Well, it took me way longuer than I expected, much more than an hour (or two, didn't precisely checked), but I'm kind of stubborn, and I absolutely wanted to finish it the hard way (ie. applying the “hard mode variations” you told). And I've done it, mainly thanks to the calm music and the global mood of the game, which helps a lot to stay focus. Good job!
@lereveur Oh wow, I didn't really expect anyone to actually try those, good job!
Really lovely and chill, I enjoyed it a lot.
Very good and all around polished game. I'd like to give some constructive criticism, but I can't really find anything serious you could've done better. Great job.
Great entry! Good luck with your upcoming game and hope you have plans on releasing this one as a small cozy projecton Steam!
Lovely game, Jeremy! It's a lot of fun to figure out what should go where, and to open a box and find a piece that belongs elsewhere. The many references were a lot of fun to see. Also a great use of the theme. Another solid entry, great job!
This is so chill! And I LOVE that I recognized all of those references for game night 🤣 "Monotony" made me crack up so dang hard!! And it's brilliant that you got the sigil into this from your Steam game! Also the way that it felt like such a challenge to make everything fit, but even I (who am awful at fitting things lol) managed it... it felt like an awesome achievement! And so enjoyable to see it all finally done, aaaahhhhhh...
really well done! love the graphics, also the containerception is very funny!
This was so calm and satisfying, absolutely loved it! The music was beautiful and the items were cool with great easter eggs. Eyes also noticed the black lotus!
Amazing graphics and overall mood, also thanks to the calming music and sounds. I hate to tidy stuff in games, so gameplay is really not my taste but it's obviously really well made and I have no doubt that other people will very much enjoy it. It's perfectly polished too, congrats!
Wonderful entry, super satisfying and enough variety for each level to feel interesting on their own. Absolutely nailed it.
inverse unpacking is super cool... well realised... bravo
Completely adorable!!!! Soothing. An impressive amount of art. The cat even has a breathing animation!
Also, I love the LD57 easter egg:

The game cartridges and objects all had such unique character. This game has tons of personality. Congrats!

Very cozy, loved the music and the sound effects, they really made it satisfying to pull off the puzzles even though they were simple.
Amazing stuff as always, especially for a compo game to have something finished and so polished! Love the art. Took a while to get the cat in the box :cat:
I had to watch someone else complete the last level as it had me stumped :confounded:
Screenshot 2025-04-21 124744.png
Really cute game and art style! There were some really interesting gimmicks, especially liked the dolls in the 2nd level!
In general, a cool interpretation of the idea, even considering that I saw such games a bunch. But the main thing is that you got funny challenges and I really liked it.
This is a very cozy entry. You went with a smaller scope this time, and the end result is one of the most polished games I've ever seen in a compo. My only complaint is, I wish there was another binding for the catryoshka, for us trackpad plebs. And I think I suffocated the cat in that suitcase.
Screenshot_20250423_112034.png
Excellent! I was impressed by how much you were able to get out of this mechanic. The catryoshka dolls were a great touch and I liked some of the surprises in the last level. (Figuring out where to put the meeple was a big "aha" moment...) The variety of unique graphics you were able to put together was also really nice to see.
The semi-improvisational background music was a nice touch as well. :)
How on earth is this a compo entry? The graphics are super slick, with very nice juicy polish (like items shaking when moved). The game concept is really satisfying, and you really push the "simple" mechanics so much and get a lot of interesting game play out of it.
Any time you finish a Jam game with a feeling of wanting more you know that it was a great entry. :trophy:
I like it, it's reverse unpacking, well, packing!
Super cosy with excellent pixel art and nice references, music sets mood very well, last level is quite a brain teaser.
Wishlisted on steam.
Peaceful music, polished graphics, and relaxing gameplay with lots of hidden references. This game was a really enjoyable experience and a much cozier vibe than most entries. The technical aspects of the nesting and pixel-perfect collision checking were also well-executed. I wish there were more levels with increasing difficulty, but given the amount of art needed this was already super impressive for a compo entry. Well done!
(I played this day one but almost forgot to leave a comment!)
Pretty chill experience. Kinda wish there was more content, it felt over in an instant.
I tried the "hard mode" challenge and was able to get the first two fairly easily, but I was unable to finish the third challenge!
I have *one complaint*: yugioh cards are supposed to be smaller than normal cards! I would have crushed the third challenge if they were accurately sized lol.
I enjoyed listening to the music~
@alchemic I absolutely should have made "Unpleasant Teapot" be just a hair smaller than the other cards! I apologize for this terrible error.
This is the most incredible game I've ever seen >////<
It's so simple to play, but so much fun >////< Designing lots of pack related puzzles and skillfully putting them together. Makes the game a perfect balance between simplicity and fun>////<
