I thought this was so fun and hilarious, it definitely had me laughing. I became the chicken dinner 😭🍗

Pretty classic feeling game, I got 65% just over 100k people escaped. Felt bad accidentally killing a few escaping ships 😱. Nice work.
I love pixel art, this was great. Great concept overall. I like that you can feel powerful, I did get to a point where I was a bit OP once I had enough turrets.
Nice job on this, the concept is creative, although I had a hard time jumping around to get stuff and had to spam space a lot. The art and animations are nicely done.
I like this game, the opposing rings is a nice dynamic. Overall it was a nice vibe and that pixel art planet is just perfect.
What a cool idea! Clicking every single house was the hardest part. I definitely had fun with this.
Shark cannon!!!!!! This was interesting and fun. The weapons are definitely nice. Great job!
Interesting and creative concept plus good execution. It was fun, took a few quick deaths to figure out. I liked jumping right into the action.
Fun how intuitive the map felt as you looked for the food. The jetpack feels nice, I wish I could cheat and get unlimited fuel :D
This reminded me a bit of Vampire Survivors. I wish I could keep the run lasting longer, not sure if the sandbox part is timed or if you can "delay" it... Having more+faster damage would have been great!
The art was great, the sound and other design was all thought out, and this was well put together. The teleporting and platform mechanics are fun! Got to level 5.
This is _such_ a creative, unique concept and amazing art style. It felt like a real classic game that I loved growing up on, like the tycoon games, yukon trail, dino park tycoon, etc. Great job.
Fun and well-thought-out concept. It was approachable and easy enough to play on a laptop. It was also clear what was happening with holding the mouse to charge up the shots. My best score was 18.
This was a fun and well executed idea. Also, I thought the shapes were creative. It took me a couple attempts to realize you could pick up more than one shape. That was a game changer. I couldn't get much further than day 5ish.
It looks fun but on mac os in chrome, it locks up the browser when loading the webgl build, so I couldn't play.
What a creative concept, and great graphics. My only frustration was that I was getting low FPS on mac. I would have played more otherwise. Great job, I'll have to try on my PC next.
I thought this was a fun use of physics. It didn't make it feel clunky, it was fun to hit the crates with other crates and see them fly around. Unique style for sure. It felt forgiving & low stakes, and was fun to advance through the stages. I don't see a lot of LD games with multiple levels like that, nice! Oh I also liked how stylized everything was, including the transitions.
I was impressed with the amount of pixel art that was done in such short notice. Also liked the simple and polished flow of the game. For some reason, I did all the missions and the list was empty with 3 days left, then once it got to the end it said time was up. I think it’s because I did the last high-star mission early on, and it succeeded. Was I supposed to save that for last?
Is there a chance you'll update your webgl build? I would love to play but it gives me an error: "Unable to parse Build/V1.2.1.framework.js.br! This can happen if build compression was enabled but web server hosting the content was misconfigured to not serve the file with HTTP Response Header "Content-Encoding: br" present. Check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug."
Very cute dog animation. I walked down the street to a yellow glowing circle and the dog stayed there indefinitely. I wasn’t sure what that meant, but then saw the comments and realized I won. Gives frogger vibes.
Cute lo-fi pixel art theme and music. One thing I wish is if you could use more than WSAD key at a time to move diagonally. Were there different types of pizzas or was that just an eye candy thing?
I was thinking of making a stork delivery game too. It had some fun humor and made me laugh, although I couldn't get very far without a stork crashing.
I like the pixel art car, and the fact that it leaves tire marks on the ground. It was pretty difficult to control, not sure if that’s just me.
Kind of gave me starship troopers vibes. I like the idea of delivering supplies to the front lines. I was considering a similar idea. I didn't know about dash at first but that would have helped. When I got to the place to deliver bullets, I didn't know how to deliver them or if it counted them.
I think this is a unique concept, with a clean and cohesive art style. Cohesive sounds as well. I died fast trying to figure out what to do, but then got pretty far the next time. The minimalist colors really tie it together.
@rincs Wow you won the game more than anybody's won the game before! 124 white runes is wild! 🤯
@ategon Of course! Thanks for trying our game
The dancing images are *hilarious*, although you can't watch it while looking at the keys that pop up, so eventually I lost on purpose just to watch the dancing
This looks SO good!! Any chance of a webgl build?
I absolutely love this game! An obvious 5/5 for me. It's like Slay the Spire with its own flare :candle: and the card system is well thought-out. I liked the sound & music, the gameplay was responsive, nice graphics & animations, everything seems very polished. I like that you can randomly drag the cards around when you acquire them.
Great job with the name. Similar plays on "summon" and "minion" were swirling around for me as well. The slingshot mechanic is fun and creative as well.
Man, it's literally scary lol. Took me a few times to figure out how to play. Got far into the dance, which is a bit hypnotizing. Slipped up once and it was all down hill from there. The music choice is great, and the demon sound is legit scary.
It took me a while to figure out how to get the knife, then what to do with it, etc. But finally it clicked that I could summon multiple ropes to get the X where I want it. Quite the creative concept. Pretty cool you came up with that idea and did a 3d game in 72 hours. Kudos!
I really like this concept and the lore behind it. Did you try having the character move a little faster? Btw thanks for the volume warning, it is indeed quite loud. Also, is there anything you can do with the gold?
Haha hilarious name for sure. It would be nice if the checklist got a check mark to help you know you got the right items. Also if there was an effect that happened when an item is sitting in the right spot. Nice concept and hectic gameplay
Wow, I'm loving the art! Cute tutorial intro as well. At first I could not figure out where to get the horns and lost, but then I was a pro after that.
I had no idea what I was doing by selecting the words (at first). But over time paid more attention to the mission log, and realized that selecting the words changes their behavior in some way. The exploration of that was a fun part for me. It had a Windows 95, low-bit vibe, in a good way, which was endearing and brought me back to games like SkiFree. Thanks for making it web based! I got all the achievements besides ghost town.
Crushed those looters. Fun mix of resource generation + cooldown with upgrades. A nice game concept!
Amazing to see a rhythm game on here. Very difficult with WSAD  Edit: Also very handy calibration system, I tried again and it helped a lot.
It would be nice if you could retry from -10 seconds ago, when you mess up, just to even learn the song a bit.
Very innovative concept with opening the boxes and dragging things out. It can be a bit hard to identify what things are at first, but it never ceases to amaze me how you can represent objects with only a few pixels. Great pixel art!
What a creative concept. Well done on the execution too. I couldn't figure out how to answer the "enter the text on the image" prompt (there was no image). The standup invite was hilarious. Great entry!
Has good potential! The spell combos are cool and challenging while bullets are flying toward you. However, pressing ESC freezes the game and I couldn't figure out how to recover. I kept instinctively pressing ESC to get out of the spell book menu, having to restart. Is there a way to unpause after pressing ESC?
Learned a new language today  Cool concept! Took me longer than it should've to understand how to play, I kept just trying random combos until I paid attention to the text at the top. Had the pot of gold in sight, and died in the last jump.
A cozy / minimal RTS vibe, which is a welcome change of pace from all the scary demon games this late at night . Once I understood the cost of the cards, it started to get really fun. Well done!
Creative concept and cute art
It is indeed pretty hard but so are all bullet hell games (for me). The instruction page was a good idea because that teleporting mechanic is very specific. It is a fun and anxiety inducing game
Addicting, challenging, and a workout for my fingers! Fun to discover all the combinations.
It was pretty intuitive to play – move around and collect the gravestones. Managed to beat the Overlord difficulty but almost died . I like how your enemies turn into gravestones for you to expand your army. Nice job on the animations and overall art
Fun and challenging. A couple times my "dork" got stuck under the ground and I couldn't pick him up anymore. The art style is really cool and unique, giving it a vibe of its own.
It's fun but punishing. You really have to optimize hitting as much as possible with one summon or you run out of new summons quickly. Great job making this in 3 days.
I like that you have a tutorial and some lore to it. This is the type of game I see people stream online but is too hard for me to play. I'm always impressed when I see people who are really good at this type of timing/precision movement game. The level building aspect of it is impressive as well. Good job overall!
Omg, I really like this game. The aesthetic and vibe are clean and simple, I'm enjoying the music, and it's a fun premise altogether. Having a very chill time.
The screenshots look incredibly good but I wish I could play it on the web :sob:
I had a lot of fun with this game! The card mechanics were straightforward and not convoluted. It left me wishing for more levels after it ended. Nice work!
This is so perfect, put it in schools right away! :D

Hahaha very endearing game, great cohesion, very unique and creative as well. It also gave me a bit of nostalgia, very well done!
Absolutely had to be one of my favorite games so far. HILARIOUS concept, great art, loved the dynamic quest system, I think you scoped well for a game jam. Even the main menu added to the overall vibe.
Clever game design and implementation for such a short period. You even had some pretty in-depth animations, 3d modeling etc. Good job!
I didn't even know this was compo when I was playing it. The exponential scaling aspect is done really well. I think I need a new mouse now :). Good job!
Very creative and funny concept, and a good challenge to aim the jumps. The main character art is super cute. Great job!
Oh look at that, another goo-based game. Here I thought we'd be the only ones. Loved the opening cutscenes, adorable audio, and endearing environments. +1 to the comment above about ultra wide screen. Great work!
Great job with the pixel art, the overall vibe and aesthetic is really cohesive, once you get the hang of it. I like that there's a little bit of mystery to learn what to do.
Pretty creative, with a cohesive retro theme, and the retro challenge to go with it. Nice work!
Wow this is a really cool game, I can't believe you came up with so many upgrade options. The chain feeling is satisfying, and the overall concept is adorable.
Screenshot 2024-10-07 220542.png
Whoa! Very cool and original concept, absolutely innovative. The wind system is so interesting. The aesthetic and vibe were really endearing and remind me of the early era of PC gaming, in a good way.
I also like the world itself. Habitats, fuel depots, refineries. It seems like a living breathing world.
Great submission!!
For being a solo game, and having roofers show up  I'm impressed with how you managed your time to get a bit of all necessary elements. The sound is mixed pretty well, and the sound effects are cohesive. I love that 8-bit vibe. Same with the visuals, very cohesive. There's a full game loop, and it's a solid foundation that you could extend to add more features if you wanted. Thanks for posting your game, congrats on your submission!
Absolutely fantastic pixel art!!! I love pixel art so much, and you nailed that part of it. You even had sprite animations for the walking, etc.
The cows are hilarious and adorable. I may have crashed my UFO into a cow more than a few times.
I wish there was slightly more music/audio but the sounds you do have are perfect.
Even the fire/burning animation on the gameover screen shows a full attention to detail.
IMO it's one of the top entries for LD57.
Very cool game concept. I could see it being built out into a full blown game, maybe even for mobile.
Running into an enemy is kind of unforgiving. It could be cool if there was some minigame that you had to do to escape the enemy, or if it down-leveled you or something, instead of losing outright. Either that, or having some meta-progression/upgrades that you could get between each run.
Fantastic work overall. I like the fact that it gets lighter as you go closer to the surface, the artwork for having destroyed buildings underwater, the whole dna-strand as the UI for experience is super smart and clever. The UI/arrangement of the upgrade screen was also unique with great character to it. The game definitely had a distinct vibe. Great entry!
Screenshot 2025-04-19 145608.png
I love that you added the pet pic easter eggs <3
You nailed the theme and I really like the upgrade systems. My favorite is frost. Pretty addicting to just blast all the rocks open. Great submission!!
Completely adorable!!!! Soothing. An impressive amount of art. The cat even has a breathing animation!
Also, I love the LD57 easter egg:
Screenshot 2025-04-19 182654.png
The game cartridges and objects all had such unique character. This game has tons of personality. Congrats!
Screenshot 2025-04-19 183613.png
Omg I love this game! Did you make all the sounds "a capella?" Super creative. In some ways reminds me of real golf, i.e. you think you're aiming in a certain direction, but depending on where you're standing, it goes somewhere else.
The double-boing hole (last hole) almost had me stuck, because the ball was bouncing up and down perfectly on the pad. But I went up top, hit it while it was in the air, and eventually got the perfect hit.
I would love if it showed your final score at the end, and even had a leaderboard. Despite the art being relatively minimal (i.e. not much background scenery, particles, shaders, etc.), I've made enough games to recognize fun and solid mechanics. You could take what you have here, polish it with no gameplay changes, add some replay value, and it would already be solid enough to sell on app stores IMO.
Keep us posted if you build it out further into a full game. I'd buy it!
Screenshot 2025-04-19 181150.png
Love the voice acting, the music is great, how you timed it to have the "drop" right when you get to the caves. Lots of great humor, and of course the theme is spot on. Very hard for me lol
This game definitely has a distinct vibe and was spot-on with the theme. Clever interpretation with depth-of-field. Those grape things in level 7-8 are so hard to jump on lol.. I dig the music and 8-bit sound effects. I think everything was pretty cohesive which lends itself to a memorable game experience. Great job putting this together in 72 hours!
I can tell there was attention to detail and fine tuning of the character mechanics. For example how you made the jump go higher if you hold it longer. The little puff animations when you jump are cute too, and I like the lava effect. I'm impressed that you have what appear to be 3D assets given the short timeframe! The voiceover is also pretty funny.
The fact that you're an alchemist cat is very cute and hilarious. The minigame concept is a fun idea and it was interesting to explore them. I could see this idea being built out as a full blown game, with audio, etc.
The line graph concept is really cool but I found it nearly impossible to get even the first recipe, maybe I missed something basic. I tried making potions for every ingredient, but that filled my inventory beyond the ability to scroll.
Overall fun and endearing game with lots of character, and would love to see where it can go with more time!
Screenshot 2025-04-19 144444.png
I love the vibe. It's cohesive and all goes together. The SFX are endearing and the duck (or is it goose?) is adorable. I'll say it's a goose. It's a goose in my heart. There is so much personality in such few pixels, I could imagine this being a whole franchise if you built it out further. Fantastic entry!!
Haha this is super fun!! I'm not the best with skill and timing based games, so I'm sure my score's not the greatest. But once you get in a rhythm of knocking them out, it feels powerful. When you get stun-locked and start to get overwhelmed, you know it's about to be over. The quick restart is a great call. Not to mention, the clean art style, camera shake and effects, with the pseudo-3d/2d mix, gives it a LOT of personality. Fantastic submission.
Screenshot 2025-04-12 at 7.27.18 PM.png
I love the black & white / inky style of the game. Always impressive to see such a tight vision for a game in 72 hours. Super fun concept, I love the upgrade system, and the challenging controls give it a whole skill-based element. Great submission!
I shouldn't have played this right before bed. Nightmare time. But in all honestly, very creative, I can't believe you even came up with such an idea so quickly. Well done, and congrats on your submission!
The movement feels responsive, the mouse animations are really cute. The cat paw concept is adorable, and the chonky cat when you die is hilarious. I also really like the floor transition animation. I think the icing on the cake is the clever name. I'm a sucker for a good play on words. Great job!!
Super adorable and I'd love to see this built out into a longer game with an official release!
This type of game is exactly why "mood" is an option in the ratings. This is such a good vibe of a game. I'd love if you made it into a web build. The camera movements, the overall endearing background scene, and of course the tricks and animations themselves. Also, really nice camera shake effect. Fantastic entry!
Wow there are a lot of well done elements in this game, it seems like if you had more time, it could be built out into a full release!
The attention to detail with the bobbing of your phone in your hand, the reverb on the sound, the different footsteps in water vs stone. You even had splash sounds for when you jump in water.
The giant rat was hilarious and I'm not sure if it ate me at one point, but kicked me back to the main menu.
My pizza slices in the top left ran out but nothing happens, I'm not sure if the pizza is supposed to stay protected or be the shield. It seems like when I use it as a shield, it still loses pizza slices in the top left. Funny concept and naming parody of Helldivers 2.
I think this might give me nightmares and definitely reminded me a bit of Subnautica. It really achieves the mysterious underwater, "I don't know what's lurking 10 feet away" vibe. Great submission!!
Omg wow, such a cute art style, and the initial branding screen panning to the LD 57 easter egg. The mini games are difficult the first time through, but it makes you want to go back and perfect them. Also I liked your use of sound effects, it really adds to the character of the game.
Although my score wasn't the greatest (these games are hard for me), I really like the concept a lot. The dual mode, the fact that different objects and tiles flip state when you flip.
The mechanics and movement are all pretty good, and there's an endearing humor to the art and animation style.
IMO it's a creative and original entry!
Spot-on with the Depths theme. I'm a sucker for pixel art and it's very endearing. As you described, it's rage inducing (but low key hilarious) when you get that close to the bottom then blasted up. You also did a good job preventing people from cheesing it (i.e. you have to be grounded to move). It was smart to highlight the grappling anchors. Solid submission, you should be proud.
Pretty cool dice rolling mechanic, I could see this being built out further into a full game. Is it using some sort of physics and then figuring out which side of the die landed up? Or is the random number determined ahead of time, and the animation is played to match it? Either way, that's an interesting technical problem to solve. Creative interpretation of the theme as well!
Adorable theme and funny dialog with the gnomes. The whole bodypart hit system is pretty unique and creative. I couldn't believe I missed the wild gnome legs on the first try, and I thought I was being clever. The node system is really nice as well. I could see it being built out further post-jam, having more weapons, equipment, trinkets, animations, effects, sounds, music, etc. Congrats on making this in 72 hours!
I like the clean control scheme. I died a lot  but got the hang of it over time. The wall jump is a cool mechanic as well. Congrats on a good submission!
I love this game!! Lots of great things to point out.
* Visual style: Overall cohesive retro/neon graphics, the scan line effect is great too! * Audio: While there could have been _more_ audio to make it super juicy, the stuff you did have was very cute, well balanced, and also cohesive and fitting for the style. * Gameplay loop: The progression with upgrades was great, straightforward, made lots of sense. You don't need to upgrade the "eat speed" very far before it becomes instant (I would expect it to show "max" at that point). As you obtain the sharp dash and triple shot, and the extra sprint speed, it all continually makes you feel stronger. * Map & enemy design: Cute enemies, each with their own behaviors, I am surprised you were able to make that much variation in your game in just 72 hours.
Overall, this has been my favorite LD game to play so far this time around. Congrats!!
