The game is awesome, but way to hard. I tried to finish it but the mecanicals is to hard to get, and the level design a bit to tricky straight from the beginning. Hitbox are not really visible, and the stick mecanics jumps from no reason.

The game is very nice. Great graphics, amazing audio. It is definitely a harder platform. You can't just poke him and have him on your pitchfork at any length. Each section matters for how you will be able to pass. Cool concept. I will save this to come back to later. Hopefully i can use my controller. Awesome game!

The web build doesn't appear to want to load btw.
I had some buggy hitboxes, but audio and art was good!

@gerolmed it's strange that web is not loading, suppose to work. Glad you played anyway! Thanks for your feedback, we did our best. Yea physics is buggy I agree =) We spent a lot of time to it but anyway it's not really polished.
@fabou Thank you for feedback! Yea the game is tricky, we did not have much time for playtesting unfortunately) so yea it's hard in the end lol And because of lagging physics ofcourse

If nobody is goint to mention it, i loved the menu style. SUper polished. Also the game graphics and mechanics are very well done and responsive. It all fits together well and is a bit hard to play. Good job :)
The web version loaded for me, but it took about a minute. What a unique entry! The art is fantastic and charming, lots of polish with the inverse kinematics and animations. The whole game is quite cohesive with the sound and art. Not sure if it was intentional, but choosing where on the pitchfork you pick up the guy mattered. I also had fun just throwing the guy around at the start haha.
It is very difficult, made it only a few toilet checkpoints in.

If I had one thing to say, it's that the hitbox of the dork is a bit tricky to understand, but other than that, great job !
I love the concept for the mechanics and the implementation and sound effects were great! Sometimes it seemed like the fire burned the character even though it looked like it wasn't touching. Overall great work!

Eh, quite challenging for me. Didn't read the instructions first and placed the dork on the toilet because I thought you had to flush him down XD - Nevertheless, really enjoyed the game!

Fun and challenging. A couple times my "dork" got stuck under the ground and I couldn't pick him up anymore. The art style is really cool and unique, giving it a vibe of its own.

Really cool game and artstyle, wasnt able to beat it though, some of the moving platforms felt way too fast and required me to memorize layouts which kinda bogged down my experience, really tough. I still had my fair share of fun tho! looking forward to a post jam version!

The art and sound are very good, and the idea is excellent. For me, it's too difficult after the second checkpoint—I gave up. It could be easier and have more frequent checkpoints to make the game more fun.
Finished my own game finally, and yes the game is not really easy ahaha (I didn't do levels so never beaten it before) image.png
This is something you don't see very often, I really liked it. I would even say that it is already high enough quality to release somewhere as a mini game.

Cool mechanic idea, visual and sound! Nice job! But some moments in game is too hard, because smoke collision borders is not clear. And I think that the moment with the elevator should end on the second smoke zigzag)

Loved this one, great challenge, although maybe a bit frustrating at times. Overall it was fantastic
The devil and the dude are really well done. I also love the innverse kinematics on the limbs. Well done.
I like the character sprites. The animations and levels look nice and polished. I could wish for one thing it would be that the damage would be a little lower, that you have more time to navigate out of the damaging zones. But I had fun. :)

The graphics and art/atmosphere are great. Super challenging but even so I still want to keep going back to try again. Who'd have thought carrying a fat guy round on a stick could be so addictive. Really cool game, good job
I love the style and general vibe and unique idea :) But I got really frustrated in the evevator section. Took me 5 minutes to beat the first one, just to see that there was a second one without checkpoint. I felt like it was odly luck based. The dork would often start oscilating on the pitchfork and either fly of or not fir through narrow sections. Worked great when it did not happen, but was inevitable for me at some point. 5-10 min after that I gave up :(

great idea, and great entry. But soo hard.... The audio and the artwork are amazing, great job you guys. maybe next time do a little bit of playtest hahaha.

Awesome graphics and animation. Also liked the brutal game concept. Found the gameplay too punishing, lost motivation after a while. Played it embedded in Ludum Dare, and kept ending up with the mouse pointer outside of the window. Probably a skill issue, but it's likely easier in fullscreen mode. Would have been nice with some short animation or delay between dying and restarting.
@tryam well the main point is to carry the Dork from start to end of the level. To achieve this, you should take him on your pitchfork by LMB clicking and then go forward, and move him around you to avoid orange-colored objects (smoke, projectiles, walls) by the Dork, and white-colored objects by the Devil.
@elemel actually you can play on Ludum Dare website in fullscreen, but you have to scroll the small window down and right to make fullscreen mode button appear. The website is not really comfortable to use sometimes
