LD56 — Tiny Creatures

TINY PACK by xk_the_name 2024-10-08T17:56:31Z

First of all, I want to thank you for your awesome YouTube videos. They're the best I've seen on game dev. I learned so much from them. Special thanks for the book recommendations on game design.

Your game is something else - I just can't wrap my head around how you managed to make such a fucking amazing game in just 48 hours. And how you balanced it all, mad respect. The game really hooks you, considering I generally can't stand deckbuilders. But here I quickly got the hang of it and had a blast playing. The feature with different slots on the enemy that you need to cover is brilliant, makes you think about how to close them all, and that's where the animal abilities really come in handy. I hope you win this jam, you deserve it.

I think this game has a shot at success on Steam. I'll gladly buy it when it comes out!

Bug Bazaar by Jared Saizdelamora 2024-10-09T10:36:37Z

I really enjoyed the concept - selling ants is such a cool idea! The music was super pleasant too, it added a nice vibe to the gameplay. I had a bit of trouble figuring out how to breed the insects at first, but I got the hang of it. Sometimes my ants would die even when they seemed to have food, which was a little confusing. But overall, it was a fun experience!

Bees Save Themselves by MayChant 2024-10-09T23:27:22Z

Great strategy game! The art is amazing and really brings the bee characters to life. The artist did a fantastic job making each bee look unique. The game balance is well thought out, with different bee types working well together. It's cool how ninja bees become super strong when boosted by commander bees. At first, I didn't realize bees could be placed on non-red spaces, but figuring that out was part of the fun. Seeing the bees team up to take down the spider was exciting. Overall, this game is a lot of fun to play and looks great too.

Duck Rescue Patrol by rkhadder 2024-10-08T16:28:12Z

The pixel art is super cute - I loved the adorable ducks! Guiding them to the pond was really fun and relaxing. The whole vibe is so chill, it's perfect for unwinding. You've got something special here with lots of potential.

Hardened Chitin by Stames 2024-10-09T10:58:57Z

The bug battle game is really fun! The art looks great, especially the ant and butterfly characters. I enjoyed using the ant to attack and the butterfly to heal. The music sets a nice mood for the game. It was cool to finish the battle quickly and feel satisfied. One small thing - I wasn't sure how to remove a card after clicking on it. Overall, I had a good time playing!

GO BLO by deniskazantsev 2024-10-09T22:42:31Z

I really enjoyed playing your game. The game mechanics are very clear and easy to understand. I quickly figured out that I needed to collect a certain number of little people to move forward. The big foot trying to squash my little people made me laugh. The sound effects are nice and add to the fun. I think this game idea has great potential. Keep working on it and developing it further!

Ant Colony Tycoon Deluxe by IAmWave 2024-10-08T15:04:24Z

Hey! I just played your ant colony game and wanted to share my thoughts. The concept is super cool - I love how you came up with the idea of marking pheromone trails for the ants. It's such a clever mechanic that really captures how real ant colonies work. The way the world expands as your colony grows is awesome too, it gives a great sense of progress.

I've been checking on my colony between work tasks and laying down new paths to mushrooms. It's oddly relaxing and satisfying!

I really appreciate you making the source code available. I'm just starting to learn about shaders, so it'll be really helpful to see how you've implemented them. Your game is actually inspiring me - my team had a similar idea for a prototype but we weren't sure we had the Godot skills to pull it off. Seeing your game makes me want to give it a shot!

Great job on this game. It's clear you put a lot of thought and effort into it. Keep up the awesome work!

TinyCréatures Company Simulator by mackain 2024-10-11T07:52:26Z

Wow, this game about micromanagement is really fun! I had a great time playing it. The jokes about shooting copyrights at videos are very funny. I especially liked the ones about emulated videos - they feel so true to real life! I enjoyed myself so much that I want to show this game to my boss next time they come to micromanage me :)

Zombies Ate My Fruits by smiley405 2024-10-10T05:58:15Z

Great job on your game! The visual style really stands out. The pixel art looks amazing and adds a lot of charm. I loved the snail shooting a mega laser - it made me smile! The gameplay feels good and enjoyable. This is one of the best games I've played in this Ludum Dare. You should be proud of what you've created.

Zombies Ate My Fruits by smiley405 2024-10-10T12:16:26Z

Also, I checked your source code and was surprised by how well you write JavaScript and structure projects. It's immediately apparent that you're a professional front-end developer. Your JavaScript game engine is very well written; it was a pleasure to study your code.

The game size just blows my mind. A 20kb game - I'd forgotten how efficient plain JavaScript can be.

Chaos and Cuddles by UnagiV 2024-10-08T14:51:20Z

I'm really digging the overall chill vibe it's got going on. The main character is pretty rad too – kinda reminds me of Randy from South Park, which is awesome! And the music? Spot on. It totally nails the game's atmosphere and makes the whole experience even better.

One thing though – I'm a bit confused about how to unlock new areas. It's not super clear what I need to do there.

runner by haztro 2024-10-10T05:48:40Z

Using the snake mechanic for an RTS strategy game is really cool and unique. It's fun to collect resources by making a snake out of units - I never knew that could be so interesting. The pixel art looks great in its simple style, and the 8-bit sound effects fit perfectly. You've made something special by combining these elements in a new way. Keep up the good work!

Tiny Colony by MrEliptik 2024-10-09T23:35:17Z

I had so much fun playing this game! It really put a big smile on my face. I loved shooting the houses and little people from the slingshot at the planet - it was just so amusing and satisfying. The gravity mechanic was a great touch. I really enjoyed figuring out how to use it to place objects in tricky spots. It added an extra layer of strategy that I wasn't expecting. The whole concept felt fresh and creative to me.

Cheddar Chase by Shaggy 2024-10-09T11:06:02Z

I really enjoyed playing this game! The gameplay was easy to understand right from the start, which is great. Running through the maze and searching for cheese was an engaging experience that kept me interested. The game has a fantastic atmosphere, and I can tell a lot of thought went into the game design. It was fun trying to avoid those pesky rats, even though they kept spotting me :)

Shrimpy by Kultuk 2024-10-15T07:51:31Z

I really enjoyed playing this fun game about a jumping shrimp. The pixel art looks great and the sound effects are excellent. I found the gameplay easy to understand and fun to play. It's a charming little game that made me smile.

I'm Next! by Beeb GameCodeCompany 2024-10-09T23:40:40Z

The faces on the balls are really fun! It's great how they change when they spawn in different ways. The silly expressions make the game more enjoyable.

Dshniidawl Woods by Kalbshack 2024-10-08T15:52:16Z

Just finished playing your game and wanted to share my thoughts. The pixel art is awesome, and I'm really digging the dark vibes. That forest is seriously creepy - it reminds me of Children of Morta in a cool way. The fire bomb effects look super neat, and I love how you did the health and mana as trees. That's a clever touch!

It took me a bit to figure out how to summon helpers, so I ended up kiting monsters around the map for a while. Also, I was a little confused about buying stuff in the shop at first. I kept tapping the cards until I realized I needed to drag them.

One small thing - sometimes the fire bomb explosions don't seem to hit the monsters, which can be a bummer. But overall, I had a great time playing.

Burn EM‘ All by Lzic 2024-10-08T16:11:54Z

The idea of burning little people with a magnifying glass and sunlight is super cool! We use a similar concept in our game. I really love the paper-style design - it looks great! Watching the little people build houses and grow is so fun. I think your game has tons of potential for future development.

Laverino by Kirass 2024-10-09T10:24:26Z

The music really stood out to me - it's both pleasant and a bit scary, which sets the mood perfectly. The 3D graphics are really nice too, they add a lot to the experience. I had fun hunting for the teddy bears and found 4 of them pretty quickly. That fifth one is tricky though! I figured out I needed to do something with the music box and I brought the handle, but I couldn't quite get it to work.

MiteBlaster by marleeeeeey 2024-10-10T05:51:17Z

Thank you all for the reviews of our game! I really enjoy reading them.

MiteBlaster by marleeeeeey 2024-10-26T21:37:18Z

@jeremy-ryan Thanks! You drawing skills are great!

In the end there will be the Number by KAVERZA 2024-10-11T08:00:53Z

Wow, this game takes a really creative approach to the jam theme! I never would have imagined interpreting it this way. The artwork looks awesome and really catches the eye. Building a tower out of angels is such a fun and unique gameplay idea. It's entertaining and satisfying to stack them up.

Kaiju Bash by MissingPixel 2024-10-09T23:10:50Z

Great game! I had a lot of fun destroying the city. The destruction animations look really nice. I love the green color scheme - it reminds me of the Game Boy. The visuals bring back good memories. The gameplay is enjoyable and satisfying. Overall, it's a cool experience that I had a good time with. Keep up the great work!

Spermies: The Tiniest of Creatures by hotdog 2024-10-08T15:19:42Z

Hey there! Just played your game and wow, it's absolutely amazing! The concept of playing as sperm cells is so unique and hilarious. Those dialogues had me cracking up, especially the jokes about them not being together 'cause they're from different eggs - pure gold! 😂 The sound effects and music totally nail the vibe too. And those pastel colors? chef's kiss Perfection! It's so refreshing to see someone making games with cheeky humor. Milk-san and Cream-san have found a special place in my heart. Keep up the awesome work

The Slushiest Slime by RapidDuck 2024-10-14T10:41:21Z

Great pixel art game about running a slime shop! The cute pixel graphics really stand out and make the game fun to look at. It's cool how you catch and mix different slimes to make new colors. I enjoyed figuring out the color combinations, even if I had to look up how to make cyan. The customers are a highlight too. They have fun dialogue when ordering, which adds personality to the game. Overall, it's an enjoyable management game with a unique slime theme. Nice work on creating such a charming little shop simulator!

Butterjar by Zz1p 2024-10-09T22:53:58Z

The game is a delightful puzzle experience with charming pixel art. The simple yet high-quality visuals add to the enjoyment. Playing the game was fun and engaging. The puzzles are well-designed, offering a good challenge without being too frustrating. While some levels took a bit of time to figure out how to catch the butterfly, it was satisfying to find the solution in the end. The game does a great job of balancing difficulty with the reward of solving each puzzle.

Follow ME! by OldToadPower 2024-10-09T23:02:42Z

Great job on this game! It's one of the best I've played in this game jam. The graphics are really nice, with soft, pastel colors that are easy on the eyes. I liked how the game teaches you how to play at the start - the tutorial is clear and helpful. The game left me feeling good after playing. One small thing I noticed is that the boys move a bit slowly. Maybe they could move a little faster? Overall, I had a fun time with your game. Well done!

WE LOVE THE BOYS! by Brain Siege Gameworks 2024-10-08T16:16:56Z

The visual style and art really caught my eye - it looks amazing.

Betsy's Dreamhive by Hauntogogue 2024-10-08T16:25:02Z

The atmosphere you've created is fantastic, really builds up the anticipation. And that music? Absolutely killer! It sets the mood perfectly.

I gotta say, that fly girl is seriously creepy - definitely got my heart racing! 😱 You nailed the scare factor there.

A couple things that could make it even better: the controls felt a bit finicky at times, especially when trying to move the camera. Also, it'd be awesome to have some satisfying sound effects for shooting and hitting targets.

LD57 — Depths

Downstairs by Sn4pi 2025-04-10T10:08:56Z

Great atmosphere and sounds, nice job!

Depths Space 9 by Wisch 2025-04-10T10:08:08Z

Great game! Good job!

Treasures by mgear 2025-04-08T07:11:27Z

Really interesting control scheme. I didn't get how to swim at first, but then I realized I could paddle with each hand and it all made sense. Really like the minimalist visuals. The underwater sounds are great, they give the game a cool atmosphere.

TapTapTapTapTapTapTapTap by p-r 2025-04-10T10:06:44Z

Very interesting interpretation of the depth theme. As a programmer, I found trees very exciting :) A simple concept, yet captivating — it makes you want to see how deep a tree you can build.

The Cleaner of the depth by Egor Iv 2025-04-26T08:24:55Z

Hi, your game is awesome. I really like the theme interpretation, very creative. The art style is absolutely amazing, unique and high-quality. The game looks very polished, a great and complete product. Excellent job!

Moleman's Manhole Mayhem by sirblazealot 2025-04-08T12:45:35Z

I really like the character and the enemies in the game. The voice acting is awesome, it reminds me of Earthworm Jim. Knocking enemies into spikes was super fun.

Pack by Jeremy Ryan 2025-04-08T09:55:15Z

Hi! I really enjoyed playing your game. It gave off a chill vibe similar to Unpacking. I really liked the music and the satisfying sounds of opening all kinds of drawers. Wishing you the best of luck at this Ludum Dare, your game truly deserves to win. I especially loved the unique interpretation of the theme of depths.

Drilly's Journey by Alex Davies 2025-04-17T07:25:26Z

Hi! Your game idea is amazing. The game mechanics are easy to understand and allow for creating very interesting puzzles. I also really like the minimalist art style.

Mush Rush by mcovert 2025-04-09T08:19:49Z

I really like how mushrooms can have different personalities.

Cavers Cantina by kristinamay 2025-04-20T11:55:55Z

I really enjoyed your game! Great art style and character design, especially the little goblin archer who couldn't shoot around the corner due to physics :)

The puzzle mechanics are clever; I even had to google a couple of words to understand what stat it related, so I could choose the right ingredients.

DownThread by eyedromeda 2025-04-14T18:18:49Z

Your game looks amazing! I really like how polished it feels. The arrow animation looks natural, and the gameplay is addictive. I think it could become an even better game if you added some upgrades for the character and the guy rotating the wheel.

Also, I checked out your BreakBall game and it looks neat! Thanks for the YouTube video explaining character movement, acceleration, and friction.

Going Down Protocol by Ein 2025-04-14T18:39:00Z

Great atmospheric game. Puzzles are very interesting, I was able to solve most of it by myself.

THE BORING PROJECT by LeoFireMage 2025-04-16T16:19:35Z

I really like your game! Collecting ores is fun, and the limited capacity makes you think about which ones to pick up. The ore sprites look great, and the sound design is awesome.

Great job!

Dark Ness by Soul Grinder 2025-04-10T06:46:54Z

Hi! I really enjoyed playing your game. I liked the chill atmosphere. Though fishing at night was a bit scary — I kept expecting some kind of monster to appear, like in a horror movie.

DEPTH FIRST by PassbyKamenRider 2025-04-11T10:10:58Z

I like the art style and characters. The scientist turned out very cool; I especially like his crazy facial expression.

The game is quite interesting. At first, I didn't understand what to do and had to read about how the robot chooses its direction of movement. :)

Mysterious Cave by Vladimir ins 2025-04-11T10:18:00Z

Very decent pixel art graphics! Huge respect. The gameplay is interesting, but it's slightly frustrating to start over from the very beginning after dyingб I expected bonfires to serve as checkpoints. Sometimes goblins kept moving even after dying, which was quite amusing to watch :)

Depths of Strength by Beeb GameCodeCompany 2025-04-09T07:58:13Z

A fun game, I enjoyed playing it. I liked the style, and the battles look interesting.

Deep Chat by iphelf 2025-04-10T09:54:15Z

Great game! I really liked how smoothly you introduce the rules — after just a couple of messages, you realize that you need to match them by length. The animation showing how much the lengths differ is a great idea; it instantly makes things clear.

The message texts are great too! I love that there are so many different emojis and weird symbols :)

Dig Deeper by tomas88a 2025-04-11T12:43:05Z

Very interesting interpretation of the theme: the depth of archaeological excavations. I enjoyed rotating the vases and matching them with the descriptions from the manual. Great job!

Cave Escape by Flinge 2025-04-08T18:01:17Z

Hi! I played your game and really enjoyed the visual style. The soundtrack and sound effects create a great atmosphere. It's cool how different bonuses and new types of platforms appear as you play. The game is very well made.

I was especially impressed by the start screen, the explosion is super epic :)

From The Depths: Mining Meets Tower Defense by cdupe 2025-04-16T16:12:10Z

Great game! I really liked how you combined tower defense with a digger-like resource collection mechanic, it adds a whole new layer of creativity. I enjoyed shaping tunnels in ways that made base defense easier. The music during the collect phase is an absolute banger! Awesome work!

DeepCrown by Wyzal 2025-04-12T07:41:27Z

I really liked the game's concept. The idea of sinking the castle underground is awesome. You can really see the consequences of your decisions :)

Stars In The Deep by angry_fridge 2025-04-08T12:19:38Z

Hi, great game! I really liked the plot twist after collecting the crystal.

The only thing, I would reduce the collider size for the bombs and make it more rounded. I often got stuck on the corner of a bomb where visually was nothing.

Echo Depths by Slyz 2025-04-08T12:10:53Z

Hi! I really enjoyed playing your game. The concept of scanning the level is very interesting. You did a great job with the tutorial, it's nice how the mechanics are introduced gradually. The minimalist style fits the game well.

I think it might be a good idea to make the scanner automatic, since I ended up holding the scan button the whole time anyway.

Great work!

Ad Light by jtap 2025-04-12T07:50:38Z

Hi! I really enjoyed your game. My son is a big fan of anglerfish, and I even considered making a game about one for this Ludum Dare :)

Loved the art style, and the lighting work is excellent.

Also, I want to highlight that the TypeScript code was well-written and easy to read :)

Earth Below by whateverdat 2025-04-11T10:23:05Z

I really like the game's art style; my compliments to the artist. The objective of the game is very clear, I quickly grasped what I needed to do.

Placing platforms and jumping simultaneously felt a challenging, but that might just be because I was playing using a touchpad.

LD58 — Collector

Suck! It! Up! by Hjalte 2025-10-10T08:12:43Z

Hi there! I really enjoyed playing your game. It looks incredibly well-made.

What impressed me most is how polished everything feels. The art style is absolutely gorgeous.

The animal suction mechanic is fantastic! I love experimenting with different combinations - the fact that you never know the final outcome forces you to think strategically and use multipliers wisely.

Crumbs by leparlon 2025-10-09T09:50:37Z

Hey! Great game with an interesting concept. You know, I never really thought about being able to access system information in Godot and using it for tracking purposes.

But when I saw that little box showing my GPU model, it suddenly clicked for me.

Video Store Blitz by triggthediscovery 2025-10-14T11:50:12Z

This game nails the video store vibe perfectly. Feels like stepping back in time to when you'd actually go to a rental place and browse through shelves of movies. The dim lighting, the cassette tapes everywhere - it's super cozy and nostalgic.

Idle Badger by lectvs 2025-10-17T09:01:18Z

This is my favorite game from LD58! I like how the game starts as a simple idle game and then adds new activities. The door sound really scared me the first time :)

99 Shotguns by AlexClay 2025-10-17T12:54:41Z

Very nice game, love how 3D and sprite graphics blend together. Feeling overpowered when collecting tons of guns is just perfect!

Grand Collector by Alex Mulkerrin 2025-10-09T13:38:40Z

Hey, played your game. I really liked it. The mechanics are simple but interesting. Great work for Ludum dare

Dragon Hoard by pres2300 2025-10-09T09:29:44Z

I like your game. The concept is simple but interesting. Love that you can kick orbs back! And that orb kick sound is super satisfying!

King's Vision by Kapricorn Media 2025-10-11T11:17:50Z

Beautiful visuals and unique art style really stand out - the atmosphere is top-notch.

Human Collector by The1 2025-10-11T11:09:30Z

Very entertaining game. Perfectly captures the jam theme. The music is awesome. Love that it's immediately clear what to do and how to play. Great job

Xenolith by John Gabriel 2025-10-09T08:44:44Z

Hey, played your game. Really liked it. The retro vibe reminds me of the good old Spectrum games. The main idea with serializing Game State into a password - just awesome. Never seen anything like that before. Great concept and brilliant execution.

The Tithe of Souls by massivejack 2025-10-13T09:32:52Z

Hi, your game is great. I love the dark theme about sinners and priests - it's very funny. The jokes in the game are awesome, especially the one when you connect the engine for the first time - it made my day :)

Quickollect by zubspace 2025-10-09T08:57:58Z

Hey, great game! Love the art style and concept. It's simple but addictive. Awesome work.

And your Godot vs Unity comics absolutely made my day - couldn't stop laughing! You should definitely keep drawing them.

Blood and Bounty by Torami 2025-10-10T13:35:29Z

I really liked how polished your game looks - how the tiles fill in at the start of the level, how the grass moves on the tiles. The shooting sound is just awesome.

The gameplay is interesting, though I didn't immediately realize you can buy upgrades in the skill tab. Maybe if the shop was shown to me after the first level, I would've understood about the upgrades right away :)

Can you give me a hand gesture? by She Wrote 2025-10-12T16:16:30Z

Great idea, found only 11 gesture :)

My Little Castle by WouterK12 2025-10-11T10:48:59Z

"Hi. Great game. Loved the atmosphere. The pixel art and music really create that medieval vibe.

The pot and ghost mechanic is interesting. Makes you strategically place the gold pot away from potential ghosts.

Fallen Leaves by Sceef 2025-10-10T07:19:09Z

Hi. I had so much fun playing your game.

The graphics in the game are amazing. I love the hand-drawn art and the style of the characters.

Gameplay is very satisfying and fun. I like that there's no pressure in the game, so I can just blow leaves and get satisfaction from cleaning.

Also I liked the comics at the end of the game.

So, it's a pretty solid entry. Keep making games!

WaveRush by MysticGames 2025-10-09T09:45:08Z

Hi! Nice game - I like the upgrade system and how the tank rotates toward the player. One small suggestion: if you make the bullets more contrasting, it would help players dodge them better. Sometimes it's really hard to spot yellow bullets against the green background.

I don't care who the IRS sends by BlueDandelion 2025-10-15T19:24:57Z

Hey, I played your game and I think you're being too hard on yourself calling it unpolished. Everything looks solid, I had a good time with it.

What really stood out for me was the concept - tax inspectors constantly interrupting your crypto mining :)

Appreciated the strategic element of timing your purchases. Failed my first two attempts by buying mining equipment right before getting robbed - learned to wait for quiet moments :)

Overall, your game is really good with a strong core concept. Well done.

Collecting Dust by jacobwinters 2025-10-11T15:38:09Z

That's hilarious — never worry too much about saving my dusty lamp from those vacuums!

Bootya by apoly 2025-10-10T08:34:18Z

Hi, what an amazing game! Really enjoyed cleaning the rooms. Thought I'd play just a little bit, but ended up cleaning all the rooms and upgrading my vacuum cleaner stats to max :)

Got me thinking - what terrible people live in this house to leave such mess behind? If I were that vacuum cleaner, I'd definitely want revenge too.

Thanks for the great experience!

Goni Babki by forger801 2025-10-11T08:18:40Z

Great art and character design! Unfortunately, I encountered division by zero errors in the first dialogue. 'RuntimeError: integer division by zero'. I'm using Manjaro Linux and Chrome browser - hope this helps with debugging.

Collect O/R by loco 2025-10-10T07:50:58Z

Really liked the idea and its execution. Cutting out letters is cool, composing a blackmail letter is an unusual task, was glad to work on it :)

Liked the references to popular games, I recognized many of them.

Ammonite Hunter by FrozenDude 2025-10-14T11:47:03Z

Hey! I really liked the chill vibe in the game. Digging the ground with a pickaxe is very soothing. The tile destruction mechanic is cool. Found all the ammonites.

The only thing missing is some kind of hint, at least a direction where to look for them, because I had to dig up almost the entire map to find the last one :).

Otherwise, great game for a game jam. Great job!

Gamedud by Prunus Padis 2025-10-10T06:56:53Z

Hi, I played your game. Like the Pokemon vibe from old Gameboy. Especially the level with shooting - very funny to see weapons in Pokemon world. Visual novel game is hilarious :)

Enter the Cardgeon by Placeholders 2025-10-12T16:29:41Z

Hi, you game looks very polished. When I played first time I didn't get how to shoot:) Very good sound and animations!

Afterlife Debt Collector by jscommander 2025-10-10T06:47:25Z

@melomaner @prunus-padis @cartmouse @alex-mulkerrin @pres2300 Thanks for the kind words, everyone! To be honest, we had some doubts about using voice acting for SFX - wasn't sure if it would work, but then thought "screw it, it'll be more fun this way". Really glad that you enjoyed this feature!

@prunus-padis - appreciate the feedback on puzzle variety. We actually planned around 10 levels but underestimated the time and ended up with just 3. Classic game jam story :)

@pres2300 @cartmouse - about the AI and balance... yeah, coding unit behavior turned out to be way harder than I expected. At some point I got tired of fixing bugs and settled for a somewhat stable system. Planning to practice more before the next Ludum Dare!

And @pres2300 - yep, you're supposed to just run past the final boss. We wanted to make a proper boss fight where you constantly switch body parts, but just ran out of time :)

Styx of Souls by Disvent 2025-10-11T11:02:11Z

Amazing game! Really loved the art style and humor. The dialogues are awesome, and the setting is fantastic. I'm a big fan of Greek mythology settings.

The mechanics are interesting. Loved that you can convert one type of soul into another. Makes you think strategically about which ones to hang on hooks.

The only thing I'd change is making the hitboxes for souls in the river a bit bigger, because sometimes it's really hard to hook them. Other than that, fantastic result!

Hi, like your game concept - using items as health is a good idea. Soundtrack is really catchy, love the metal part of the song. Pretty solid game, congrats! Sometimes it's possible to push the boss into a wall tile using decoys :)

Hi, really like the voxel graphics and atmosphere in your game. Didn't get that it was possible to leave the level through the portal, so in the first 3 levels I just grabbed 3 items and died :) Having fun playing your game!

Awesome snow physics! Love how your snowball size is both health and ammo. Great sounds and visuals. Super fun to play!

This game was just awesome. Huge respect to the artists and designers.

The game is so immersive, so strange, so well conveys the feeling of this weird world. I really enjoyed it, it was such a pleasure to play.

Even though you basically just had to go in one direction, the game of sensations, the immersion gave me more than many other games.

Awesome respect for such a game.

I really like your game. Especially how the opening sequence hooks the player and explains the importance of the task. Really liked the color palette and character animation. Very good sounds. It wasn't always clear where the wall was and where the platform was, but I managed. Great joke about the cucumber (that's a green cucumber scaring the cat, right?)

Creative concept with surprisingly smart enemy AI! The dark humor and unique hair-collecting mechanic make it stand out from typical indie games. Solid foundation for something special.
